hello my name is Shelby Taylor and this is the video on how to use Microsoft teams video conference this is for class KES 205 Section 1 so when you open your teams account it'll if you're on your computer it'll pop up on this teams page or um your phone it'll be the chat uh that little chat one right there you'll just go down to calls type in whomever you are trying to call here we go um and just click that call Button it'll have a little ringing sound then we'll just click the camera so you can see me okay can you give a hello so we know that you're here and we can hear you hello okay so I'm going to show you how to do share screen so on your little bar at the top you have the button right here that says share content just click that one and you can put it however you want so either where you can see yourself a side by side or as a reporter we'll just have it going as content only and once you have that whichever one you want clicked you'll click screen and now it should be recording can you give us a yes or no to see if you can see my screen yes fantastic so I'll be able to do whatever and they'll be able to keep track of what's going on um whenever we're done if you just go to the top oh maybe there it is and you'll have all of your controls again you can either change how you have it presenting um and then you just click stop presenting once you're done it'll bring you back to that normal screen and it's as easy as that okay thank you so much for joining and thank you for watching this video
