25.2 Cage Work. - What are Cleco’s? – All the Animals!

hey welcome back this is Sean Fox Fury and today we are going to do a couple things so first thing we're going to do is we're going to get these rockers cleaned up uh basically we're going to drill the spot welds here and get this this portion of the floor taken out cleaned up and ready for the roll cage so I'm going to do that now and then we will cut to the next scene I guess we got some cows that escaped onto our land today they're making their way back always something for everyone on Fox Fury I didn't know this video was going to be so full of animals but here is our shop cat this is meow meow his story is we found him at a gas station starved half to death and his back legs were you know start starting to not function brought him back home and uh he's a real good cat all right I got to get some work done all right I'm making a little bit of progress here um making the car lighter hey I'm sure the audio will be terrible so I'm probably just going to turn this into a time lapse the noise the silence CRS in this place no one's alone o we Qui in then last night right now we're going to take some of these um rocker plates probably just they look essentially the same so for right now probably only going to get two of them prepped this is 11 gauge steel 4x6 typically you need a 6x6 piece to uh uh as far as the chassis certification goes but um The Rocker doesn't have over there in that area and then over on the other side over there okay we got the one of the plates mounted up to the to the rocker panel there uh just one of the holes drilled so I took the this plate has three holes in it one two three uh I've drilled this one I I kind of leveled that but before I drill any of the other ones I'm want to install a Cleo and let me kind of show you what those are it's a reusable rivet this is what it looks like is it's got a spring in here and when you compress this those two kind of tabs get pushed out and then their diameter can uh reduce down to an e/ of an inch and then you can slip them in the hole and then you release it and then pulls those tabs over the middle Tab and it increases the diameter and pulls your two panels together or in this case the it pulls the the plate to The Rocker so here here it is again and then we're going to just put it into the tool and then let's see if we can get it to focus let's turn it a little bit all right so there now let's start compressing it and now the diameter of this end is reduced so I can slip it into a hole and then when I release it this little Edge grabs a hold of the back farthest back hole and pulls it tight with the other panel piece so let's uh see if that works as described [Music] okay I guess it's in [Music] there so yeah it's pretty tight I'd say now I just got to do the other time to freeze in this world we find our okay I got the I don't know what you call them rocker plates temporarily installed with the cleos I will be placing the number one bar exactly 7 in aft of the seat belt anchor uh kind of at the lowest portion of the of the plate all right here is the number one bar it is sanded polished trimmed to length um leveled multiple different ways I leveled it it's the most important bar so I spent a bunch of time on it it's Level side to side it's positioned exactly 7 in back from the seat belt anchors which are supposed to be uh accurate points of reference on these cars okay I got some tack welds put in they are not great so any help with welding is much appreciated and I guess that will wrap up today's video benath the Moon and Sun Hearts be in last one
