Tropical Storm Francine to weaken over Memphis

To the tropical storm now, which is really the remnants here of Francine. You could see it just moved north of New Orleans. Good news. It was moving very quick. That limits the damage from flooding and pretty much every impact. And you can actually see the rain shield, a lot of moisture involved with this still going to move across the country. The system will work for Memphis and it will weaken to 25 MPH. Once it gets to this point, we'll call it a depression or the remnants either or will work. But see the plume, this is a plume of moisture from Francine. Look at it actually comes straight into the Minneapolis area or Wisconsin. I think there's a better chance for some showers in Wisconsin, Saturday.
