ladies and gentlemen the Pittsburgh Steelers just did it again this defense is not like any other defense they are intense they work hard and they're ready to absolutely dominate NFL offenses and keep coordinators up all year long and man TJ watt is the defensive player of the year I can already see it this dude is different in this video I wanted to break down some of my favorite plays of the day I'm going to show you exactly why this Steelers defense they're going to be scary man I mean the Falcons were getting a ton of hype here Kurt Cousins Str London Kyle pittz bejan Robinson doesn't matter when you have a guy like TJ watt Dante Jackson gets an interception today DeShaun Elliott gets an interception today man this Steelers team they're going to be good look at this one-on-one matchup Nick herig actually comes in is a blitzing middle in or not inside linebacker but they throw into the mix after a really big preseason and draws two guys on the interior of the offensive line allows a one-on-one with TJ watt who explodes off the edge look at how he gets really low there really lowers that pad level right so he can get under the arm of the tackle squeezes right by and gets again another sack in this game TJ watt forced to Fumble the dude had what four total tackles a sack two tackles for a lost couple of QB hits TJ watt was different today let's break down some more next one man all right here is another big time defensive play as well the pass rush this front four might be the best in the NFL once again we're going to get Keanu bent or actually cam Hayward Larry O Alex heith TJ watt all these guys do such a good job whenever you can force pressure on a quarterback you can create one of five different scenarios a bad throw a bad decision you know an interception Force fumble sack right look at TJ wat here he's going to really get that outside leverage when he sees bejan Robinson get to the outside he's actually going to stop on a dime plant that left foot and attack the inside right and then we see lar o absolutely dominate look at this guy look at this guy he's just going to get that one-on-one matchup and boom right use that power to force KK cousins to say I need to throw this ball right looking to the outside here just Lofts it up Dante Jackson comes out of nowhere jumps a route this is why we got this man man we not we but the Steelers this is why the Steelers went out and acquired a guy like Dante Jackson the IQ the ability to read the quarterback's eyes at all times brings it back pretty much sets them up to win this game as they go up by by eight get a great defensive stop as well man I love this Steelers team the work ethic everything they do defensively just screams hard work and that's what wins not only football games but that's what wins championships if this Steelers team can just continue to stack good defensive drives they're going to find themselves in great position to win a lot of football games man here but again what I want to show you is the ability to get pressure on the quarterback here look at this man 99 absolutely bulldozes this is the second play I've seen this guy bulldo now Kirk Cousins is in the spot where I got to get this football out man and yeah maybe I don't want to get it out now but I have to I cannot do anything else I'm going to throw the football and I hope it goes well for me boom DeShaun Elliott the new pickup Big Time interception again this does not happen without the front four this is why so many people right talk about the importance of a pass rush Danel Benson cam Hayward Alex height Smith TJ watt right um Nick herbick there is guys everywhere on this team that can get to the quarterback man and that's one of the main reasons I am super excited about what this team can be this season I do apologize I can't show the entirety of the Play Just Because the NFL will take down the video but man what a play again love to see it now real quickly I did want to break down a play by Justin Fields now if I make another video it will probably be the breakdown of Justin fields or I'll do the defense again let me know what you guys want to see in the part two here but the first thing we notice about this play this is going to be a yes no read right now this is going to be a postn uh post Snap yes no read now basically what that means is after the snap we're going to read this safety here if he bites down you Circle yes in your head and you throw this oneone to the ELA George pickings that's what I would do if I was a quarterback now listen I'm terrible I'm not a quarterback but that's the way quarterbacks look at this play so you got a yes no read here let's watch how this play breaks down so boom you're going to get a quick fall step by the safety where he's not backpedaling he's not trying to get back any further he is kind of standing still Justin Fields does such a good job here looking to the right side of the field kind of drawing the attention of a couple of these guys you'll see this guy open up his hips start to face this direction this guy open up his hips start to face that direction right you're going to quickly see boom now he's going to turn his head and by this time George Pickins is already getting that inside leverage and look at this ball boom throws it while getting hit and throws it to the inside right we love to see this right first thing back his turn from this DB he has inside leverage for George pickings if you lead this over here this is such a Money Ball the one thing you don't want to do is lead him to the left or lead him up the field because that gives the DB you know an opportunity to make a play on the football so he throws it inside the numbers with the safety Biting Down Pickins turns his head catches the ball boom never gets touched they actually uh just declare him down by contact the man was never touched this should have been a bigger play Justin Fields you have my attention okay now I need to watch the entirety of the breakdown but in my eyes Justin Fields look good but more importantly the defense looked like they could be top three top two top one who
