I think the the first step in affecting change in our Healthcare landscape is Physicians getting involved in the administration of healthcare and we do it so pragmatically right now in the sense of like I'm just going to prescribe the right diagnosis or the right treatment or what have you but the truth is not only do we need to do that but we need to also be a part of how it's delivered or what is delivered not just the why
