you ready yeah let's do this as as he talks what say we with Danny aens obviously we've met we know the stakes have got even crazy with the Premier League medal I mentioned this to your coach obviously Danny Simpson he's won the Premier League he's been been in big high pressure moments in front of the fans do you think that's going to have an effect with him maybe having an extra Advantage dealing with the pressure have you thought about that possibly or I I don't think that gives him an advantage look mate he's used to playing in front of thousands of people I've had charity matches front of thousands of people it's not it's not relevant do you what I mean I can't bring up and be like it's not relevant it's completely different playing football with 10 extra men in football you make a mistake you've got 10 extra guys helping you out in boxing you make a mistake you have someone against you punching you in the face so it's not the same to be honest with you um I think there's no disadvantages or advantages and obvious obviously we know that you've been training very hard and that's going to come with a bit of confidence and you you believe firmly that you're better than Danny Simpson do you have to kind of maybe make sure you don't overlook him because when you overlook people that's when you know the unexpected can happen yeah of course M I don't want anyone uh come into this fight thinking oh I know I'm going to win I know I'm going to win I'm confident because of the work I've done he he can be confident for the work he's done there's nothing wrong with both of us being confident but I am not overlooking him in the slightest like I know I still have to get the job done on Saturday before even thinking about my next fight the next fight after that like yeah I got to get the job done man and I'm not I'm not uh I'm not looking past that when it got announced that you would be the main event for this card what were your initial thoughts cuz there must have been a lot of thoughts running through your head at the moment it was oh oh [ __ ] okay cuz I was not told I was I was not told I found out when everybody else found out I was more obviously excited do you I mean I'm never going to turn down a main event but more so just surprise but then it it kind of Set It kind of set in I'm like oh [ __ ] I'm the main event fighter so like I'm learning to embrace it I'm learning to to not take it for granted and I'm learning to uh enjoy it would it be
