brand new reports have hit on the lanterns TV series coming at us from James gun and DC Studios and a lot of people were already upset that Hal Jordan is going to be much older and in the last stages of his life as a superhero well enter JN Stewart who is allegedly going to be a young naive hotheaded Green Lantern that takes no crap from anybody you know nothing like John Stewart [Music] so we know that when it comes to how Jordan the DCU is going with an older actor because the idea is a mentor figure who will be helping JN Stewart now some news has recently hit in relation to JN Stewart that's making people question this and honestly is upsetting a lot of people and um and I get it it is a controversial decision if it's true so reportedly they're looking at a much younger John Stewart it is said by Jeff Snider who was first that they're looking for somebody that is younger than 30 and then we found out from others and other big trades and Outlets saying that it's true and they might be looking at somebody who is literally like a rookie and by that they mean somebody that might just be like in college or just wrapping up college and that John Stewart would more or less be like the irresponsible hoad guy that needs guidance and this is what Stern Gruff John Stewart is here to stop and teach him if this is true I mean again I just want to stress we don't know the full details but if this is true that doesn't sound like John Stewart at all fans of like the Justice League cartoon series which introduced a lot of people to John Stewart and made him their version of Green Lantern will not like this it'd be like if they introd produced w-e West and people were like okay we're expecting that Justice League version because that's the one everybody knows but then Wall-E instead of being comedic and funny and slapstick if he is more like Barry Allen where he's Stern and serious you know they seem to be making some weird choices with a lot of these characters is what I'm trying to say my hopes are is that this is maybe a wrong or there's some crossed messaging that got tangled up with these insiders and especially Jeff SNY but but man I really do not want a young John store like 30 doing his military thing fine that's great he can look up to a 50-year-old how Jordan or however old he's going to be but once you start making him the comedic slapstick oh look at me powers look at me I can do these things you're just recreating how Jordan from The Green Lantern film that nobody liked like do not make that same mistake please not with John Stewart not in his liveaction debut on this type of level please
