so of course yeah while we all acknowledge that Trump missed some opportunities to put Harris on the defensive to call her out he didn't get lost and add homonym attacks or digressions as many of us were were worried about while Harris herself she didn't face plant she didn't indulge in the the words salads that we're used to um I do think she revealed herself to be what we've always known her to be um which is a snake uh she ziggs to the right on immigration in contrast to her own objectively true statements I mean she did in fact once actively support gender transition surgeries for detained migrants uh then she brags about her endorsements from Dick Cheney and other members of the Bush Administration and this Republican Old Guard who the left has long decried as war criminals so clearly she's willing to move in any direction she can
