People fear the word "No" and often people don't they have a fear of the word no or receiving the word no because it's a perception it's a failure but if you don't ask you never get right so um so I do think I think that's a a really good point around being able to go for failure and when you're going for You can't fail failure you actually can't fail it's not possible to fail when you go for failure because there's always going to be what did I learn how do I get better how do I What did I learn? improve this what's the next thing I got to do because when you go for failure you actually gain agency meaning you have power to take action
