Lamar Jackson throughout his career has been criticized saying that he can't win the big game or winning the playoffs and after last night's game against the Chiefs I think that the haters might be right while I do think he could have played better throughout the whole game that's not what I'm here to highlight today I'd like to highlight something I think should be talked about a lot more which was Lamar's situational football last night as we can see in this clip the big play to Rashad baitman ends with about 36 seconds left in the game most quarterbacks in the situation would Sprint down the field spike the ball and have about 25 seconds left in the game however Lamar decides to take his time call a play hike the ball at 20 seconds then proceed to sit in the pocket for 10 and then miss his open man throwing a hospital ball to his best receiver all night Isaiah likely Lamar then makes the situation worse by missing his wide open receiver Z flowers in the back of the end zone and because of the wasted time before he now only has 4 seconds left on the clock as we all know the game sadly ended by a singular toe after Isaiah likely almost made the catch of his career however I think this really showcases Lamar Jackson's horrible situational football play and why the Raven Super Bowl hopes might be further away than we all thought
