is is this a measuring stick measuring stick game for this defense considering how talented they are in offense or are you guys so confident that they just going to go play well regardless I mean like you always got to have that confidence but you already know what type of test they got over there too like they got some Firepower um and all that stuff but like again like we trying to set a championship defense around here we trying to be known as a defensive team in this uh when everybody think of the Packers they think about defense so it's going to start Friday night like Friday night is another test to show everybody what do you think of the duo of Smith and brown oh man that's a great Duo uh that's a good one two especially they added the third one so uh that's a good little Trio and then not even talking about the running back and the quarterback so they got a nice little lineup out there with AJ uh Smitty but uh it's going to be a good little game it's going to be a fun game did you play any those guys in college uh I played SMY every pretty much every year um my first me year I was red shirted so our first me year I was red shirted he caught the uh Natty touchdown I'll never forget that uh I'll never forget looking down on the sideline that cover two scored everybody's selling brain uh 2018 played him the FC Championship 2019 I think that was the year I did not play him and then 2020 I played on his H me year his H me year or whatever and of course he went fed that year too so uh yeah it been a good it been a good little match ups hey Eric what you experienced in London a few years ago play that game and then you know lose the next four how do you what are you guys doing this season or how do you feel prepared enough that it doesn't occur this season with another cross country I mean like just going and keeping main thing to main thing to where um there's so many little obstacles going on outside of football that we just can't worry about we just got to know about when it come Friday when the ball kicked off and all stuff that's the only thing that matter everything else it goes out the window like we just come here to play ball like we don't we don't really care if it's in the parking lot if it's wherever like hey we just come here to play football considering your journey and everything you've been through just being on the field what will that feel like it would be feel like great uh I always say always they man above like man there's so many things that he going put me through so many little obstacles and all that stuff just to get back on that field Friday it's it's going to be unbelievable what's your plan of attack as far as the flight just passing the time uh I'm getting a little bit of sleep tonight I'm really not trying to go to sleep tonight uh so when we leav in the a.m. um I'll be still sleepy so I'm planning on at least passing out for at least five hours I'm I'm at least getting myself five hours I pray and then the rest of the five I can probably Thug It Out but uh yeah I'll be looking at film it could be a lot of little stuff I be trying to do just keep myself occupied for that 10 10 11 hour flight did you play jayen in college I played Jaylen in college as well so I played him that 2018 when he came in for tour uh the second half and that's all I'm just leaving on that end I'm not going I'm not going to go too far about the end result but yeah I played him in 2018 as well how have you seen this game grow from college to where he is now uh I mean I mean you can just see it from everywhere uh from when he left Bama went on to Oklahoma I mean sorry Oklahoma what the heck did I just say um yeah when he moved on went to Oklahoma and showed like he could really be a quarterback and of course when he came to the league and all stuff and he just him improving each each in their year just shows the type of talent show type of person that he is how difficult does it make life for you that he can just scramble around and run for his life and you got a card two of the best wide receivers um I mean of course he cost a lot of habit with that but you know you get paid the pretty much plaster so I mean that's go one of the little jobs that we got to do and hey everything else will be it pretty much be itself
