LLGW bills have been skyrocketing this summer with some MEMS seeing their bills reach the thousands to help address the problem. The utility company opened its doors to help customers with their bills. It's the second time this year if they've done something like this, officials say their goal was to help 200 people and they exceeded that goal. In addition to financial assistance, they provided customers with energy efficient light bulbs and solar powered hand crank radios. The aid levels vary depending on the customer's needs.
