about that and let's see what's coming in the next run okay name and affiliation please one question would like sir yes sir mat St M I just wonder about the psychology of for you over the last couple of days obviously seeing Carlos l and then Novak lose and how that impacts you emotionally coming into a game like this seeing your Rivals lose no it's it's it shows that you know the sport is is unpredictable no um whenever you drop a little bit of your level you know if it's mental if it's tennis wise or physical um at the end it's it has a huge impact on the on the result and uh and both opponents uh with the lost against they the playes are incredible t is and um and you know it happens so I just watch on my on my side what I have to do um you know that I guess I've done also in the last in the last period of time and uh and then we'll see what I can do but um yeah that's it Charlie in the back I just wanted to ask on Carlos as well you've played him many times just how tough is it to play him like what makes it so difficult just thinking about how big an achievement it was from btic the yeah it's uh well first of all very tough no um it's it's tough to get the ball past him you know he's moving so good and uh also the serve has has improved a lot you know he plays with a very high percentage of of first serves um you know he can mix up the the return position it's very dangerous when he when he plays the forehand when he has time so there are many many great things obviously you know he has been number one in the world and and and winning multiple Grand Slams so it's it's it's tough to find weaknesses from this kind of players and um and also mentally you know he's he's a huge competitor very tough to beat so in all things considered this is whoever wins against him is uh it's a great great great win Tommy Paul is up two sets to one so for the moment Assuming he's your next opponent what have you learned from your matches with him and how would you describe the challenges of playing him yeah big challenge um he is he's great mover he has improved a lot in the in the last period of time and uh it's going to be a tough challenge um he plays he plays some great tennis especially here in the uh in America so it's it's it's it's going to be it's going to be a tough uh tough match for me but hopefully I'm ready uh to to compete in the best possible way and uh yeah I'm just looking forward to it no it's it's these matches are are very exciting to play and then happy to be part of this so let's see great Yanik um with today Chris had never play played on that Court he said it was intimidating at the beginning and he also said that the way you played today he felt clueless on the court and that he felt suffocated do you agree well it's I know my first experience as Lo on this court it's it's a bit different you know it's the stadium is massive and but yeah today I I felt like that I raised the level in the in the last couple of matches now today I felt uh better on cord and uh trying to trying to play it with the with the right T itical um match and and and I executed in a in a very positive way which which then the outcome we saw but um he's he's he's very dangerous player look when he serves great it's it's it's tough to break him um you know he has a good good slice um I try to push him more on that side and then then then trying to move him around a little bit trying to be unpredictable but um yeah I'm very happy about the way I played today and and you know every opponent is different so let's see what's coming in the next round but um hopefully I can continue with this positive mindset and then we'll see how it goes Richard y uh Novak always talked about when he was at number one when you're in the top 10 you can never really let down you've always got to be improving every day otherwise you're getting worse and I just wondered what your mindset is along those lines yeah I uh I agree with that it's if you want to stay in the position where you are you have already to improve if you want to improve the ranking also and then and the way you play you have to improve even more so there are always players who who push you to the Limit who you understand where you have to improve and I think that's the best part because you know this is all part of the process where you have to go through and and and yeah we we try to do that me and my team you know there are some some things where you agree where you don't agree but you know this is It's a good process to make um which means that I care as as a player that I want to get better and also the coach tells you things that maybe sometimes you don't want to hear but you know in your mind you know that that that this is going to help you and I think this is good for for us as players and and it's also nice to have different players who push you to the limit so it's good go congratulations uh following up um if you had to say the two or three things that you have improved this year what are they and what is the one thing that Darren K Hill most brings to you and and your tennis and your life um that the movement I have improved um the physical aspect and uh also the the surf I feel like that I having po especially the second surf um so I feel like this are the three things um what Darren always tell me is uh he's very good because he he understands the position where I am in and the the problems that I I had throughout this period um and he is a person who who understands that and he still gives you confidence but he also wants that you work and uh you know it's it's it's a great mix of many things and there's not only one so it's uh for me I feel very good with him with the mix of Daren and Simona they are two different coaches completely different um but they work where very well together they have big respect to each other and and this is great to see and it's also difficult to find two coach coaches who are different but still working very good together and um I'm I'm lucky to have this this kind of team and we try to push forward all right thank you everyone I'm going to transition to Italian right
