Predictions for Ipswich Town vs Fulham - 31/08/24

big question in AJ prediction time what do you reckon town going to get their first win in the Premier League or is it going to be a draw or ar gonna make it three defeats in a row start their Top Flight campaign I like this because I get to go first out everyone because we haven't recorded the podcast yet which is quite nice uh I think this is going to end in a draw I'm going to go with a one- one draw just seems right in my head I I think that it is a chance to get the points on the board and I think they will get something from it but I don't think it is this kind of not pushover I don't think anyone's expecting that from fulam but it's not as easy a game as some people will go into thinking that it could be because the Premier League is an incredibly tough game you remember how good Fen looked as you mentioned in the Cup last year that's going to be a stronger team that's going to come to Portland Road tomorrow so expecting um a tough competitive game that the town will get a hard forward hard hard fought points from there we go first goal scorer I'm going to back him well not back him again but after he scored last weekend I'm going to go with him again Samy smex first goal scorer don't mind that yeah obviously that was a massive shock wasn't it when we took the lead against man city um oh it's difficult this game to really predict because um a lot of people are saying yes our season starts now but as you said it's not going to be an easy game Portland Road I'm sure the atmosphere is gonna be great you know the second game back in the top flight at Portman Road um but I'm I'm swaying for a draw as well um I think it could go either way but I think the draw is the on the fence thing and that's what I'm going to do I'm gonna be on the fence ladies and gentlemen I'm sorry I'm GNA do an AJ as well I'm gonna actually go one1 although is that the rule that we don't do the same prediction I think maybe on the boot room we could do the same prediction but maybe I don't know a what you reckon come in at the end of the day this is important because you want to get points if you want to if you want to go with the same one um espe that someone has to pick first unless we're all going to like hold up the scores at the same time I I think that it's only fair that you should be able to go with the same one so if you want to go one one you are more than welcome to go one you know what there's goals in there port and road so I want to go Desmond I'm G to go 22 because why not first goal scorer I'm gonna back him because I backed him in our preview show lean deap to score his first to goal um to be the first goal scorer and I think Sam SM will score the second so 22 1-1 are prediction so a point on the board for town let us know your thoughts your predictions in the comments down below AJ any other business my friend looking forward to this one also kind of looking forward to the international break because it gives us a a chance to reset going into a couple of away games chance to reflect on the transfer window as a whole bit of a rest for some of us as well it's going to be a busy day and a busy weekend so yeah looking forward to kind of finishing the summer almost with a bang uh hopefully a good result and should be a good one at Port Road hopefully with a bit of Sun as well be nice um looking forward to it inde my friend yeah I'm going to keep my shorts on I think um but if it is a bit chilly maybe the jeans will be coming on but we'll shall see um thanks for watching another edition of the boot room if you haven't already subscribe um if actually if you're watching this you are our subscriber anyway so we salute you but if you're watching this as a teaser on our YouTube channel um three pounds of three months is our latest offer so check that out download the app and all that sort of stuff and uh we'll see you at Portland Road follow coverage if you're not going if you are going enjoy byebye for now
