get out of the position or do you try to find a specific route that you like to use from that position yeah he should be looking to get at least one leg free there and then get into his side and start pushing his knees down create a little angle yeah towards the cage typically but you can see cash just not letting him no space from here halfway through the round here and we're in the same position as the the last round cash on top and these these shots just grind you when you're on bottom you know you're not hurt and you might not have that sense of urgency because they're not they're not really adding up in the moment but over time and then when you stand back up to try to exchange again you're like oh yeah i've been getting rolled you know this guy's just riding on me yeah there's just no space for king to get out of here spreading them out with that grapevine i love this position here by cash using that grapevine to keep that control and like we were speaking earlier pressure
