it will be so fascinating to see them on stage with one another they haven't been in the same room together which is just astonishing so like the the drama and pageantry of that will be so interesting to see but um this race is incredibly close and I think the fear on the vice president's part is that maybe the campaign has stalled a little bit here she had this momentum after she was named the nominee has it stalled and so this is a huge opportunity for her yes to face her opponent directly uh but also to introduce herself more fully to the American people and when you look at kind of the intricacies of that New York Times Sienna poll there are a lot of people who say they know well Donald Trump and what he stands for and how he operates she is still a bit more of an enigma and this is a chance I think that they see to to change that you look back on the last big debate that she had and that was against Mike Pence she had that moment where she said I'm speaking when he kept interrupting her and I think that the campaign would have liked to create the opportunity for another moment like that they know that Donald Trump is likely to spout off and and interrupt the mics will be muted and she won't have the chance to do that but um there's a lot of reporting that over the
