[Music] there has always been something in human nature to go explore it inspires people to do things and to create things that we had never thought were possible the space environment is kind of the last place we can still explore man begins The Greatest Adventure in his history we are embarking on the Second Great Age of Exploration there's going to be families on the moon there's going to be a colony on Mars there are these Stepping Stones along the way our mission is one step in that Journey our first mission is Polaris Dawn space flight is going to be a reality for For All Mankind similar to getting on a 747 flying to another continent we have visions of doing the same thing with space [Music] exploration it's for people that are not from NASA that are going to go up and and open this door to the world's Beyond ours this is the first commercial spacewalk we are going to be the first crew to do that we'll open the forward hatch and actually go outside into space historically these have only been performed by governments NASA Etc space is for everybody it's not just for one group of people we will be the women that have been farthest away from the Earth ever I I hope that there are little girls out there that can see themselves in me if this goes wrong what's going to happen every Regulatory and oversight body is going to look at this and say was this a mistake there are certainly moments throughout the training that we've experienced that it's kind of like holy this is for Real it made me really wonder what it would feel like if we hit like 19 G's or something it's not often people are intentionally putting themselves in a situation where there could be a one in 100 chance that in just an instant it ends you need to build mental toughness things like flying and fighter [Music] jets things like climbing a mountain catch a breath there will be immense sacrific ice in the coming days months year throughout this [Music] journey I am a believer that the questions that human beings have been asking themselves since the beginning of time are probably answered in the worlds beyond our own you have to start somewhere we share our story we share this Mission with the public and you start to see how that is inspiring the Next Generation it's [Music] contagious
