it's different though right where here because there is this whole process of teams having their own Academy and putting all this time and effort in developing a player you can't just say oh they play in college now I want them right it's not like the NFL it's not like NBA where it's like oh yeah they came through uh this aaou team or or I don't even know what the development for NFL is it's not like that where it's just oh you know they they played on this team they've got natural ability let's let's sign them right this is a a completely different look and it probably should be revamped a little at the very least if it's going to be that way there should be some payment for it
