Mauricio poino arriving what excites you the most about what he can bring to this team yeah I think just uh hope hopefully a culture that that is is willing to fight that is willing to to take risks uh you know win I mean there's a lot of there's a lot of things that need to change in just the just just in the the mentality and the culture of the group I think we have the quality but um I you know I know hopefully that he he's going to he's that's the first thing that he's going to want to change thank you Christian
