hi guys so I just got back from seeing afraid which is the new Blum House movie and I'm going to make this review pretty quick so you already know what this is about it's a killer AI home system uh you've seen the trailer I saw the trailer when it came out last month saw it in a bunch of other horror movies in front of a bunch of other horror movies and as soon as I saw that trailer I um just said to myself that just looks bad that looks really bad and I had no expectations for it at all and um I went and saw it tonight and this is probably the worst movie I saw in theaters all year afraid is something else man like this movie is artificial everything but it has none of the intelligence um and this movie The only thing I'll give it a positive for is the guy who played the dad and the girl who played the teenage daughter I thought were decent actors they weren't great but they were decent at best and um everything else just was bad the direction the script was terrible like there were um in the first five minutes of the movie there were some lines of dialogue I was like oh wow this is going to be a rough one isn't it and it just got worse as it went on the directions it went into with the home system I thought was really dumb and really bad just I don't have much else to say about this movie it's the worst film I think I saw in the theater this year I don't know about worst film like in total this year but in terms of like me seeing a film in a theater yeah this is the worst one I saw in a theater this year um it's just it's just really bad just don't waste your money seeing it Blum House you're better than this and I know you're better than this you're better than making stuff like night swim imaginary or afraid and somehow afraid manag to be worse than those two but Blum House you are way better than this I've seen you be better than this and I really hope that you get a lot better than this so that's my review on afraid don't see it I'm not even going to I'm not going to ask what you thought about it just don't see it um I'm instead I'm going to ask you I'm going to okay if you by any chance did see it let me know what you think about in the comments but don't see it but my other question is what is the worst horror film you saw um you saw all year just what is the worst horror film you saw all year I would like to know because there were some other really bad ones that I watched like at home that were probably worse than this um and there were some that I haven't seen that looked really bad and had terrible reviews um but in terms of seeing a film in a theater this is the worst movie I saw in a theater this year so but as always subscribe to me to see more horror and Thriller reviews
