‘1000-Lb. Sisters’ Star Amy Slaton Arrested for Drug Possession and Child Endangerment

TLC star Amy Slayton has been arrested at a Tennessee zoo on September 2nd facing charges related to drug possession and child endangerment according to local law enforcement the arrest occurred at a local Safari Park after a guest reported a camel bite upon arrival authorities detected suspicious odors coming from Amy's vehicle the Crockett County Sheriff's Department revealed that Amy was charged with il legal possession of schedule 1 and schedule 6 drugs as well as two counts of child endangerment the department statement accompanied by Amy's mugshot emphasized that these charges are allegations and that Amy is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court Amy was arrested alongside Brian Scott leorn and both individuals have been booked into the Crockett County Jail enw has contacted local police and Amy's legal Representatives but has not yet received a response the child endangerment charges are currently without further details but it is known that Amy has two children 4-year-old Gage and 2-year-old Glenn from her previous marriage to Michael Halterman Amy filed for divorce for Michael in March 2023 after 4 years of marriage recently Amy has been vocal about her personal life including publicly criticizing an ex-boyfriend Kevin whom she accused of dating her for fame since 2020 Amy and her sister Tammy have been featured on TLC's 1000 lb sisters a show chronicling their shared Journey towards weight loss
