Nasdaq listing is best place to expand business, says ADS-TEC Energy CEO

yeah first of all thanks for being on your show um why are we now listed on on nasdaq so the reason is everybody can see we are in a great transition so the energy transition from let's say a fosa word to a co2 neutral world that will happen in all different sectors and one sector for example is mobility we will go and this is without any doubt anymore to a more or less electric mobility and this you know leads to the fact that we need charging opportunities and not only on the highways but also in decentralized areas rural can rural areas countryside municipalities condominiums apartment houses and people do not want to wait for hours to get the cars recharged they want to do that in minutes and that's exactly what we do we provide the technology intelligent decentralized charging technology and why did we go to nasdaq the reason is growth so we want to expand the business we had a good start in europe in germany and now it's the time to expand the business and so what can be better than master i get it for your point of view i get it for the sponsors but why is emerging into a spark good for investors sir um the spec is uh you know it's a vehicle to do that quickly and so at the beginning we have not planned to do that via a spec so we meet let's say it was a coincidence uh people of the spec and then we saw that our goals our targets are meeting exactly the targets of the spec and that has been the reason why we then decided to go with the spec and you know last year was not the easiest year um to go public with the spec we saw a lot of ideas and flying taxis and what whatever was coming up there but we we made it and i think we we have the right story people know that the transition will happen and so the spec which we met and the technology we can provide fits best together hi i'm joanna versace and thank you for watching you can check out more of our videos by clicking on the boxes on the screen and don't forget to subscribe to our channel for more from cnbc international thank you for watching
