hey guys welcome back to our podcast Apple 2024 event so we wanted to have a quick discussion about what came out and what we felt about the whole event and the products that we released today so here it goes bro what did you think about the event at pitch yeah bro it was uh kind of long and uh also very elaborate and very deta like everything I think it's pretty much the same like past Apple events from the last four years yeah I look forward the events event production so I was waiting for the event it went on really long on it felt like a FM time was like 1 hour 45 minutes on oh wow yeah one hour but they release more things you know especially in the September event we get the airpod stuff watch then TVV featur they also talk about iPads at least a little but this time it was only three or four products at most but they still took one or 45 minutes it felt really long for some reason and issue was features that they were trying to sell it's mostly the new paying job that they did and apple intelligence at least I felt it was single thing being repeated multiple times event M yeah pretty much yeah so let's get into the products so isari Apple watch the 10th year so it's like a 10 10th anniversary I expected a lot on M like they might give out a new design or a limited edition watch or something might come out Ona but they just released uh the basic watch I'll just tell you the specs uh let me know what you feel uhhuh so it's the same watch little Slimmer than the previous model uh and screen is bigger it's actually little bigger than the ultra 2 right now oh yeah so is it like 50 mm or what wait let me get into that specifics I'm trying to open the Apple s so it we can pre-order from today and they send it on September 2th or later for some reason you know what they said they did not give exact number they just said biggest display ever on on a Apple watch that's all they said about it oh oh so but I think somebody will measure and put it out I'm trying to go through their specific notes at the bottom I hope it is at least the size of uh iPod Nano display yeah so by the looks of it the series 10 actually feels a little rectangle in shape so they did a side by-side comparison with the ultra so Ultra cont it was like point 0 1 mm or something little larger maybe because of lesser bezels okay yeah I'm seeing like 46 mm Dam which is larger than Ultra 2 ultra 2 that's right so Ultra 2 is probably 45 uh I'm sure in like 10 years he'll get to 50 mm it will be like iPhones on aest yeah biggest and most advanced display yeah for full disclosure I know before we start uh I'm not really a apple person at least not anymore the last uh Apple iPhone I had was like in one and a half year ago something I also used to have Apple watch So currently I'm riding Android and the gshock watch not to plug uh in in an Apple event uh so Apple watch what is the price right now for series 10 so series 10 right now uh uh I think it's around $399 for uh GPS as the aluminium model but if you go for the titanium finish and in that you don't have a choice it only comes with GPS and cellular you can you cannot go for only GPS model in that and that starts at $700 $699 wow for the series 10 and you get two options the 42 mm and 46 mm right I think we used to have 41 and 45 so it's like a 1 mm increase uh on the size of the uh I think it's the overall watch dial that is 42 and 46 mm but the screen inside itself uh will be very close to the bezel because of very l bzel and it's like flowing to the edge of the screen so I think uh 400 still like I don't think they increased the price it I think it's the same from the last year oh nice yeah and they do have an SE I think it comes around 2099 right now oh no they actually that I was shocked generally they at least say no l they'll say some some pain job nothing was mentioned in the event or at least I slipped through it but Apple they did not talk at all I only I think series 10 and Ultra 2 these are the only basically Ultra 2 is still the same as last year Ultra 2 was from last year yeah only why are they calling Ultra 2 again I only thing they did was the pain job nothing else which is the shocking oh right right it's just a new color refresh right even if you go to their website right now you'll see Apple Watch series 10 they a new but Apple watch Ultra 2 they a new color a new so it's the same one I feel like apple every event every year in madya they're doing this some kind of a engineering feed you know like last year it was the titanium finish this year it is the some paint style so every product they painted it in that way to get that matte black finish or whatever and they Ser 10 is glossy finish on the other full yeah so they did only that for some reason nice anyway what are the software features in Apple watch any um new features watchi other than the big display main thing they spoke about was the sleep tracking so the watch now comes with better sleep track uh for the users they also added a healthy feature which was detecting sleep apnea in users so sleep apnea is a kind of a issue for people who have a breathing issue when they're sleeping that's called sleep and they said at least on the event that people who have sleep apnea might not know that they're suffering from it an Apple Watch will detect the irregularity in their breathing and the heartbeat and might suggest a report so it was a good wow that is fascinating to see elas because and how can measure breath false positive report how many people might Panic that they have sleep apnea even if they don't right yeah yeah and one thing I heard in this event is like some of these features are pending FDA clearance or pending some trademark or something yeah I think the sleep apne and notifications I believe as I said because they're telling the user that they have something which they might not know FDA clear so they said in the event we are yet to clear FD and other uh health organizations uh clearance before giving it out so I think it's still there but just that it's not FD approved right a battery watches slow or is it like pretty much the same so at least right now they're saying on paper it's 18 hours for the series 10 and up to 36 hours in low power mode but it does come with fast charging so the new chip enables it what they said was 30 minutes will give you 80% so that's pretty that is great that's pretty good so other things is the S10 chip that they have oh that is good they they going with the series 10 so s 10 chip s 10 chip right easy to remember and always on retina display with up to 2,000 Nets right now for the brightness for the series 10 nice yeah I think that's it a couple of new brands uh like heran they starting off with a new dial logo style but overall it was only that okay crazy one one thing I had question about is what Apple watch do you have right now I'm using the SE SE first generation right exactly the first gen and uh that is like from 5 years ago or something oh I think right now it's like three at least four or five years for sure I think it was just when the pandemic was hitting us maybe 3 four years back upgrade director I really wanted to get an ultra if they released a new version but I'm going to hold off for another year probably Ultra [Music] 3 that's why I'm still with just for basic stuff but I wanted Ultra just for the battery life I compared to these uh other Watch series Ultra gives us around like 70 hours in low power mode and up to like 36 hours in regular usage which is still 70 hours is like three days but it's low power mode that means you cannot really use a lot of features okay yeah regular I think they promis 36 hours which is still not that great but 36 hours is only one and a half day right maybe one day or something probably when you're probably having a bath or you know something 30 minutes charging with it might yeah 30 minutes per day you can remove the watch so it's not a big deal yeah but looking for like 48 Hours 40s I might go for that particular watch and I'm just still holding off on my I how frequently do you use your Apple watch do you wear it to sleep do you use workouts Etc yeah I think main thing is just the notifications and workout workout and basic walk to just to close the Rings nice I like the challenge of it but uh not sleep I don't believe Apple does a good job at least on SE chip they do very bad job of sleep tracking because sometimes I just rest my hand you know without even going to sleep just scrolling through Instagram it still thinks I'm sleeping and adds it to my minutes so really like it so just for p notifications and maybe basic workouts like walk or anything else that's it you had a series 3 or something right before you switched on to this I had Series 7 Apple watch which I bought in full price no discounts but it is a good color I I like the color it was some green matte finish color yeah and yeah I I wore it to sleep I think I even uh Oar sing is Kun watch just to test if it can like withstand and water and all yeah yeah it was pretty it's a pretty great product scratches screen it was like uh I didn't wear any uh screen protector or case or anything I know some people use that even for watch I I thought it was a great watch great product and it it also had fast charging so like 30 minutes used to get me entire work day and mostly yeah Rings Clos and all but also I was very obsessed on counting steps and all so I us used the watch for step counters a lot but after a while I got bored and I sold it yeah and I think Apple even if it's late to the game in general the good thing it did did with watch and airports was it was first and they did it so well competition still tries to catch up to what watch is doing it might still feel like very less number of hours compared to Garmin uh Phoenix 3 or anything like that and then category when it's coming from a smartphone company or like a software technology company when you're getting a hardware product like this it feels really good definitely good product but um 10th anniversary I thought they'll definitely do something you know different probably where is that blood glucose is that some yeah I expected at least like a BP monitor or a blood glucose monitor that I think Samsung tried to do that so I thought they'll try to do it oh nice I at least thought like they'll put like a small camera on the top camera wow why not you know like limited edition camera onto you can take selfies or whatever without the phone know something different like having a shutter Button as they did they different but they just did basic paint job and battery life B and that's it they wrapped it up yeah yeah okay so moving on the next topic that discussed about was the hearing department which was the airpods and the lineup right so I'll just run through the basic update that they told oh they're coming with they are coming out with the airpods 4 the fourth generation and they have two versions in it the base version starts at $129 and there is a active noise cancellation version which is $179 like $180 I didn't get the point of having two separate levels in it um but yeah hey this is the same airpods from last year no yeah uh I think uh improved or design I I think it's completely same only thing is they didn't have noise cancellation or uh transparency mode when you're traveling or whatever which were only a pro version thing those came to the airpods now for the basic model to I think that was the Improvement that they did for airpods 4 but I didn't like the way they did active noise cancellation in a different uh price they could have just done it like instead of 130 base they could have done 150 in somewhere in the middle and just give everything in it so people who buy 129 they might have that regret of not getting a no consolation you know I don't know how you buy a things but I feel they should have stuck with a single option but that's apple right so I see airpods 4 and airpods 4 Active noise cancellation but how are they giving active noise cancellation without like uh silicon but or earbuds those at all it was shocking they [Music] were but they generally and especially they took like 20 minutes just to tell this stuff about airpods they generally explain engineering like they are using closing the sounds outside sound they're reversing it or whatever a that I really like the hearing a again it comes under the health aspect from Apple we know a lot of people generally hearing issues they use a hearing a so that means they're not completely deaf but they have really hard time getting the sound in and understanding into their ear canal so they use these devices for that so now apple is promising uh because of the new chip and the device uh the airpods that they are sending out right now user can do a inbuilt hearing test for themsel and it would detect what a user is able to hear and not and a frequencies they're able to grasp and which ones they're not able to respond to properly and it will tune the airpods that they own to their own hearing so it will act exactly like a hearing ad so I think it's a very good option to have especially for people who might have this issues and it's a lot cheaper compared to other uh devices I heard that hearing devices cost north of $800,000 whereas you're getting airpods for around $180 or so that is a pretty good uh amount for people who need these things and also I think it helps for them you know to be in a public space wearing airpods might feel more comfortable for them due to the so social anxiety or whatever rather than having a specific uh hearing a which tells other people that these folks have a hearing issue whereas if generally airports you just sitting in a cafe people might just think you're listening to a music so I think that's a huge boost of confidence too for the people with the issue and it's definitely under budget so and it's not completely for the new airports only so people who have the existing airpods Pro also you'll be able to use this feature this is more of a feature based out of software and nothing related to hardware at all yeah so what they are doing is they're using the H2 chip so any airpods that have a H2 chip right now should be able to work with this feature and help with the hearing aid yeah yeah I thought that was fantastic uh think more things like that should be done so I appreciate that this was one of the coolest thing that mentioned other than the sleep apne on the watch and the hearing air on the airpods and I have a dynamic range amplifier inside the head of of the bud but that's it they did not say what I'm seeing is I feel like this is a software upgrade is it like uh if I buy airpods for $19 worth the mhm can I pay $50 afterwards and get active noise cancellation I don't think they're doing that you know because the design looks pretty similar actually no design is same everything same they might tell us it's like a chip inside but they said even the chip is same yeah the chip is same so maybe they give option I don't know man apple is notorious to do stuff like that because somebody might Sue yeah that they're stopping features through software or whatever yeah but it would have been good option you know instead of having the $10 take $20 more and give everything in a single device rather than making us you know jump $50 for this basic ANC that everybody is giving right now right so airpods yeah I still have the first gen I I don't like the buds myself so okay I am using the first gen on first gen airpods 4 it would be great upgrade are you getting airpods 4 only thing tempting me honestly is the USBC so they gave USBC option uh for this airpods 4 right and also wireless charging which my current case does not have so maybe for that I might but I still have to feel it in my ear I'm going to probably go to one of the Apple Stores ask them U if I can try them on feel it in my ear if I really like it I actually might shift and current version I hardly get like four five hours they're super old right now so I might switch but I don't know if I'll get the andc though I might just get the basic ones okay yeah what driver for your audio my audio I used to use airpods Pro 2 but and I got in exchange uh I got OnePlus buds some model I don't know what that model is but it's it's got It's pretty much it is comparable to airpods Pro to L only it has actimize cancellation and all of that really for some strange reason I had a OnePlus phone and I was using airpods my brother has iPhone and he he for some reason bought OnePlus buds so it was like a no-brainer to exchange it right so exchange and now it looks like airpods pro2 has some new features in the RO tuna let's get to it just before that I just wanted to add there is a wireless charging case with the speaker which will help in find my friends or whatever that's only coming for the airpods Pro with ANC not for the $130 version oh crazy I think I feel it's a bad thing because if you're paying 130 you're taking away A and C that is fine but having a wireless charging case and probably having a speaker when you're using fine my I think that should have been an option I think right that's going to make people switch to thec more than the base one so yeah just wanted to finish up on that okay so air air pods Pro did you look at how they said about the airpods pro airpods pro is the same version no there is no there is no upgrade this is just a software update right airpods Pro 2 no chip update no it is not a new product they just they were just advertising a software update on there yeah the hearing T and all of that yeah I mean I'm sure if you buy now you'll get that update by without updating I don't remember the last year was it H2 only because yeah okay2 is H2 chip yes so they not doing anything only softw they didn't have anything else to talk about so they just said Pro to so stupid I know but in the page it looks like they make it look like it's a brand new product because it is in the front page so General at least uh you know airpods 4 that said active noise cancellation or whatever but Pro they could have done something like better battery life put 30 hours maybe 40 hours they didn't try anything they like openly like we are giving you what we can I know people are not going to shift to something else yeah so stick with it it's all incremental updates I think the entire event is all incremental updates yeah and I feel they're going to do another event probably October oh and I just feeling because the event how it went I feel like there's going to be another event and talk more about again Apple intelligence so we'll probably wait and find out is that a segue for Apple intelligence I wish that was a very good segue but I missed the airpod max oh sorry so airpod max is also uh the same no change at all except it's getting a USBC charging now and what generation is this airpods Max first first generation it came like five four years ago now and it's the same no change what they're giving right now is USBC and five colors that's it damn this could have been an email yeah literally it's not even like they wanted it but I'm glad they are doing USBC refreshes though that is much needed especially from Apple because all last two years back they started this USBC and all not not two years yeah maybe two years I think this is the second year if I'm not yeah right this is a second year that jumping in that's right okay I just saw airpods Max has H1 chip is pathetic they charging $550 bro that is exact Pro to at $250 has H2 chip come on Apple and they cannot even boost the Apple intelligence with H1 they'll say then why did you give H2 it's clear that H2 might be powerful but they're still using H1 okay so I think that's it about the airpods let's move over to iPhones now yeah let's do it iPhone what version is this so hard to remember the numbers um iPhone 16 iPhone 16 didn't think much about it honestly what did you feel when you were watching the event I first of all I have I have a rant first thing is I used to own an iPhone 13 Pro Max and uh obviously I sold it uh as earlier um so I don't remember what what number is it currently my rant is that I think Apple should stop doing these random numbers people can't keep track of when there are really no feature improvements they should just go the Samsung route and do whatever year they are releasing that phone call it that should have should just be iPhone 24 that it is easier for me to remember because Samsung does s24 it Samsung does uh releases phones every February so it's like beginning of the new year and they'll put s24 or s25 phone it's easy to remember what version is the latest version with apple I just so hard to remember which number it is then I have to remember which iOS version it is then I have to remember what is the version of the chip that they put in iPhone so it is really this is my R sorry I agree with uh the OS version is not matching the phone that's for sure maybe the phone version itself I'm fine because every year I'm just adding up the numbers it's at least not yeah jumping around they have been consistent in there so this year just for your information it's called iPhone 16 166 the sweet 16 spot so I phone 16 and OS version is 18 they should have matched it I agree with you on that they should have tried to match this part at least instead of doing it and what chip are we using in this iPhone 16 number chip M1 oh no we are in apple a something A8 bionic uh I think that's the chip so it's at least matching the at good two things are matching it would be so awkward if it had like A7 and it would be be like 16 17 18 yeah I don't know makes no sense yeah so it used to be like that for the base and the plus model am if it was iPhone 15 the chip used to be the previous Pro so it used to be iPhone 15 phone iPhone 16 chip and uh oos should be iPhone 17 so it was 15 167 for the base models whereas the pro models used to match it with the OS version this time they took a different route again using the Apple intelligence reason they said iPhone 16 Chip is going to be a18 bionic which we expected it to be in the pros and for the pros they said it's going to be a18 Pro that is that's the chip name rather than making it a19 and again I have to remember yeah instead of going one number up right so biggest thing Hardware change for this earphones was the camera button which was in the earlier leaks so that's in there now so wait this is a new button that they added on the side of the phone okay exactly and what does it do just take pictures it does a lot of stuff it but I really like like this feature I'm going to go a little deeper into it uh it's a new button but it's not coming out of the body of the phone it's going to be flush with the phone itself but it's going to go deeper when you press it so it acts like a shutter button if you do a single click you can do a quick open of the camera and click again to click pictures or click and hold to start a video recording but the best feature I like it was you can change the settings of the camera like you can change the exposure you can change the zoom or you can change the portrait modes of it or anything else that you generally do with the camera on the iPhone like touching it choosing different options that you do now you can do it with a single button and like a soft touch it choose the options and you can slide on the button and it lets you know pick and choose what you need so I felt that was a very good button to have especially for people who like cing pictures on the iPhone and um I think it comes on on the right side of the grill oh so that would be ideal position like a real camera where you hold the lens or the body of it and click on the right side top so it's going to stay there oh so that's the position of the button and it does have good features because it has a the slide option inside it du to the hatic motors inside yeah that video I saw that they were able to change the zoom of a picture yeah that is nice exactly yeah yeah not only Zoom as I said no Zoom Chang exposure change ISO levels if you have the pro options that you can do if you know about it you can do that and good good thing is they did not give this specific button to the Pro Models only so this button comes with the base models too so that's a good thing at least yeah and they changed the camera alignment on the 16 so it used to be diagonal for the 15 and starting this year they're going to be uh just vertical on top of each other for the base models back cameras this must have taken a lot of innovation lot of R&D and yeah I always remember that Meme they just do that AutoCAD holding it both and do vertical horizontal change 30° and that's it done for the year does this Buton have fingerprint or something no could have been good oh no fingerprint coming in it would but I think because they're giving that click to open camera if somebody would have picked it might trigger the camera in of the unlocking feature so maybe that might be the reason but it's definitely possible maybe in an year they'll say now we are adding fingerprint back into the camera I like fingerprint IDE what about you I like to have both but face ID is my favorite especially when my hands are super greasy from eating a burger or something that's the only time you cannot but face Sol the issue what other new features you have for iPhone 16 how about so for the base models uh the camera orientation change to Vertical U the camera button they're getting the A8 chip with GPU five course I remember watching in the event uh I have a small thing to say about the course which support five course it's been five cor D EAS in that a18 chip I think they fit in like damn so many cores there were like performance course there were some machine learning course there were some AI course now because we have ai and they have some computational cores and wow it's like yeah apple one thing I have to give it to Apple the area they are really innovating in the the chip space especially the the MacBooks M chips and also iPhones a chips um it's really crazy that uh a phone has more cores than my desktop PCS uh uh processor from like 4 years ago I think my processor and yeah it's it's really amazing they did mention that I think one of the points that they told about this new Chips was it outperforms a current basic desktop with like five core or six core whatever you might have on your desktop it would outperform in terms of you know gaming or editing or any other features and it's like probably in palm of my on my hands so amazing stuff engineering feet and the pros come with a six core GPU U the 18 Pro chip comes with a six core and the base comes with a five core uh and the cameras coming to cameras the base have the 48 megap Fusion camera the 2x telephoto and the 12mp ultra wide camera the pros come with the 48 megapixel Fusion but they have 5x telephoto and the ultra wi is also 48 megapix camera so better cameras for the pros of course and the battery life is 27 hours in the basic and 33 around one thing I just noticed on Apple's website for iPhone 16 in the battery life section is when you compare iPhone 16's battery life with iPhone 15 it says up to 4 hours less uh video playb on iPhone 16 meaning their battery backup actually sucked ass from previous year which is hilarious that they are willing to how actually put it up on their website officially I don't know why yeah I the proper one if that's true that's don't this is really hilarious to see I don't know why maybe it's because they're comparing okay I think they're comparing iPhone 16 with 15 plus which probably has a bigger battery yeah place you should have gone with the 15 15 it is 2 hours more and 7 hours more okay yeah that makes more [Music] sense 12 mini it is like 7 hours more battery backup so that's quite an improvement by the way phone I think I I first of all I always enjoyed iPhone's battery compared to Android right now I'm daily driving two phones one is a Samsung s24 and I also use a 14 pro Max and I nice yeah I love the iPhone camera for my pictures for some on paper in terms maybe people who can shoot raw might like Samsung uh but for some reason it over processes the photo whereas camera on iPhones are little better they don't like they shoot me super white iPhone a little better in that way so I like my iPhone especially for photos but yeah daily drive through right now okay but that's it yeah and I'm finishing this hard part of iPhone so I think this goes in iPhone right they built the new iPhones from ground up Ground uple Intelligence that is that is how apple is uh rebranding their um their borrowed third party version of AI for lack of better term because AI so Apple intelligence is basically chat GPT which uh what is it how how does it work do you know anything about it so and in this event generally in the WWDC event they openly said they are partnering with Chad GP open AI uh and they said the main concern was the Privacy thing thing so they said everything is going to be on device itself and if there's a question or something that you want to get done which uses external you can it always ask you for permission no okay an it goes to a private Apple Cloud and does it does the computation gives you the result that you need but it's still private but yeah they're partnering with open AI buto event they said search Google but features Char GPT so they were balancing both of the biggest companies and competitors right now in AI field into their Hardware right now and so from this apple 15 phon key is it's not coming uh a I think the 15 Pro Models are able to support the Apple's intelligence the AI of Apple but not the base models so that it can take highest uh number of requests or whatever for the AI chip that's the reason they came with 18 for the base models too instead of going with the 17 or the older chip yeah that's the reason and apple intelligence was used if we put a counter it might be like at least 50 times across the whole event oh for airpods Siri they kept saying Apple intelligence but the funny part was all the features that they said they said it's going to come out with 18.1 okay the OS version 18.1 but the phones might ship out with OS 18 that means users will not have the F length Apple intelligence out of the box oh which was so tricky generally I don't believe in you know promising and buying Hardware but yeah we have to see if they change the mins update it to 18.1 and ship it but highly unlikely yeah on that so iPhone 16 model 16 16 Pro 16 base models we have the base which is against 61 in and then we have the Plus which is going to be 6.7 in if I'm not wrong then we have the pro versions pro and pro Max which both increased in size to 6.3 and 6.7 9 in because they reduce the bezels across the9 in for iPhone Pro Max damn Pro Max exactly and what is the cheapest iPhone and what is prices and cheapest would be if we talk about the cheapest it's going to be se but if we just look at the latest phones the 16 with a 6 6.1 in display starts around $800 uh and the plus is at $899 means $900 the pro and the pro Max are 1,100 but the pro Max comes with 256 GB internal storage whereas all other ones come with 12 28 GB as the base storage oh right and this year they're also given option to do a trade in so up to three generations so if you want to buy a 16 you can turn in your iPhone 12 and you might get around $800 in credit which is like buying off the phone directly and for the if you get a 12 Pro or a proax you'll get around $1,000 uh credit directly right from the Apple upgrade program yeah how can I check my trading value currently is it not here so if you have anything else other than the iPhones you'll get very bad uh trading option but I think we can go till the checkout uh and put in the input all they will mostly tell is we'll give you oh we'll recycle it for free see what is my OnePlus phone worth for Apple it is not even in the list see no I see 1 plus 11 11 is for $100 if maybe yeah or 150 Max maybe you can buy the new airp pods 4 with it for $129 yeah they have very bad trading options dude I think they first year onot where they're willing to at least take their own Dev yeah I think they're going two generations back other Sun see they're throwing it into the real recycling option if you see after the iPhone 7 plus other recycling yeah and then now that I look at it they're saying iPhone 12 Pro Max is up to $300 say 800 something but why did they yeah why did they say the highest I see is 15650 even if you take highest it's saying $650 whereas they said $800 on stage I bet maybe yeah actually you see carrier deals are probably worth more yeah Carri at least in I in US carrier like T-Mobile AT&T maybe that was their plan not them giving credit but getting a credit through the carriers M and it says Apple intelligence available to iPhone 16 16 Pro 15 Pro in Fall it's not even like fall is like this is fall technically they're not even promising out of the box they're saying after you buy the phone Believe in Us with all our statements and PPS and presentations and everything when they said the chip is ready why cannot they ship it directly this is not like I'm sure it take some engineering software to work out all the changes but uh one thing I saw is that this is being baked into Siri and it says beta in here so even with even when this comes in Fall of this year whenever that fall ends mhm uh it will be will still be in beta because AI is not really reliable right now so exact I think they're going the safe safe way they're promising that they'll it will do a lot of things but if something goes wrong they're going to put it that it's a beta version or still in development so just a safe route yeah CQ but I think most of things they discussed in WWDC already so they didn't actually talk a lot most main things were how it will manage your notifications emails notes how it will try to you know read it up and you know make it readable for you without going through hundreds of messages in our group chats or anything else that's the only thing I think they mentioned man generating memojis memojis and AI pictures AV AI pictures they look really bad I don't know why they choose like General if you remember when the first iPhone face ID with the x or the 10 came out they created this avatars where it will replicate your face facial things and how you can put out your tongue M the lip movement correct it was crazy at that time but these new memojis or AI generated things looks so bad at least for me yeah it look bad it looks like it trained AI with AI so the quality kep keeps deteriorating yeah exactly and main thing they're selling trying to sell it is the because they don't believe in open p so they're saying privacy in apple intelligence Etc have to see how long they're going to continue this partnership with the CH GPT so iPhone is nobody I thought I will this time 14 to 16 2 years jump might be really good on kuna but uh not what I'm looking for maybe another year yeah even if you buy now you'll not get all the features right I don't want to you know buy this half big stuff so probably 17 yeah might have some kind of you know limits what they do or whatever some things might come out and next year I'm now unless somebody gives it for free or whatever like through this deals not free and free right I might not uh do it no man about I I don't think I can I'm not really interested I already have ai Google has gini for free in whatever phone app install it it kind it actually doesn't work well uh it barely works so Google gracefully gave us the option to switch back to Google Assistant which actually works so definitely better which is better yeah right so if I want a I'll just use J or just ch GPD app is good enough mostly a is just a glorified search engine at this point I for myself uh a software work I don't think I'm into using its full capabilities I'm not any creative person or I I'm not using it for anything uh uh photos or video related creativity productivity thing I'm just using it for like uh show Google search sometimes I'm giving it coding Solutions so yeah it's kind of yeah is a definitely overhyped I guess that is another podcast so another episode okay so closing thoughts uh for me the best the whole event was dull for some reason but only thing I like about this new phones especially camera button I felt as you said nanga creators who are into photography or something they might really love it but uh I'm going to wait another year yeah see how it plays out with the Apple intelligence and the button and might be going through it disappointed in Apple watch no big updates expected a lot more for the 10th anniversary something you know different except we got like Hermes new watch which like, or something unimaginable for the billionaires and airport airport the whole event was like a six Monon you know refresh how they do for other brands six mon they might say you're getting new colors softw Improvement nothing stood out except this camera capture button so not a good year for Apple I yeah I think I mirror the same feelings nagura it felt like a very I was like watching it in the background obviously one stand out thing for Apple every year is their footage and their Transitions and their the short films that they put uh featuring their products those are really well done but at this point it's like all they are doing is getting new soundtracks and uh trying new this is more like a film making School than say software or hardware company actually trying Innovative products uh the translations are like Godlike dude I bet those um film makers or people who are making those films I hope they are getting paid the top dollars because R&D is barely getting anything any breakthroughs so overall I'll say wait for next year exactly since the last three years for a better iPhone better Apple product yeah I think people who are older than iPhone 13 or 12 might you know be good for them to jump but if you are 14 or later you can probably hold off for now yeah and just to end uh I think the weekend song uh shooting with a only with iPhones they they try so hard man to make sure these are like Pro cameras I I really like when uh some guy in the video said um we are going to slow the weekend's movements like right
