Travel VLOG: Mawra Hocane in Gilgit | Ramada Hotel | M Live

So guys, hiiii AssalamuAlaikum! Welcome to M live, again Umm. .I'm right now, somewhere in the middle of Gilgit and Skardu. I don't know where I am. Well we thought we would make this vlog somewhere else. because we didn't know, where or what to shoot, we just knew we had to make a vlog on this travel trip and we are right now, headed to Gilgit. But we will show you that there is a protest on the road, which is why we are stranded here and we thought lets just start recording from here Come Come. Walaikum Salam. How are you? Very well! Thank you. There was this sweet interruption by these sweet girls. And so, i was saying, when this, umm. when this trip wasn't even planned But I was going through something in my life. and i knew i needed to get out of the rut. I knew I needed to get out of my house, from the city like I knew I needed to go to the mountains And just out of nowhere, we got this call from Ramada in Gilgit and they were like, "Would you be interested in something like this? A plan? A collaboration? A project together?" and we were like, Yeah! We're In! so we headed to Ramada, and we'll show you more. For now we are waiting for the traffic to end. Its been three hours and this is where we are stuck. And I've stained my Kurta, as you can see. With some delicious cherries. Good Morningggg come on in. So guys tbh, I'm finding this vloging thing really difficult. because I have to stop everything else to do it But this is our first morning in Gilgit. It is beautiful, very scenic view. About to drink black coffee with the view of the mountains now. And InshAllah, hopefully today we will go to Gilgit Bazar and yeah, I am just looking forward to this trip So we are now ready to go to Gilgit bazar, and see you guys there So we're here now, at the Gilgit Bazar. We have to buy a kaftan from here. Tomorrow we have to go to Naltar. So we are thinking to wear the traditional Kaftan and Gilgit caps to Naltar. So yeah come with us. I like the Kaftan here. Are there any Kaftans at the other shop? Aleena you think I should get this or would it be too warm for Naltar? or i'll take this along and will wear it on to to, take some pictures This one right? Assalam u Aaikum! I don't know if we will get to finish this vlog or not but we are in Gilgit right now. Okay so I’m repeating it for the second time and it might look a bit fake, but Assalam u Alaikum I don’t know which part of the vlog this will go into, 1, 2, 3 we don't even know if we will complete this VLOG but we are in Gilgit right now and after a 2 hours drive from Gilgit.. a very bumpy...but very very scenic drive.. We have reached here Behind me is blue lake, we will show you some fun shots of it as well, I am sure we have recorded some and half an hour before reaching to blue lake, we visited green lake... what was the other name for green lake? It's also called the "Satrangi Lake" ....and I think it's called that because it did not only have green color, it had a lot of colors ....and it was so reflective.. and it had so many shadows... ....and it is like the most beautiful lake I have ever seen ....and before that we saw some waterfall Unfortunately, there was a land slide in 2021 and somebody called.. somebody called... somebody who was nicknamed Shesha, passed away So they have named the lake "Shesha Lake" So we thought it was so sweet to name it after someone who unfortunately died in that landslide But other than that, everyone here just smiles a lot, everyone just greets you so nicely It is so nice, so nice to be here.. I can not emphasize enough ...and you know the most amazing thing about mountains is that you feel so so insignificant ..and I always feel this.. when i went for Sabaat, when i went for Nauroz, and for Neem ...like now as far as my eyes can see, I can only see mountains Can you make a shot of that? ..so being amongst such grand mountains, you feel like ...you are nothingg, so it is a really really humbling experience for you ...and I think it is very very important to stay connected to nature ...a few moments ago we were sitting here with our feet dipped in cold water.. we dint make any shots of it right? ...we will add pictures, we were sitting with our feet dipped in water, it's freezing cold water ...in June, on the last day of June ...freezing cold ...so nature makes you feel a lot of fun feelings, I mean my entire body has cooled down due to the cold water ...and the mountains have just made me feel like you know what, you are this small ...and I think it is so nice. I have been crying here a lot ...because I feel like Allah has created such magnificent sights, Subhan Allah you get so emotional Looking at them, and then you release that you know in city life, we are just so indulged ...in our race for career, for like jobs, you know whatever, even in our relationships things are so complicated ...but when you come out here, and then you realize the world Allah actually created for us ...it is only then that you realize that you should leave all of that I don't want to give a lecture, but just like be nice to each other, and just remember why we came to this world ...and just you know To LIVE! and just LIVE! and just ENJOY! Good Morning! it is 8:00, 8:30 right now and we have just decided that before we leave for the airport we are going to quickly squeeze in a little yoga routine for you guys this is the same routine that I normally follow, so I thought why don't we do like a random yoga routine like usually what i do is I watch videos, or I you know follow an instructor or follow someone's instructions but like there are certain things like for when I travel, when I went to Kashmir last time to shoot or wherever I am, somewhere I don't have access to network, umm you know I feel like yoga is also like a lot... by instinct, like whatever your instinct feels you should just do it So I do a few stretches that are a part of my everyday yoga routine, So what I am going to do is see what comes to my mind, and just gonna do it It is 8:00 in the morning we are in Gilgit, Aleena is sleeping inside, so we are going out and talk about this The mountains are beautiful, the view is very scenic and we thought we could squeeze in a breathing exercise We had thought of very big things, that we would make an entire yoga video but like we got really exhausted yesterday, we went.... ...we got really exhausted yesterday.. and waking up at 8:00 in the morning was so hard and we also have a flight to catch so what we are going to do is do like a very small but a very special breathing exercise The disclaimer before this exercise and before you practice it with me is that I am no expert I do it because it really really suits me.... aaaa I don't want to die, I do it because it really suitss meeee ...and OH MY GODD We have got such amazing bloopersss Right now we are in the bus, we are headed to the plane ...and it was fun shooting it, I hope you guys enjoy watching it ooo we got some cherries by the way we are going to keep on recording till they allow us to record and now we are headed to the plane. Lets go guys, lets go Wanna see my plane, come here, come with me This has to be the prettiest airport I have ever seen, I have only once seen a similar airport Which was the airport at Cappadocia in Turkey and right now we are at Skardu Airport, we have travelled from Gilgit, and this is the end of our VLOG.
