Coaster Vlog 6: A Rainy Day at USF and IOA

hi everybody it's Ryan from poster credit you know where I am back under the Universal Orlando resort side back here at my home park Universal Orlando resort it is raining right now and all the rides in for or all the outdoor rides are on a technical delay due to weather that means the whole krid velocci coaster Rip Ride rocket all the water rides all down which is part of the reason we're probably going to start here at Studios looks like because they're all down in studios is mostly indoor rides but we will go to Islands when the weather does clear up to get back on velocci coaster and all the great rides they've got at Islands overall islands is the much better part but Studios is also good as well so we're going to start things off here at Studios and yeah going to have a good time ride some rides mommy looks like it's a 20 minute wait it's pretty dead here cuz of the rain looks like and you know when Mommy a 20 minute wait and you're going to Studios got to do it best right there but yeah I can see the veloc top hat and Hulk's Cobra roll in the distance it's going to be a fun time I excited to get to Islands when the weather clears up and hopefully we can ride velocci coaster and all those great rides so yeah let's go inside Universal Studios Florida also make sure to stay posted here on my friend Sam from Sam likes coasters is helping me edit some cool do that speaking of new videos we're going to be doing here on Coast credit I completely forgot about Halloween Horror Nights debuting in like less than like or some I think like a week or something that's crazy like it goes so fast I remember last time we were here uh when we showed you the DreamWork stuff they already had decorations up I'm sure all the scare zones are going to be up but yeah we got Ghostbusters in quiet place The Medallion looks cool this year I'm not going to go too in depth with it I've been watching some videos I haven't been watching that much this year this year's going to be my second year at the event I'm going to try to go and blind this year so I'm not watching too much videos cuz last year I watched like povs of the houses ahead of time but this time I'm not going to do that but this is looking very very cool quiet place monsters everybody thought was going to be Creature from the Lo again oh they already got the ho horn Heights sign up guys we're going to Ho horn Heights today no I'm kidding but yeah I completely forgot about all that but yeah we are going to be going to Halloween horn night this year a couple times probably um I I don't know I'm going to try to convince my parents to get me a frequent fear pass I don't know fingers crossed but I'm for sure going to go a couple times but yeah I'm super stoked for the event like it is so well detailed like it's such a good event the immersion and the theming and the houses and the scare zones they're literally setting stuff up on the Midway like months before it's crazy it went by so fast when when I was like when I saw something on YouTube how in or nights in like less than two weeks I was like oh yeah I completely forgot about that like it went by so fast it's like that's crazy it's already time like I'm so stoked such a great event and yeah it's going to be awesome I got to get my pass out to go inside the park and ride some rides guys it's hhn time 2024 not yet just kidding it's going to be sick though I'm so excited show you guys my first time reactions to all the houses can't film in the houses but I'm going to tell you what I think of them but yeah iconic entrance sign they're probably going to have the i i this is how much I've watched uh content that I don't even know who the icon is this year I'll check that out later but look uh usually the icon goes on top of that tower on that stage back there to do the intro I didn't see the grand opening ceremony when I went last year cuz when I went last year I didn't see the opening ceremony to the night because I only went one time last year and I did stay in Scream so I did not see the whole show that happens here one of the nights I go um this year I will make sure to come at the beginning of the event hopefully so that we can check out the opening ceremony for the night but yeah didn't see that last year cuz I did stay and scream my one visit but it was sick it was like one of the most fun nights of my life it was so much fun but yeah Rip Ride Rockets Coast I think it's mummy time boys [Music] look at all the switch backs over there I usually don't get to go on the covered stage area with the the Saw Grass I usually don't get to go back there because usually whenever I go it's either switchbacks there for Halloween horor nights or it's at Rock the universe and it's like filled with people cuz I don't come to this park as often so I almost never get to just sit on that grass because those are usually the main times of the year I come Rock the universe when there's people all over cuz it's like a event stage and during a Halloween horn nights where that's just switchbacks for whatever house they've got in those sound stages back [Music] there already got some decorations up this looks like a medieval themed scare Zone we saw the swamp theme scare Zone back by the New Dreamworks land a couple days ago 20 minute wait let's go but yeah this looks medieval torture them it's pretty cool oh my phone is so wet we just got off the mummy it says a 20 minute wait ended up being an absolute walk on that ride is great we requested to sit in row four which is the best because that ride borderline pushes you to your limits like it's like janky and when you got all the effects working it's like so good it's by far the best ride here better than RI ride rocket even though Rip Ride Rocket's I I'll talk about that in a separate video but that was awesome because that ride like veloc coaster is like Smooth even though it has a little rattle that's not bad but this is like janky this ride has like crazy airtime it's like projector airtime like as powerful as makeup go and you're like floating and then you slam to the right with laterals it's like a crazy ride it's just so much fun and all the effects the fake exit is cool the theming the Egyptian q line and everything is awesome some of the best theming on an old school coaster um while the animatronic may be a little jacked up the mummy animatronic other than that it's a perfect drive for sure but yeah we're here at the scare zone I'm waiting for my mom to get her stuff from the locker but then we're going to hopefully ride gr CS we'll see what happens but all the outdoor rides are still delayed like grip ride rocket we'll let you know fingers C so we can get to Islands soon yeah over there we got Transformers which is like a worst version of um yeah we got some more torture stuff but it's like a worst version of uh Spider-Man Spider-Man's so good such a great ride I love it dearly oh men and black is probably a walk- on green got say 25 but it's probably short and if it's not single Rider line so he's the way to go for that ride but yeah pretty nice day to be here at Universal even though the outdoor rides are closed other than that it's pretty Exquisite like it's not too crowded and it's like not stressful at all I don't know if we'll be able to say that late though cuz today Sunday I got school tomorrow unfortunately oh that's a Blum House scare Zone that looks pretty sick we'll see how that is that looks pretty cool or I don't know if it's a scare Zone I they got something going on with BL boo fast and F super charged I want to see what's going on with Blum House over there though we got the um sign for the house that fast and furious already because they do have a Sound Stage back there and they were used part of that queue for a house I remember last year they had Chucky and my friend Zach called that the stupid area because that had fast and furious and Chucky which worst house at the event worst ride at the park he said the I didn't get to do Chucky last year but he said it was stupid so he thought it was funny that like the two trash things were in the same area but yeah that's funny the stupid zone or whatever he called it I don't know Zach's a funny guy subscribe theme park guy Productions but yeah it looks like oh this is probably a bum house G see I did not do any research at all for the event now now that I'm actually here and I'm seeing this stuff in person I'm motivated I'll uh watch a video when I get home and I promise I'll be more educated by next video I promise but yeah shark old Jaws reference I never got to ride it please bring it back that's never going to happen but yeah I will get educated today with the iccon of today uh this year's event and about all the houses and so I know the houses but I don't really know the scare zones yet well I'm seeing the scare zones in person but I'll be more educated I promise I'll do my I'll do my homework when I get home from Universal today but yeah let's go to Dion Alle [Music] okay here we go the big reveal the big reveal and voila tyon alley it would be so cool if the dragon brief fire right about now it's not going to happen but yeah let's go ride grot this land is like so cool the attention to detail is sick oh no way oh I thought I was about to be fire I thought I got lucky but epic universe is going to be like this but like splattered all around the park it's going to be incredible cuz this park isn't the highest quality cuz like islands is a lot more quality but this land is on the level of islands like this land is really cool and so is grots grots is a great ride even though mostly uses St [Music] this land is so cool cuz you got nocturn alley down there and people doing wand tricks and then you got the pet shop right here with the snake down there in that tank but yeah very cool in the ice cream shop butterbeer down there super duper cool and the centerpiece ringot bang and the dragon right [Music] there okay we did Green gos and that was a lot of fun and then we are going to do men in black and maybe Simpsons but the rides at Islands are now open or the outdoor rides like veloo and haggards and Hulk and stuff because no rain and no thunder in sight and RI ride Rockets still closed surprisingly I think that's more of a technical delay shows having a weather delay and a technical delay on top of it typical RI ride rocket but let's go to Islands let's go finally open I was worried cuz the park goes in like 3 hours I was worried we wouldn't get to the islands and time to ride all the rides but we're going there now so let's do it we're not going to have time to do the born St tacular this time around but shout out to that show it's like one of the coolest shows ever I've only done it once once I haven't gotten to do it again but yeah we only got so much time to ride whole veloc coaster and hagrids at Islands but yeah we got to go ride those now but red ride rocket is still not sending a train up that vertical lift typical here we go Islands of Adventure Time we got the Hulk going through the Cobra roll and veloc coaster just went through the dive loop I should probably filming this ride though but I want to film The inmen the inmen beauty let's go you know what time it is boys it's veroc gaster time let's try to watch it go over the top hat there we go [Music] [Music] beautiful just beautiful whoever wants to go this way is a [Music] genius I told you this right [Music] what I got to get the mososaurus careful a I just missed it darn not fast enough we'll try to get the next train I I watched the coaster Studios Vlog here and they created this thing called the veloca dance where everybody's filming and as it's going around this like Helix motion and they're just like swiveling all the way around it's funny but yeah when it's dead here at Vel at Universal in velocio there's like a 20 minute wait you take advantage I mean look how beautiful this black instument track is like it's like so stunning but yeah oh they're about to go through the stall look at this this stall is 100 ft long over the pathway that's why there needs to be metal detectors and free double-sided lockers which you guys got to go in one of those lockers it's such a convenient system oh it says 55 now all right screw it we got to wait 55 it's worth it let's go [Music] okay we just got in the line you guys got to go in a locker we'll see you guys after velocci coaster here at Jurassic world [Music] we welcome to the [Music] V look it's my dog but inside of that satel those are like fake rats to feed the veloc Raptor and they got like some medical stuff right there those are cool Easter eggs it's really loud I I don't know if you can hear me but yes he does not look happy to be [Music] there okay people we just got off veloca coaster front row and you know I've been thinking I I've been I spent the entire half of yet I spent all of yesterday thinking about this contemplating before my visit and you know what after those front row rides I I think first of all hot take front row is better than back row but strangely the air time is like just as powerful in the front and you get all that wind in your face and it's crazy all these crazy elements all these weird Outer Banks flipping intimate elements so so much fun and it's like this really fancy Helix right here it's so good and do you know I've been doing some thinking I think this might be back to my new number one and I know for a while I've been saying that's my number three but I think that's my new number one again I don't know I got to do some thinging but yeah that was really really good we are going to go get dinner and then haggards and hope but yeah today was a sick time glad we actually got to the parks before it stopped raining that was a fun Vlog here on coaster credit um make sure to
