Eric Bayan iami is an American football coach and former player who is currently the assistant head coach and offensive coordinator for the Washington commanders of the National Football League NFL he played college football for the Colorado Buffalos and was a unanimous All-American and a national champion in 1990 Eric was selected by the San Diego Chargers in the second round of the 1991 NFL draft later playing for the Cincinnati Bengals and Philadelphia Eagles primarily as a special teamer before returning to Colorado in the early 2000s to finish his degree following that he was hired as the
