hey everyone it's Dave for Gamers on games uh we're going to be going over factchecking 55 suspect claims mostly trumps in debate with Harris Trump on the defensive makes four times more false claim false or suspect claims than Harris in their 2024 presidential debate uh this came out on um September 11th um it was posted by uh Glenn uh Glenn Kesler and it's it's this is going to be long so please do be understanding uh I will do my best not to uh flub everything but uh I am I am but one man uh before we get into all of this uh please like share subscribe and uh hit the notification Bell if you have not already uh in addition please do share this where you can the reason I ask is because uh we have found that YouTube is suppressing demonetizing or otherwise slowing down um news coverage on the platform I would suspect it's a case of they're doing it in order to protect Trump I can't say for certain but it does feel very specifically in that direction I have seen a lot of other uh leftwing and Progressive and liberal uh newscasters news channels uh commentary people um making mention of having their posts videos and otherwise suppressed so I am going to make the same alert um because I'm noticing that I have to fight for publication and monetization on anything that remotely touches on politics I suspect that even this live stream will wind up becoming a contentious uh point that I will have to fight with YouTube and then they'll be like oh a week later yeah sure we'll monetize it and I'll be like fine great thanks guys all right so that all being said let's uh let's get into this in their first and perhaps only presidential debate because I'm going to stop right there for a minute um Harris has already issued uh a challenge or a proposal for more debates uh I believe one in October uh however Trump has already said that because he believes that he won which I recommend that you find a reputable news source to analyze the results of the first debate and they will tell you square off that no he did not um Harris pretty much troun him pretty solidly um even a number of right-wing uh Outlets are saying that Harris beat him uh and also keep in mind if he won wouldn't he want another debate remember what happened as soon as uh he beat Biden he was like let's do another debate let's do another one next week let's to another one in two weeks you know he was right on he wanted all these extra debates um but now that Harris has uh beaten him and he lost to not only a woman but a woman of color um he is very reluctant to go forward with any further debates which proves one that he's a coward two you know again misogyny is alive and well with him as well as his racism but also that he lost so you know there you go um in their first perhaps only presidential debate in 2024 election a defensive uh former president Donald Trump lied on many of his favorite falsehoods to combat attacks from vice president Kamal Harris kaml Harris excuse me again I'm still struggling with her first name mainly because there are so many people saying it wrong that unfortunately I'm internalizing the wrong pronunciations rather than the right ones and uh unprogram myself from that is difficult sometimes uh Harris stretched the truth on occasion but she was no match for the falsehood Department against Trump damn straight guy can't uh can't stop lying he lies like he breathes or he lies like the rest of us breathe I don't know here's a round up of 55 claims that caught our interest in the order in which they were made in some cases we have grouped similar Trump statements together as is our practice we do not award pinocchios when we do a Roundup of facts in debates uh economists have said that Trump sales tax would actually result in uh for middle class families in about 4,000 more a year from Harris uh this may be a high estimate Trump suggested he wants to impose a 10% uh tax on every imported good entering the United States and a 60% tax on imported goods from China the prot trade uh Peterson Institute for international economics has estimated that this would cost a typical us household in the middle of its uh income in uh distribution about $1,700 in after tax income that's because tariffs are typically passed on consumers by importers a uh standard economic concept that Trump rejects now don't also uh let's also remember that he thinks he can fund um the school system and the education system with tariffs this is something else that he said I believe this was in some interviews that he did recently and that's not how that's going to work so let's be very clear his idea of funding the government through tariffs is going to actually backfire backfire badly and will um according to many Economist actually you know cause an actual uh recession if not outright depression so do keep that in mind but one recent campaign rally Trump mused that he would impose a 20% tariff Peterson readed the numbers and estimated this would cost the typical household more than $2600 a year now keep in mind he's also saying all of this while he has been um you know leaning heavily on uh the increased cost of living which is a very real thing it's it's a very uh horrible thing that we're all dealing with that Harris really can't get away from Harris really needs to do a better job of confronting and dealing with the fact that we are all dealing with price scavaging on just a systemic level and it is killing many of us it's killing us it's driving people out of their homes it's it's not good on a number of different levels and it's something that we all need to confront deal with and take action against all right uh Harris is relying on an estimate from the leftwing uh left leaning Center for uh American progress action fund which calculates the cost would be$ 3900 so in any of these numbers be it the original um 1,700 be the 2600 or the 3900 none of these are good for us but Economist Kimberly clausing co-author of the Peterson study says that these uh studies are underestimates because they do not consider the increase in the price of goods uh that compete with Imports we have every reason to think us domestic prices would rise in those sectors to compete with Imports and that effect is very large she said in an email the true cost I guess is roughly twice as high as our number okay so the Peterson uh study is the one that came up with 1700 and uh 2600 so if you double both of those you wind up with 3,400 for the first number and you wind up with 5200 for the second and you know wages are not going to jump to uh help people deal with that that cost of living adjustment so what you're going to have is you're going to have products that cost too much people who can't afford the products and then you're going to have companies that can't sell the products that they need to need to sell so what you're going to have is a situation where either a people's wages need to go up which won't happen or you need prices to come down which won't happen if these are products that people need to survive or need to keep going with their lives as they are or even to get in order to get a job so they have an income you're going to probably have an increase in crime okay if you have things that people need to survive I'm not talking luxuries I'm talking requisite materials that people need in order to stay alive you will see crime go up in an effort to acquire those materials that people need to survive you will have an increase in robberies theft you know home invasions you're going to see a lot going on people will steal from each other to get the money they need in order to go get the thing they want or need you will see direct theft of the material you will see a black markets open up you are going to see a lot of things happen that are not going to keep the peace they will drive the crime statistics which then is going to cause them to want to uh increase the policing which is going to increase brutality because we've already have an over mililiter police force that increases you're going to have public unrest about increased uh policing and police brutality and you're going to wind up with something that's going to make BLM look like a a picnic it's going to be bad it is going to be an vastly um and swiftly increasing the Whirlwind of tensions that's what's going to happen and it's going to be no good for anyone let us be extremely clear on that point um I have no sales tax that's an incorrect statement she knows uh that we're doing tariffs on other countries other countries are going to finally after 75 years pay us back for all that we've done for the world and the tariffs will be substantial in some cases and that's Trump quote Trump is flat wrong to claim that the entire tariff is paid uh by a foreign country there is no controversy among economists who agree the tariffs essentially ATT taxs on domestic consumption are paid by importers such as us companies which in turn pass on most or all of the cost to consumers or producers who may use imported materials for their products as a matter of demand and Supply uh elasticity elasticities uh overseas producers will pay part of the tax if there are fewer goods sold uh to the U uh United States domestic producers in effect get a subsidiary subsidy excuse me not subsidiary get a subsidy because they can raise their prices on the level imposed on importers through the end of the presidency uh Trump imposed tariffs garnering about 75 billion doll on products from China so ultimately Americans footed the bill for Trump's tariffs not the Chinese sounds a lot like uh his wall doesn't it remember the wall that uh Mexico was supposed to pay for but instead we did just I'm again I'm just saying moreover the China tariff Revenue was reduced by 28 billion in payments the government made to Farmers who lost business because China stopped buying us soybeans Hogs cotton and other products in response so keep that in mind um this is another quote from Trump I had tariffs and yet I had no inflation I had no inflation virtually no inflation they had the highest inflation perhaps in the history of our country because I've never seen a worse period of time we have inflation like few people have ever seen before probably the worst in our nation's history Trump all right Biden did not have the highest inflation in US history inflation spiked to 9% in mid 2022 a 40-year high but is now below 3% for all of 2022 inflation was at 6.5% inflation was uh 12.5% in 1980 13.3% in 1979 18.1% in 194 46 that'd be post uh World War II and many other years uh were higher than 6.5% so again he's he's just talking straight out of his rear butthole you know rear butthole that's kind of redundant but you get my point he's talking out around oh God all right sorry um higher prices for goods and services uh would have happened no matter who was elected uh president in 2020 inflation initially spiked because of pandemic related shocks increased consumer demand as the pandemic eased and inability to meet the demand because of supply chain problems keep in mind this these are things these are things that we may have forgotten we may have memory hold because I mean let's face it every there it's very distinct of there's a before times kind of mentality of like things that happened before the pandemic hit and then there is the now times which is all the post pandemic but the actual pandemic itself and its immediate repercussions kind of gets fuzzy kind of gets memory hole because we were under a lot of stress there is like a collective Nationwide PTSD situation that's going on here and a lot of us don't really think about it but we should remember what happened then is still affecting us now all right I'm sorry let's keep going um supply chain problems as companies reduce production when consumers hunger down during the pandemic it's also why gas prices dropped because people weren't driving as much indeed inflation Rose around the world and many peer countries uh doing worse than uh worse than the United States because of pandemic related shocks that rippled across the globe again pandemic problem p a pandemic disease caused pandemic problems we have millions of people pouring into our country from prisons and jails from mental institutions and insane asylums again Trump I I love the fact that their initial statement on this is this is poppycock I I I think that that really just Nails it I could leave it there but let's actually go through the rest because if we're going to really dive into all of these falsehoods all of Trump's lies let's make sure we make the effort to really get into it sorry about that my uh chair was falling out from under me this is poock immigration experts know of no effort by other countries to empty their prisons and mental institutions as someone who came uh to prominence in the late 1970s and early 80s Trump appears to be channeling Cuban leader Fidel Castro's 1980 Marielle Boat Lift about uh 125,000 Cubans were were allowed to flee to the United States in 1700 boats but there was a backlash when it was discovered that hundreds of the refugees have been released from jails and mental health facilities okay I had actually not known about that um can't know everything you know Helen Fair research associate at The Institute of crime and Justice policy research in Britain which tracks the world's prison population except for a handful of countries says the number keeps growing in 2013 10.2 million people were imprisoned globally and that had grown to 10.77% in 2021 a preliminary estimate uh for February 2024 not ready to be published indicates the population is grown even more in short I would disagree with Donald Trump's assertion all right so this is going to be the big one this is the um Springfield Ohio people for eating um people eating people's pets um honestly this is this is going to be this is going to be fun and this is also going to be horrifying and terrible but again we're dealing with Trump so you you know what you're in for um you can look away if you if you really want to try you look at Springfield Ohio you look at Aurora in Colorado they're taking over the towns oh Aurora Colorado is apparently um Venezuelan gangs have taken over apartment buildings or something is the claim and apparently Hells Angels went out there to go deal with it however nobody knows anything about any of this and I love that because it is so freaking dumb all right I'm sorry let's keep going um they're taking over towns they're taking over buildings they're taking they're going in violently they're at the highest level of criminality and we have to get them out a lot of towns don't uh want to talk about it because they're so embarrassed by it in Springfield they're eating the dogs the people that came in they're eating the cats they're eating they're eating the pets of people that live there Trump all right buckle up here's the analysis Trump is channeling right-wing social media Sensations on Springfield Trump is referring to a ridiculous social media hoax supposedly centered on Haitian immigrants eating cats and other animals that has spawned thousands of memes across the right-wing social media um by the way if you would love to see some of the AI images that the rightwing is throwing around um we have posted a few of them in the community tab they are hilarious I also did a short earlier um I guess at this point earlier yesterday um discussing some of the more ridiculous ones um it's meant to be a laugh it's also meant to be a a head scratcher go check it out I highly recommend it mainly because I did it so why wouldn't I recommend it um but yeah uh fun with memes and AI art I guess um there is no evidence that Haitians are doing this as for Aurora Police and Denver suburb say this claim is false a Venezuelan Gang has not taken over an apartment complex uh I'm not saying that there there's no gang I'm not saying that there's not gang members that don't live in this community but what we're learning out here is that gang members have not taken over this complex Heather mois a in uh inim police chief in Aurora said in a recent video taped outside the complex some tenants held a news conference uh recently and also disputed the notion that the Gang has taken over the complex instead they said the problem was that the apartment block had fallen into disrepair and was infested with bed bugs cockroaches and rats so quality of housing which actually is something that uh Harris has brought up I believe she brought it up at the DNC I think it was the DNC speech that she brought up that we need to do something about housing and her plan is to build better and more housing um to help bring housing costs down uh and also you know give work to the private sector so we'll see how that roles I created one of the greatest economies in the history of our country we have the greatest economy Trump this is false this is more of that whole American exceptionalism [ __ ] um this is Falls before the coronavirus pandemic shuddered uh businesses and sent unemployment soaring the president could certainly brag about the state of the economy and his first three years but he ran into trouble when he made a play for the history books to say it was the best economy in uh US History by just any important measure the economy under Trump did not do as well as under presidents Truman Johnson or Clinton there's there's some names that he does not want to have better than him but you know facts are facts and history is history the gross domestic product grew at an annual rate of 2.3% in 2019 slipping from 2.9 to uh in uh 2018 and 2.4% in 2017 but in 1997 1998 and 1999 GDP grew 4.5 4.5 and 4.7 respectively um yet even that period uh paled in comparison to the 1950s 1960s growth between uh 62 and 66 ranged from 4.4 to 6.6% postwar 1950 1951 was 8.7 and 8 meanwhile the unemployment rate uh reached a low of 3.4 or 3.5 under Trump but it dipped as low as 2.5 in 1953 so again Trump's a goddamn liar what you're going to here tonight is a detailed and dangerous Plan called project 2025 that the former president intends to uh intends on implementing if he were elected Harris I have nothing to do as you know and she knows better than anyone I have nothing to do with project 2025 that's out there yeah that's some bull crap by the way of course of that last part was Trump okay so project 2025 we discussed it before on the channel um let's get back into the trenes with the project 2025 project 2025 is not an official campaign document uh and we've called out democrats for sometimes falsely suggesting policies that are uh not in it such as uh such as on Social Security and the definition of family it's a Heritage uh Foundation report called the Mandate for leadership a 922 page Manifesto filled with detailed conservative proposals that is popularly labeled project 2025 but there are definitely Trump connections okay now one thing I do want to put out there the whole definition of family thing is tied to the fact that they have openly said they want to um do away with um uh protections for the lgbtq plus community so there's that they have there are instances where they've talked about social security but they go in a sort of roundabout way that kind of says that you're not going to get it um we covered that in a previous video uh if I remember I will put a link to that in the uh description section but it's it's in the videos we we've talked about um project 2025 and how it relates to Social Security okay uh let's keep going a CNN review found that 140 people who worked in the Trump Administration contributed to the report in April and an event for the Heritage Foundation which produced the document Trump praised Uh Kevin Roberts uh its president and appeared to endorse project 2025 they're going to leave the groundwork and detailed plan for exactly what our movement will do and what your movement will do when the American people give us a colossal mandate to save America he said so yeah no he he knows about project 2025 he backed away from it for Heritage Foundation said something to the effect of we understand he needs to back away from it for now but that doesn't mean that he's abandoning us but he's doing it for political expediency so there's that um we headed them over a country uh where the economy and where the stock market was higher than it was before the pandemic came in Trump okay Trump is right on stocks wrong on economy the Dow Jones Industrial Average was at uh 29,44 on February 14th 2020 before Market swooned over the pandemic and uh had risen to 31,000 and change by the day uh President Biden took office but the unemployment rate uh was 3.5% on February 2020 uh excuse me was uh 3.5% on February 2020 and uh 6.4 4% January 2021 so there's there's a fact check on that actually didn't remember the uh the stock market going up but it actually kind of doesn't surprise me also I kind of suspect some people were trying to do day trading to uh supplement the loss of uh employment income um actually wasn't in the middle of the pandemic when uh um the GameStop thing happened okay uh what Goldman saacks uh has said is that Donald Trump's plan would make the economy worse mine would strengthen the economy what the Wharton uh School uh has said is Donald Trump's plan would actually explode the deficit 16 Noble uh Noble laurates have described his economic plan as something that would increase inflation and by the middle of next year would invite a recession Harris okay Harris's citations are correct Wall Street firm Goldman Sachs issued a report saying the economy would shrink because of uh Trump's trade and immigration policies the pen Wharton budget model concluded that Trump's policies would add uh $5 5.8 trillion in deficits over 10 years Harris did not mention uh that pen Wharton says her policies would add 1.2 trillion to the deficit not great um 16 Nobel prize winning economists wrote in June uh before Biden dropped out of the race that Trump's plans would reignite this inflation I went to the Wharton School of finance and many of those professors the top professors think my plan is a brilliant plan Trump ah we couldn't identify Edie one Wharton Professor posted on X during the debate hi Wharton Professor here show me the many colleagues who said plans Trump is any good I count zero the post was later deleted Trump campaign did not respond to a request for names because of course they're not going to respond they never do she the marks uh she's a Marxist everybody knows she's a Marxist her father is a Marxist professor in economics and he told her well he Trump this is a ridiculous slur there is no evidence Harris uh is a Marxist her economic proposals are gening middle- of the road uh Democratic ideas she's been endorsed by more than 90% of uh the former Chief Executives of major companies there is an element of truth about her father's academic interests uh Donald J Harris a professor ameritus of Economics at Stanford University was the first black person to receive tenure in Stanford's Economic Department and was regarded as a prominent uh critic of mainstream economic theory from the left the Stanford daily in 1976 was described him as a quote Marxist Economist who taught bad courses too well the uh newspaper said they uh said there had been opposition to granting him tenure because he was quote too charismatic a pi Piper leading students astray from neoclassical economics okay but there's no indication that Harris's father's research interest has had any impact on her thinking Harris's parents divorced when she was a child and she has had a strain relationship with her father that's kind of unfortunate also I didn't know that her parents were divorced or that she has a strange relationship considering I have a strin relationship with my father I'm actually I feel like I can identify with her even better now um not a divorce but strain relationship definitely when you look at these millions and millions of people that are pouring into our country monthly where it's I believe 21 million people not the 15 that people say and I think it's a lot higher than the 21 that's bigger than New York State pouring in Trump this is false here he manages to take a real number about 5 million immigrants arriving during uh Trump uh Biden's presidency and increase it fourfold then he offers a prediction to make it it sound even larger here's the reality Customs and Border Protection recorded about 10 million quote encounters between February 2021 after Biden took office through July but that does not mean all those people entered the country illegally some some people were encountered numerous times as they tried to enter the country and others more than 4 million of the total were expelled mostly because of the cover related rules that have since ended uh CBP uh that's Customs and Border Patrol or Border Protection excuse me um has released more than 3.2 million uh migrants into the United States uh at the southern border under the Biden Administration through a April the Department of Homeland Security said so that's their take these numbers however do not include Goda ways which occur when cameras or sensors detect migrants crossing the border but no one is found or no agents are uh available to respond that figure could be an uh could add an additional 2 million bringing the uh total number of migrants arriving under Biden's presidency to around 5 million that's a big number but apparently not big enough for Trump see it's it's lies and Distortion you know the whole way down it's just lies and Distortion all right give me a second here I just need a moment to kind of take a take a breath take a take a uh a second I got a number of messages coming in and want to just take a quick look at what I'm dealing with here okay and you could look at the governor of West Virginia the previous governor of West Virginia now the current governor is doing an excellent job but the governor before her he said that the baby will be born and he will decide what to do with the baby in other words we'll execute the baby and that's why I did that because that predominates because they are radical just look at the governor former governor of Virginia the governor of Virginia said we put the baby aside and then we determine what we want to do with the baby again Trump because of course it's it's about killing babies so it's got to be goddamn Trump oh my God so apparently um I don't know if it's I don't remember if it's in this or um somewhere else apparently he made some sort of weird Fring statement about they take the baby and put it in a corner of the room to let it starve to death and I'm like you have got to be kidding me like no one goes oh yeah no that's complete [ __ ] no hospital no doctor no nurse no parent no one is going to be like well now that you had the baby let's go put it in the corner and just let it die it'll die eventually it's a baby that is so fraking messed up on so many levels and for somebody to actually come up with that in their head and be like nope that's totally a thing that would probably happen blah blah blah it doesn't make a damn lick of sense stem to stern does not make one iota of sense I'm sorry it just I don't understand how anyone looks at that statement it's up there with um Rick Scott and his skull crushing um claims how anyone looks at and goes nope that's totally happening like how detached from reality do you have to be to embrace that as nope that's totally reality bull fraking crap it is not it's just not all right let's get into the analysis this is false duh Trump once again grossly mischaracterizes remarks by former uh Virginia governor Ralph Northam a physician earlier in the debate he mistakenly called him the governor of West Virginia but then correct uh correctly identified him later in the debate um con congrats he still got the facts wrong Norm told a radio show in 2019 that late term abortion procedures are quote done in cases where there may be severe deformities there may be a fetus that's not viable so in this particular example if a mother's in labor I can tell you exactly what would happen the infant would be delivered the infant would be kept comfortable the infant would be uh resuscitated if that's what the mother and the family desired and then a discussion would ensue between the physician and the mother this sounds like a more humane way of dealing with you know babies that are not going to make it you know this even the way he describes it I I I and I'm saying this is apparent reading that alone my heart broke because I can see it clearly in my head and I can imagine I I I can imagine it I can empath EMP with it I will not understand it because I have not gone through it but I can empathize with the idea of how hard of a decision that would have to be for a parent to make I cannot remotely um I I don't know how to describe I I could not remotely get on board with with you know being like no I totally get it apparent being being put in that situation of of you want the baby you you carry it for 9 months you deliver and just being told your your this child that you carried for 9 months is just not going to make it I I I am so thankful that my kid came out healthy and strong and ready to go I don't know what would have happened to to my wife and I If that had gone a different direction I I don't know I don't want to even think about it I'm going to be honest it's not callousness it's just a case of I'm very thankful that we did not have to deal with it and I am deeply saddened for those who do I'm not sure how I wasse to state that sorry um critics suggest the suggested the governor was endorsing infanticide that doesn't sound M like a fanticide it sounds like a difficult conversation about what's to be done with a a nonviable child that is just not going to make it his office later said that noram was referring to medical treatment not ending the life of a baby but they don't want to hear that they need a boogeyman they need an enemy and they need this weird manufactured moral superiority that's not really there that's why they're doing it this way her vice presidential pick says abortion in the 9th month is absolutely fine I think it is um he also says execution after birth ex uh execution after birth execution no longer abortion because the baby is born is okay Trump all right so I already just stated it before but I'm going to State it again here is the deal and this is actually something I got pissed off at Harris for dodging cuz Harris really did Dodge it when they were talking about limitations on abortions here is the deal and and I I fully expect everyone to fight me I don't care what side you're on I know you guys are going to fight me on this in the comment section I believe an abortion all the way up to birth okay it needs to be I don't know if it's actually viable like you know up to birth but there needs to be no limitations and the reason I say no limitations is this it's not because I'm like hey all the abort all the babies you know uh to to quote cus you know get the fetus and put the you know you got to ye us the fetus and feed the baby Cannon it's not that it's um we have seen what happens in this country when you put limitations on on abortions people are like oh well you know it's only between this this amount of weeks or this amount of days or this amount of hours or or whatever you know these weird Windows of like when you're allowed to have it and those don't work and then they're like oh well only in cases of of you know sexual assault and and incest well we know that doesn't work and then they're like oh well in the case of if it if it um affects the health of the mother well we also know that's BS Harris called that part out in the actual debate she mentioned about the the woman who was told that she's not close enough to death for them to do anything so she has to go and bleed out in her car while waiting to die potentially because if they miss the window then she's going to drop dead but you know they can't actually do anything because they're going to be liable for um doing the abortion and being in trouble with the state and get arrested and everything else the Republicans have proven time and again that their little limitations and their little you know caveats and all that crap do not work they are there to further punish women they have proven it over and over and over again so here's the thing when people were like oh there should be like you know we should definitely have abortions but there should be limitations on it no because as soon as we have realized that limitations are there to make Hoops that women have to jump through that are then fought against even though you know the Republicans and the conservatives are the ones who put him there and said yes we are okay with this we are willing to give you these reasons you've already proven you're it's all in bad faith so screw that no limitations woman comes in she goes I'm pregnant I want an abortion pregnancy capable person comes in and goes I'm pregnant I want an abortion guess what you get your abortion go get it that's that's it that's all it should be doesn't need to be like well I'm sorry where were you were you assaulted were you um was it was it a family member who did it um is your life in danger none of that crap no I want the abortion you get the abortion done end of story you don't have to give your whole goddamn life story you don't have to tell them why no you want it that's good enough that's all I needed to hear good sign these documents do whatever you need to do in terms of paperwork or whatever and and done none of this transvaginal ultrasound crap none of this you have to watch a video none of this come in talk about it then you got to come back in a week and then you got to do it again and then you got to do it again and they got to show you a whole thing of like this is the video of like what happens during an abortion no that crap you want it you get it done I have already relayed multiple times the um story of when I've actually had to go go through um abortion care earlier in my life I have talked about it in no uncertain details and having gone through that I I I 100% uh endorse uh reproductive health and Medicine it needs to be a thing this needs to be a standard part of American Healthcare and can we get rid of the godamn stigma was against people who need it seriously I see it too often in my comment section of people being like well maybe if they weren't such [ __ ] they wouldn't need to get an abortion you do realize condoms break and where the hell is the shaming for the men and for the the um uh the other people you know who are male genitally equipped however you want to call it whatever I because I'm trying to get um you know trans people I'm trying to get um androgynous people and and non-binaries and everybody I'm trying to get on one one thing um why why are these people not shamed why is it only the women that that they get the shame when it comes to abortion what the hell is that crap I'm surprised that more people aren't outraged I don't see more people pissed off about how the shaming only goes in One Direction action seriously it's so [ __ ] messed up I don't care about the swearing at this point I already know this whole thing's getting demonetized it doesn't freaking matter um uh okay so I'm sorry uh we already read the quote about him uh going after uh the vice president uh about walls let's do this um this is false wals has not said this and execution after birth is illegal in all states as pointed out by the moderators this is a common Republican talking point the Democrats support Nationwide abortion on demand up until the moment of birth the implication is that late term abortions are common and that they are routinely accepted by democrats they are not common but they should be accepted by everyone there I said it fight me the reality according to uh federal and state data is that abortions past the point of viability are extremely rare when they do happen they often involve painful emotional and even moral decisions taada late term abortions are not one of these things of like dude I'm just getting my teeth cleaned this is not a simple procedure this is not a case of somebody just changed their mind oh man I'm getting a promotional work guess I got to eat us the feus no what it is is something has gone wrong something has changed and something needs to be done and it is heartbreaking there's no other way to say that I don't know how people think that it's just the case of people walk in and be like get an abortion do H maybe I'll pick up groceries on the way home it's not that's not how that works I have seen what you know women and the Pres pregnancy capable go through getting an abortion it is not pleasant it is not fun and it is not something so simple as I guess I'll just go and you know I'm going to go down to the beach as soon as this is over it's a lot of body trauma dude it's not that easy all right two3 about two-thirds of abortions occur at the 8 weeks pregnancy or earlier and nearly 90% take place in the first 12 weeks or within uh most definitions of the first trimester according to estimates by the uh gut mocker Institute which favors abortion rights about 5.5% of abortions take place after 15 weeks with just 1.3% at 21 weeks or longer every legal scholar every Democrat every Republican liberal conservative they all wanted this issue abortion to be brought back to the states where the people could vote Trump I've talked about it before it's all this is complete horse crap it is but let's hear what they got to say this is absurd the do for dobs versus Jackson Women's Health uh organization the case in which the right to abortion was overturned is filled with uh briefs and legal Scholars saying it would be a mistake to overturn Decades of legal press ENT there you go you know what this might actually have to be a two-parter because this is this is already starting to run long I have been a leader on on fertilization IVF in vetro feralization Trump this is in Conflict the Republican Party platform which rep uh which Trump points to as his true policy document instead of uh project 2025 support States establishing few personhood through the Constitution's 14th Amendment feudal personhood bestows the same rights currently reserved for people uh to embryos from the moment of fertilization which would in uh in effect make IVF illegal there you go uh understanding his project 2025 would be a National Abortion a monitor that would be monitoring your pregnancies your miscarriages that's Harris this is not exactly what a project 2025 says claiming that liberal states have become sanctuaries for abortion tourism the report says the Department of Health and Human Services should use every available tool including the cutting of funds to ensure that every state reports exactly how many abortions take place within its borders at What gestational age of the child or uh for what reason the mother state of residence and by what method it should also ensure that uh the statistics are separated by category spontaneous miscarriage treatments that incidentally result in death of child such as chemotherapy still births and induced abortions in addition CDC would require monitoring and Reporting uh for complications due to abortion and every instance of CH of children being born alive after an abortion I don't how often they think that happens in fact now I'm freaking hold on let me I'm going to I want to see if I can look this up um statistic of number of children born after abortion proceedures uh all right this is from 2023 lat ter abortions late ter abortions uh our abortion survivors a myth made up by pro-life politicians okay uh frequ the unborn baby is until the start of the league term abortion procedure primarily through the administration of lethal injection into the Amic Sack or baby's head or hard uh uh or severing the umbilical cord so that the unborn child uh will bleed to death however 69% of late term abortion providers reported that they do not induce uh fetal demise before beginning the abortion and not all uh methods are equally effective the survival of a baby intended for abortion uh creates a a host of potential legal and medical problems for the uh abortion practitioner a watershed article was appeared in the uh Philadelphian Inquirer in 1981 referred to the survival of a baby after abortion as the dreaded complication um it's estimated that 400 to 500 abortion uh to abortion live birth occurred every uh year in the United States these numbers are little known the article stated because uh organized medicine that Fear public clamor and legal action treats them more as an embarrassment to be hushed up than be uh solved uh hold on a second I'm not liking the phrasing of that my suspicion is this is going to one of being uh one of those situations where I just fell into a uh a right-wing Rabbit Hole here Charlotte loser Institute oh crap it's a prif that's a pro life sight oh Jesus Christ that and there he oh cool um yep uh yeah yeah okay disregard all that I didn't realize Charlotte loser Institute is a PL Life Institute um here we go uh yeah so here here's their mission this is from their own website let me just bring this over so you guys can actually see it sorry about that um um our mission the sh Char loser Institute advises uh and leads the pro-life movement with groundbreaking scientific statistical and medical research so right there it's already yeah disregard it I was looking for somebody more more even killed and I wind up falling into this crap oh well uh oh you know what that's going to be something I'm going to research on my own time and I'll see if I can find something to share with the rest of you but considering their their stated angle is that they're all pro-life and well pro-life uh folks don't have a good uh record on telling the truth let's uh let's not worry about that so much yeah all right in addition the CDC would require monitoring and reporting of complications due to abortion and every instance instance of child uh children being born alive after abortion we already covered all that crap all right they allow terrorists they allowed Common Street criminals they allowed people to come in drug dealers to come into our country uh and they're now in the United States and told by their countries like Venezuela don't ever come back or we're going to kill you do you know that crime in Venezuela and crime in countries all over the world is way down Trump this is false there is no reliable data on crime in Venezuela the government stopped publishing official data in 2015 but uh but at campaign rallies Trump says crime has dropped a staggering 62 67% excuse me uh in Venezuela while in other times uh he has put the drop in crime at 72% in a year it's unclear where Trump gets these numbers but they're higher than uh what even the government says in May Venezuelan security officials announced that uh crime indicators have fallen by uh 25.1% compared with 2023 claiming that the security forces have been uh successful in large uh scale operations against criminal groups some experts say the impossible to verify uh numbers are intended to boost the sagging popularity of maduro's government there you go uh crime is down all over the world except here crime here is up and through the roof despite their fraudulent statements uh that they made crime is now uh crime in this country is through the roof and we have a new form of crime Trump the FBI defraud they were defrauding statements they uh they they didn't include the worst cities they didn't include the cities with the worst crime or Trump this is false uh violent crime rates especially for homicide in large cities have fallen sharply during uh Biden's presidency after a surge between uh during the pandemic the violent crime rate is believed to be near its lowest level in 50 years Trump has a point uh that the quarterly data released in June by the FBI is incomplete not every law enforcement agency reports its data on uh on time or accurately for the report but he's wrong to suggest crime is worse today than any time in American history Jeff Asher a crime analysis and consultant maintained a d uh a dash report that compiles crime statistics and it shows the murder rate declining significantly year-over-year in many major cities overall there have been nearly 18% fewer murders in 277 cities according to Asher the Council on crime uh criminal justice examines monthly crime rates for 12 violent property and Drug offenses in 39 American cities that have consistently reported uh monthly dat over the past 6 years in July it reported steep declines in homicide and other uh violent crimes back to levels that predate the p uh pandemic to back up Trump's claims of rising crime his campaign likes to point to the 2022 National Crime victimization uh survey ncvs a household survey of respondents aged 12 and older for the period of July 20 21 to November 2022 it showed a sharp increase in violent crime and an unusual discrepancy with the FBI reports which are crimes reported to 80% of the nation's law enforcement agencies by the public as a household survey the ncvs is incomplete it does not include people who are homeless or in institutions such as prisons jails and nursing homes it also does not include crimes against people younger than 12 the victimization survey also excludes murders moreover crime Trends uh of a single year are almost meaningless both the ncvs and the FBI show VI crime has dropped significantly since the early 1990s so again Trump full of crap it the crime data was a fraud just like there numbers of uh 88,000 jobs that they said they created turned out to be a fraud Trump this is false Trump is can offer no evidence for this claim the Bureau of Labor Statistics is a nonpartisan agency only the commissioner is a political appointee that is responsible for data and depicts the health of the economy and labor markets it collects data from a variety of sources and routinely updates statistics as more data is received in August the BLS accounted a preliminary estimate that the number of jobs created over the 12 months ending in March would probably be adjusted downward 88,000 lower than the original estimate of 2.9 Million jobs a final estimate will be released in February this is unusually large adjustment uh of minus uh 0.5% which the BLS acknowledged but there uh was a similar similar adjustment in Trump's presid minus 0.3% or 54,000 jobs in March 2019 and in Barack Obama's presidency minus 0.7% or 92,000 jobs uh in March of 2009 the BLS relies on a survey of about uh 11,000 employers to produce its monthly estimates of job creation and adjust the figures every year after examining annual state uh employment insurance tax filings Jesus Christ all right we're only halfway through you know what we're going to save the rest of this we're going to do this as a part two maybe we'll do it tomorrow and um that'll be fun I guess sure sure it'll be fun that's that's what we'll
