once in a while we get a case where the facts are so egregious that we feel like we need to get on YouTube and whatever other social media channels and tell basically the local public what's going on we got a case this week that involves a physician that practices at uh Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast over in dtin he also has privileges I believe at North Walton doctor's hospital his name is Dr Shaq noski and uh he basically performed an operation on our client um intending to take out the spleen and he inadvertently took out uh his liver which killed him on the operating table U we then did some research into this particular doctor and it turns out this is not the first time he's had a wrong site surgery in the last two or three years he uh in the last couple of years or so he actually accidentally took out a portion of somebody's pancreas intending to take out one of their adrenal glands so we're dealing with somebody that has a history of wrong site surgery unfortunately for our client uh what he took out was fatal uh to Mr Brian um his family of course has hired us to pursue the case against the all the potential defendants the doctors in the room the potentially the nurses the hospital for credentialing issues all those things are wrapped into one but the purpose of this video is just to let you know that there is a doctor practicing in Okaloosa Walton area area at those two facilities potentially we don't know for sure if he's still practicing at Sacred Heart they disabled his bio and on the web page but we can't tell whether or not he's still there or not performing surgeries uh the other facility do North Walton Doctor's Hospital it appears he's still a chief medical officer of sorts there and he's still uh potentially doing surgeries there I would just caution you that this this gentleman has a track record and um and so it would be very careful if he happens to be your treating provider we'll continue giving you updates as we learn more information uh about this particular case and uh we just wanted to make sure we got this information out there because it's certainly not going to get out there from the hospital thank you
