how are you I'm good feeling good again Feeling Good Feeling Good anything you can share with us uh minor things but I'm good I'm healthy I'm back out here first day in pass I had a blast and ready to keep going go ahead seems like there's big run you had early on in practice us um in and out of the hole uh they did all the line on o line I made my read and bounced out and after that just speed get down field obviously just one day in P things going to always get better uh what did you like about the Run game today and where do you want to improve next time your BS um there was holes there for us to hit um we had our choices um I would say improve uh just being more physical um not letting the defense you know bring the physicality to us us being more physical and um I know it's our teammates but at the same time you know we got to work on our craft as well so I feel like we need to be a little bit more physical been very versatile throughout your career as a rusher and then a pass catcher how can that continue in this off um just being me uh coaches are putting us in the right spot they got a lot built in uh with us and within the offense and um it's not just for me it's for everybody in the uh Back Field and um we just got to keep doing our part um making a play so coach can continue to uh build that trust with him and you know he C the plays in the game how do you think you and other um like I said him doing what he does me doing what I do um you know not trying to be spectacular and doing too much uh play with within our game and that'll just help the team out as well I love it uh that's something uh I feel like I was born to do man that's if you want to put it like that but uh I love it that like I said they put us in the right positions and all we got to do is keep making the plays building that trust with coach and you know he got the plays Drew up for us we just got to make them yeah uh it's one of them things we practicing every day when I tell you like we change it like all the time just trying to you know see what works best so that'll probably be something that won't be like for sure until like season one oh we uh season one but um you know that's just part of our job we got to be able to adjust and that's what we've been doingi cat year what does it mean for you to off running back have the opportunity to catch the ball um that was last year you know hopefully you know we get that opportunity but uh you know it's a blessing the more we can do you know the better for for us and the more we can help the team we always want to help the team out from the back field uh you know and not just in the running game so uh to me that's a blessing uh man I love the Rooks man they run hard uh great balance uh they came in you know knowing a lot more than I did as a running back cuz I play receiver so uh but it's been it's been great man trying to help him it's not much I need to just you know getting them acclimated with how things are done and you know and how things are a little bit different from college in the league and but other than that man I love them man an man that is like absolutely true and nothing against my old teammates but just how just how they do things here man um it's completely different from than what I'm used to um just how they go about practice meetings you know the organization you know and how everything is ran um so when they say standard they just they talk about absolutely everything um and I can definitely agree with that when the offense did kind lap around the goal post and all huddled together had you been had you experienced something like that before your career um yeah I mean not just here but like that's just you know us being able to hone in on the details if coach ask you to do something you do it or you got to run around the pole or you got to take a lap or run down the field so we all been there done that uh so that's just us you know doing our part we got to listen up and when coach say run after the ball you run after the ball or you running laps or you run around the goal post that's so that's what you saw right there what led to that uh just hustling after the ball nothing crazy nothing not not making mistakes but just you know after the ball is thrown get downfield you know a little five yard burst nothing crazy but something you got to listen up and do so Tonio what do you hope to show here in this year in this offense the type of culture you just subscribe um just bring something new man um I know I came from a a struggling organization I know they've been you know struggling just to just to build something new and I feel like we can do that uh we got the players we got the coaches we got the staff and um you know you know like I said just honing in on the little details and and continues to progress every day and uh you know change it change everything around but you know we got the players every team has the players it's all about you know honing in on the small things and continues that throughout the whole season to uh you know change everything around um o I mean I was always well I have been in multiple offensive schemes uh I just feel like you know having the right guys in the right spots uh you know people in the right you know I feel like everybody does something better than others and you know putting all the right pieces in the right spot and uh and I feel like once you do that everything else is easy you said that you like moving around the offense that FS you well what would your ideal role for yourself um I guess you would call it a scat bat these days uh somebody who can run the ball but you know also you can move me around outside slot uh wherever you need me um fullback you know wherever and uh just being able to make plays within the offense you know and giving that Spar all right thank y'all so much apprciate the time man
