so doing that all throughout spring practice and even in the weight room on Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday and fifth period we we lift every day of class and so even in the weight room being a leader and doing that spring summer just day in day out just being a leader then they'll gain your trust and they'll gain um the things that you're saying and it it'll get to them and they'll start believing in you and they'll they'll ride your back and you guys will become a great team with a L team
