here's the pitch to Stanton and his back broke oh no drops in for a base hit for Stanton but his Bat broke in the barrel got the home PL umpire right in the face neck and throat area a look at it again as that was Nick Marley who got hit with that bat everybody as he looks terrifying as he is down and I don't think he's going to be able to stay in this ball game folks as the stretcher has come out and they are going to take Marley out of the game stretch it off the field hello everybody Welcome in here folks to the truth serum Joey the truth Wagner with you a very very dangerous event here that just occurred in New York at Yankee Stadium between the Yankees and the Colorado Rockies this afternoon folks a very scary incident as Gian Carlos Stanton was at bat for New York he hit a broken bat single to left field folks and what happened is that the bat of Stanton the bat broke and it got the home played umpire Nick Marley it got him right in the neck folks about a scary as a situation can be for an Umpire as we look here on the replay it got Marley right in the neck right in the throat and he immediately went down once it made contact and he was down for quite a while folks and they had to cart him off the field with the stretcher and all they stabilized his neck and throat area and immediately carded him off the field folks as it is an extremely extremely scary predicament anytime this goes down everybody Nick Marley was carded off the field home playay umpire for the Yankees game today we just wish him a full recovery everybody we pray for his healing we pray that he is okay in jesus' name it is an absolutely terrifying situation folks says I've seen plays like this happen before with the umpires I remember this happened a couple years ago with I believe an angel Dodger game I believe it was Mike Trout's broken bat hit an Umpire but terrifying here folks we just hope that Nick Marley will be okay he's taken off on a stretcher and for this game between Colorado and New York it'll be three umpires going for the rest of the way for
