[Music] stay comfortable stay out there with ultra sure yeah uh so uh I mean I was uh I think I was rather relaxed but still a little nervous at the start it's like hard to know what face is right and like I think it's easy to start too fast obviously and uh in the second time to uh C I was actually feeling pretty terrible and like I took it pretty easy and like kind of slowed down I got CAU by a group of like 10 or 12 runners or so and yeah just decided to take it pretty easy drink a lot of coke to like my stomach and then the climb after that was actually feeling pretty amazing up and eventually called the lead group s what what went through your mind when you realized you were the lead uh so it's funny because I was just in front [Music] of and I another run with the [Music] spot to me so it was a little then I decided to try and do a quick station in which just like okay I'm in the it's now never to try and make my moves wow okay last question you have a full-time job at Hoka working on the Foams uh not only that's one of the things I yes yes okay first of all what is your job and how do you balance your training with your job yeah uh so my job is in like product engineering and Innovation so he touches materials such as like that but also like many other construction help design team to make morning before work or after work I actually I'm B in Europe and I Asia have a lot of morning late night meetings you do most of your training around Dy amazing congratulations [Music]
