[Applause] don't lose [Music] keep Welcome Back YouTube um so as you can see your boys's looking a bit chunkier in the face a bit rounder a bit Fuller um reason being Al if you follow me on socials you will see that I have had to pull my prep now um for the fitx Welsh um I'll go into that obviously the reason being I do suffer with an autoimmune disease called called uh systemic lupus um at the start of prep there was a few things that didn't really go right anyway um I had an injury to my quad which pretty much T took me out of doing cardio for around three weeks then there was an injury to my glut which again was another week or so so all in all in about a 9we prep I was doing cardio about 3 weeks of it um now still managed to to bring the condition down to a solid Point obviously we needed to dig it very very hard to to bring it in at the end um if we manage to do so but during that digging process um and obviously bringing calories down lower um pushing the C to up higher that systemic Loop buest just didn't agree with it um I have flare ups every now and again it is a bit of a um you need to just catch it at the right time and everything needs to fall in place at the right time which like said everything happens for a reason as well um but the time just wasn't Rosen rights um I said Sy loopus took over um I was in hospital I was on V drip um which to be honest was quite scary um and it did did make make me obviously think if the whole process was worth it um and if pushing further was worth it um to risk my health even further uh which it it wasn't that's the truth um obviously there's a lot a lot of good in my life that I want to keep around and want to be happy with and want to continue progressing with like business my coaching uh my family [Music] um and the the stage will always be there it is cliche uh but the stage will always be there now this year if I'm honest hasn't totally gone to plan just because I tried earlier in the year to do the same thing um that's when I found out about the systemic loot bus um I didn't work I took a small off season made a little bit of progress um and then went back into a prep so it's not in the words of the cool kids it wasn't optimal um and now bodybuilding is done for 2024 it's also done for 2025 and when I say that I mean competitive bodybuilding so stepping on stage is not even a thought in my head or or will not be a thought in my head for the whole rest of the year or the whole of next year because number one Health has to be a priority to everyone out there who bodybuild who has a thought process of bodybuilding to put a blendy it's not a healthy sport um no matter what people think no matter how healthy people look no matter how shredded and healthy that looks us to to The Outsider it is not a healthy sport we putting our body under stress we're putting our body under strain um and it is very risky um especially when there are anabolics involved um which also also put in your B body under further stress there are litics involved um which again those fat burners are going to put your body under stress as well um so the thought process is to take the hoola 2025 off competitive bodybuilding and to do exactly what it says on the Tim body build so spend time building this physique spend spend time getting healthy first making sure my health is a priority taking the right supplementation um obvious see my coach Jay is sponsored by um JP so the full range there we know it is fantastic uh we know it works I've used it previously in the past had Bloods thenis worked perfectly J sou has had um bled den and shown obviously positive markers from it as well so that will be something that we will Implement during this health phase and further on then even when the cycle comes back in um so for now cyle has been brought down to a trt dosage which is just uh 150 um to 150 Meg test anate um and that is it then we're going to have T4 in um at 100 mics just for the the thyroid effect obviously to help um no GH no other um no other drugs so we're going to keep it nice and healthy and then when the time comes when we're healthy when blood say it's all good when we get the okay then we push and we push up and uh introduce the No No Limits push-up um but I am a very results driven person so I cannot sit back and just go through the motions now so I have set other goals in place as well things that I want to take off things that really are things I really enjoy um and the enjoyment Factor always needs to be there so number one is a uh bench press so I'm going to be doing a bench press competition hopefully at some point at the moment I'm working on building my bench press up um and I've also got a plan in place now to focus on building that bench Wess app so it's a 6 we plan which I will repeat obviously the more cuz it's worked on percentages the rep ranges obviously will work on a different percentage once you hit a new One reped Max obviously so that will be something I will document on YouTube as well just cuz I think it's exciting it's something I love as well um like I enjoy it and I'm going to be posting out things that I enjoy um just to keep things authentic I'm not going to be one of these people that just post stuff for the sake of it um just to try and be relevant that's not me I'm doing what I enjoy um and if people love that people want to follow out then amazing Happy Days um but yeah the process will be followed um obviously those big events then like I'm also going to try and do just because of the health element of it I'm probably going to try and do a run at some point not along the lines of what I used to do when I was running lond marathons but just like um a faster Pace s of like 10K sort of sty run over half marathon even but they are goals that are in place now for 2025 cuz like I said the life is nothing without goals we need something to always P push and progress business is the other thing obviously will always push business um and make sure that I'm getting the more out to my clients and the more out to their Journeys as well um so I will be pushing that and putting more focus on business now um I've obviously tried my best to give my clients as much of of me as possible during prep but the truth of the matter is when you are low on calories when you are lethargic they don't get the best vision of you um and now is the time obviously with food in me with uh energy in me I can give them the best and give them everything that they deserve as well um so yeah from now I will be documenting um like vlogging doing Vlog style things um with my own content um just so I can learn the process um try and pick up some tricks um I got the best in the business to probably sneak a few T tips from I'm sure um and then Jay will be coming into to the top end sort of um top quality I should say um in terms of obviously the camera Etc um so like any sort of bench meets um any sort of like if I'm going to travel somewhere at to train with somebody Etc all our good stuff we'll get obviously Jay involved with as well um but we're also going to be pushing the content on Instagram now so I'm going to really push the content on Instagram get some really nice informative stuff out for you guys making sure that um you know it's free education um but also just gives you that little bit of help when you're struggling with how to perform certain exercises how to set up your your nutrition um how to set up your day all that type of good stuff but yeah for now like I said prep is over we are calling a day but bodybuilding is definitely not over bodybuilding is definitely still there lighting a fire in my stomach and when the time is right the time will be right uh bless me so like
