[Music] [Applause] [Music] the sports Cent we go break college football game preview and prediction on the week two match up between the Colorado Buffalo and the Nebraska Corn Oscars a huge rivalry match up coming up here in week two and a crucial match up for both teams early on in this season we'll be over a full game preview and prediction on this match up here today so with that let's get started both teams off to 1 and0 starts Colorado had a fight against North Dakota State on Thursday I beat them 3 1 to 26 but especially in the first half North Dakota State really hung in there but second half came along cardo defense really pulled it together and they were actually pretty impressive there so it was a good win I mean North Dakota state is a team that can definitely win the FCS this season so I would say a good win for Colorado there despite everyone probably saying it should have been a much bigger more dominant win but you look at Nebraska though beating utap 40 to7 I mean Nebraska's offense actually looked pretty good last week that was not something that we really saw last season I would say this offense really held this team back I mean this defense last year was good enough to be an eight or nine win team for sure it was just once again the offense but Dylan ra a true freshman quarterback just started his first game I mean this is a pretty big stage for game two of a true freshman quarterback's career I mean this is this is a game where we're going to learn a lot about both teams Colorado probably has I mean you could say the best duo in college football between Sanders and Travis Hunter taking on Nebraska a strong defensive team especially there's going to be a lot to look for in this match up but with that games be on Saturday in Lincoln 7:30 p.m. Eastern so a night kickoff which Nebraska at night HomeField advantage that is something to keep in mind here I think that's a big reason why Nebraska is the favorite as much as they are by seven and a half heading into this one over under 582 so a higher scoring game can be expected here I wouldn't be too surprised the FBI going Nebraska 60% as well obviously a long history between these two teams Nebraska leads the overall series 49- 21 but Colorado has won the last three they met last season in Boulder which Colorado won 36 to 14 had no problems against Nebraska last season so that is something to consider your key points both teams one to0 Buffs had a rough star last week but the way they played in the second half and the way they shut down North Dakota State I feel like that shows a lot of upside in this team if they can be more consistent if the defense can improve and even the offense overall I mean this is a team that could be a Darkhorse Contender I would say in the Big 12 this season Sanders Hunter Duo that's something that's going to be really dangerous All Season it was last year it's going to be the same case this year as well I mean in a close game I mean that's that's where Colorado is really dangerous is having those two players on that offense but it's really about the defense too if they can improve the defensively Buffs could be a dangerous team and I mean even for Nebraska this is a much different team than they were a year ago this offense really struggled in Boulder that was really kind of where I mean there was definitely some concern for this Husker offense when they could do absolutely nothing against Clara's defense in week two last year so I mean it's a much different team Dylan ra a true freshman quarterback so there's obviously some adjustments with that um but I mean it's really about the defense though for NE basket this season they've got experience they'll be a brutal defense this season I would argue this defense could be I I would say top 15 top 20 in the country which sounds crazy now but based on the way they played last year I mean they were already a really strong defense last season and with the experience of this year they should be even better so I mean the HomeField Advantage as well that's really worth keeping in mind in a huge rivalry match up as well it's going to be a tough environment for Colorado going into Lincoln for this one but with let's get a prediction here for Colorado and Nebraska coming up here in week two a huge rivalry match up for both teams pretty much a toss up but I'm going with Nebraska here I think the Huskers find a way to win this one 31 to 27 I wouldn't be surprised if this was the best game of week two you got two teams that I feel like can put up some points here I wouldn't be surprised if it was even higher scoring than this even though I am taking the under but honestly if it does turn into a shootout I probably would trust Colorado more feel like Nebraska's defense is what's really going to be critical here if they can hold off shadur because I feel like Nebraska's offense while they're definitely improved this season they will be better I just don't know if they can compete against a shootout with shadur and Travis hunter in this offense so um I'm taking Carter to cover but I do think Nebraska finds a way to pick up a huge win in week two but
