Introduction your league mates will regret passing on these players first player is going to be Garrett Wilson for the New York Jets and hear me out with Garrett Wilson Garrett Wilson dude's an absolute baller and for the last two years Garrett Wilson has had the unfortunate circumstance to be playing with Zack Wilson as his QB we're looking at him at the last two years wide receiver 30 wide receiver 32 on a points per game basis which if you're having to draft him super early in your fantasy football draft isn't great because this year he is going in the back end of the first sometimes he falls to the early second but going around the composite ADP as overall wide receiver 7 overall Player 11 and listen you see the jerseys behind me there's a little bit of bias that comes into play with that Jersey behind me with Garrett Wilson because I know he's an absolute baller but when we look at his overall targets the last two years 147 targets as a rookie 163 in his sophomore campaign so you're going to say well he's a Target getter but he's not producing on a fantasy points per game basis if we look at these in-game splits so the inlit is in full PPR with Zack Wilson the out of split is without Zack Wilson so let's think about this from the perspective of who the quarterbacks were behind Zach Wilson it was like Mike White a bunch of backups that couldn't actually beat out Zach Wilson but all of a sudden Garrett Wilson is producing almost three fantasy points more per game with them than he was with Zach Wilson which to me screams that the issue is not Garrett Wilson the issue is the quarterback play so all of a sudden slide Aaron Rogers in I don't even care if Aaron roggers is 70% of the old Aaron Rogers that that's going to be enough for me with these targets that Garrett Wilson has been achieving where last year like we were saying he was wide receiver four on targets for him to put up that Elite level ceiling sometimes the situation sucks for a wide receiver like Alli Drake London and Garrett Wilson that now we're expecting with these better quarterback play that you need to be drafting him and I think your league mates are going to be kind of under selling Garrett Wilson's overall value now there's people that are saying hey I'm taking Garrett Wilson over Justin Jefferson because it's a new year I can't get on that train that bandwagon but I think you could make the case hey AJ Brown Garrett Wilson's the wide receiver behind him I think there's a case to be made that Garrett Wilson should be going above AJ Brown just based on that overall Target share and those overall projections that we do have for Garrett Wilson coming into this year because he is a big Target getter and with a big Target getter if things break his way he could be an absolute League winner so I absolutely love Garrett Wilson and your league mates are going to regret passing on Garrett Mike Evans Wilson my next player that your league mates are going to regret passing on is going to be Mike Evans who right now in ADP going off the board somewhere around player overall 27 so that is early third round wide receiver 14 and Mike Evans has been a man of consistency in the first year without Tom Brady looked better than in previous years with Tom Brady with 16.6 fantasy points per game wide receiver 10 on a points per game basis had that 15.9 yards per reception 1,200 receiving yards 13 total touchdowns 79 receptions 135 targets so he had more targets he had a few more more catches had more yards per reception and had more receiving touchdowns now the big worry for Mike Evans heading into this next year is not only age age is starting to become a little bit of a factor with him he is 31 years old he's 65 231 we have seen these older like even like a guy like Julio Jones as they get older they don't age as well as maybe some of the smaller slot type wide receivers that don't necessarily win off their athleticism but Mike Evans is still good and big enough and we've seen the hamstring issues kind of start to take fold over the last few seasons but he's been able to play through it so you're just hoping he can play through it this year but we do know the consistency he's going to finish somewhere around wide receiver 10 to wide receiver 13 on a points per game basis so that's why you're having to draft him where you have to draft him at wide receiver 14 but it still feels like hey like that almost feels like that's kind of the worst case scenario what if all of a sudden Mike Evans has an amazing year the worry is without Dave Canales maybe Dave Canales made Baker Mayfield look a little bit better than he was so there are kind of two sides to this coin but especially if you want like a hero RB build and you could get Mike Evans as your wide receiv too or worst case scenario you do a double hero RB and then you can get Mike Evans as your clear wide receiver one I think the all the upside in the world is with Mike Evans on this Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense because really it wasn't since 2020 when he had like wide receiver 16 on a points per game basis like that in the last six years wide receiver 16 is the worst points per game that Mike Evans has played and now the worry is can he stay healthy but 175 16 16 13 the last since 2019 like 13 games was the lowest he played in 2019 so so you got to worry about the hamstrings dude seems to be in baller seems to be turning up your league mates will regret passing on Mike Evans but you won't because Mike Evans is that type of dude the third Mark Andrews player that your league mates are going to regret passing but you're not is going to be Mark Andrews and I've talked all offseason about how this tight end landscape it used to be hey I'm they Travis Kelce and Mark Andrews are the only two options but we come into this year and there are a bunch of elite level options in the tight end landscape we look at Sam leaport Travis Kelce Mark Andrew Trey McBride D and C even you get to like George KD Kyle Pitts and you feel pretty good about it like if you're in the 12-man a 10-man league almost half the teams have a tight end that they feel good about so that's why I'm telling you that you need to get one of these tight ends with that same level Elite level upside but Mark Andrews to me is the one that continues to fall a little bit too far he's going behind Trey McBride so he's coming off as the tight end four in rankings overall player 45 and Mark Andrews A lot of people were burned last year with him only playing in the 10 total game games before he got hurt but he was tight end five on a points per game basis last year the year before that tight end three tight end one the year before that tight in four tight in five so pretty much this dude is a tight M5 worst case scenario that's the floor and I think with that consistency he is still only 28 years old so for a tight end that is super young in an offense where the Baltimore Ravens let go of Odell Beckham they have Z flowers but Mark Andrews has always kind of proven to be the clear Alpha when we look at 2022 and 2021 154 113 targets if Mark Andrew can get more than 113 115 targets we're talking about him being a top three tight end and he has the potential if the Ravens have to throw the ball a lot more I know they signed Derrick Henry this year so a lot of people are thinking hey it's going to be back to the ground and pound which the Ravens always do I like the play action pass with Mark Andrews I think there's ultimate level upside for Mark Andrews at this current value I think it's great to wait on your tight end until the fourth when you can get Mark Andrews you don't necessarily have to take a high in pick on to Travis Kelce which I think if you can get Travis Kelce in the early part of the third that's absolutely great I do like Sam Lor's value I feel like the tight ends as we approach the season their adps are kind of shifting a little bit back but if you're able to get that warp that wins over replacement at the tight end position and I can go address getting some depth at wide receiver later I can get a a waiver wire pick up as my rb2 I will be doing that because I do believe Mark Andrews is that type of dude that you do not want to let your league mates draft and they're going to regret passing on it because but you're not because you're tuning into the channel you are getting all your information here my fourth player that your league Xavier Worthy mates are going to regret passing on is going to be Xavier worthy for the Kansas City Chiefs and if you were an absolute sicko you are someone that loved to tune in to any type of NFL so you tuned into the NFL Draft when Xavier worthy the Kansas City Chiefs trade up to get Xavier worthy and that ultimate level speed for the Kansas cityes I mean he ran a 422 at the combine 421 depending on what site you look at but dude is an absolute Blazer a lot of people compare him to Tyreek Hill and where does he land with Patrick Mahomes now the big question is they sign Hollywood Brown in free agency you still got Travis Kelce you got Rasheed rice how is this all going to play out in this Kansas City Chiefs offense well when we look at Xavier worthy from a prospect profile not a lot of people had him super high just because a lot of people believed hey he was a burner he wasn't really a great athletic rout Runner so if you look at his overall College statistics dude had a crazy Dominator rating because of the fact that he was able in his freshman season he put up 62 reception 981 yards a 30% Target share and 12 total receiving touchdowns now he wasn't ever able to really Eclipse that touchdown Mark but last year did put up a, yards receiving and had five total receiving touchdowns so a lot of the worry with him has not only been okay the lack of maybe College production towards the back half but also the fact that he only weighed 165 lbs so a lot of people are worried hey how is press coverage going to work now worried about press coverage in an Andy Reid scheme where Andy Reid can scheme up these wide receivers to get open especially with a guy with this Elite Speed I don't know why we were concerned at all but when you're looking at who he's going around in the ADP ranges he's going behind Deontay Johnson I love me some D Johnson but going in the similar range SM running backs like a Tony per Jaylen Warren Javonte Williams listen I love all those guys rb2s Xavier worthy has ultimate level upside listen when we're talking about Marvin Harrison Jr Malik neighbors who are going ahead of Xavier worthy Xavier worth is coming off as the third like rookie level wide receiver listen I love me some Malik neighbors Marvin Harrison Jr I think those dudes are studs but we also haven't seen it on the field we haven't seen it for Xavier worthy but we did see some flashes some highlight plays same with Malik neighbors and Marvin Harrison Jr but I do think the correlation of having to get Xavier worthy like in the eighth to ninth round of your redraft league is just too good to pass up I don't care if he's the first wide receiver on the bench I don't care if you have to then draft running back running back because you missed down on some running backs because you had to take Xavier worthy a little bit earlier and he's going to be sitting on your bets dude has ultimate level upside and I think you're not you are not going to regret taking Xavier worthy because I love some Xavier worthy but your league mates will because you absolutely nabbed him before they were able to get to Xavier worthy and my Blake Corum final player that your league mates are going to regret passing on it's going to be Blake Kor for the Rams Now Blake km lands in a Los Angeles Rams offense that has Kyan Williams we just saw Kiren Williams have an absolute top five fantasy football finish on a points per game basis in 2023 so heading into 2024 you're like hey Blake corm you're going to be the Handcuff there's nothing really going to be upside to you that happens unless something happens to Karen Williams now I kind of agree with that I think Ken Williams proved last year that he deserves to be the starter that he deserves to get a majority of the touches but the Rams drafted blit korm in the third round let's not forget kyen Williams was drafted in the six so kyen Williams was kind of a surprise but even though he was a surprise they still drafted BL corm in the third round now I didn't love blit km as a prospect a 453 40 yard dash didn't really have the athletic measurables that I like to look at I know I'm an Ohio State Bucky fan so maybe there's some bias there as well but he did have a good like production profile at Michigan I think his last year when we're looking at his overall rushing attempts like 237 for 1100 yards 26 total touchdown Downs 16 receptions 117 receiving yards I think the overall thing for me is it's going to be an have to be an upside shot with a Kiren Williams something happening that then Blake km can kind of overtake Kiren Williams and I think that's possible I'm not saying Kiren Williams gets a season ending injury I think Blake K has similar level talent to a guy like Karen Williams so if Blake K were to get on the field and show greatness I mean I don't think there's any reason this Rams team they don't have anything tied to Kiron Williams I guess that's what I'm trying to say they have a high draft pick tied to Blake korm and sometimes draft Capital does matter and when you're getting to select Blake km late in your draft you're taking a late round shot on a running back that has huge upside we're talking about him as RB 39 he's going ahead of guy like Brian Robinson who has three different mouths to compete with in the Washington commanders offense going behind a guy like Jerome Ford I know Jerome Ford will get a few weeks of starting behind a guy like Gus Edwards so he is an expensive high priority hanu but Blake Corn based on everything that we've seen with sha McVey how he's able to use this GM's absolutely able to hit on these weapons that they are going to use as rookies I mean last year let's not think pukan AA was an absolute steal we could be talking about Blake km as an absolute Steel in that same exact way this year and so when you're talking in a list of guys and a list of players like Pat FR Don C Brian Robinson Kil Shakir Trevor Lawrence Zeke Elliot you could really talk yourself into the highest upside there is with Blake K now there's really no floor that's also the case so like I said we like to shoot for ultimate level upside cuz you're either first or you're last that's how I view fantasy football and so Blake corm is that dude that I think think your league mates are going to regret drafting because I do think he has the ultimate level upside to help you really boost your depth on your bench but also will have some very viable fantasy football weeks for you in 2024 fantasy football so if you like fantasy football hit that like And subscribe button on the way to 3,000 subscribers once you're he in the
