why do you think that drudge turned on Trump I'm going to quote a uh former White House official quote Trump understands Matt drudge's influence he knows he can be a little Mercurial though and prone to stir the pot he also knows drudge isn't able to be bullied that doesn't owe his career to anyone and can't be moved the way others can because he's not afraid not just of trump but in general so I think that kind of gives kind of a taste of a 30,000 ft view of what was going on there brudge kind of had a sense for the way the winds were blowing on this got to a point where in 2019 and 2020 where Matt Grudge clearly felt and thought that okay I don't need to carry all the water for this guy anymore
