what's going on everyone Chris from pick dogs.com here with your free pick in the New Orleans Saints versus Tennessee Titans week three NFL preseason match up going down Sunday August 25th 2024 just a reminder if you haven't already make sure you're subscribe to our Channel and smash that thumbs up and if you're looking for my Best Bets the games that I love including my daily $19 best bet head on over to picks.com and click the premium picks tab at the top of the page but let's get to this one between the New Orleans Saints and the Tennessee Titans the New Orleans Saints coming into this one one and one in the preseason finishing with a 1610 loss at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers last time out while the Titans sit It 2 and 0 after edging out the Seattle Seahawks 16 to 15 in their last game now the Saints you know didn't it wasn't pretty against the 49ers I mean you know he had a bunch of quarterback play he split time between Jake hayner Derek Carr and Spencer Rattler Carr went 7even to n for 47 yards didn't do a whole lot wasn't expected to do a whole lot Jay Kaner threw for 76 yards to lead the way Spencer Rattler had eight attempts for 27 yards and it was mostly I would say a runhe heavy approach from the New Orleans Saints who ran the ball 34 times in that game and you you had a balanced rushing attack you know you had a bunch of guys Jordan Mims saw 10 carries for 37 yards and Jamaal Williams had 32 rushing yards we're starting to see the starters a little bit more for the Saints but that being said they've been fairly ineffective in two uh two preseason games yeah you know they they fell short against the 49ers and sure they got their win against the the Arizona Cardinals but again the offense really wasn't anything special for New Orleans in that game was a lot of field goals a lot of stalled drives and I think that that's kind of what we're going to see from the Saints here as well because the Titans have been solid defensively they held the the uh Saints and the excuse me the the Seahawks and the 49ers same 49ers team just beat the Saints they hel them to combine 28 points 14 points per game but I would say make make no mistake I mean the Titans you know I just I wasn't all that impressed with them either they are 2 and 0 but I've been more impressed with what they've done defensively the Battle of Mason Rudolph and Malik Willis I think is just for you know just for the number two at this point I mean obviously you got will Levis that's expected to lead the charge and Mason Rudolph does have plenty of experience as does Malik Willis but I think this is going to be more of a defensive battle I think these are just this is just a battle for for spots on the depth chart you might see some starter action here and more likely from the New Orleans Saints but I think in the end you have two teams that have just played low-scoring battles so I mean the Titans have played a 1615 and a 1713 game this season so around 30.5 points per game combined when all said and done on the other side the Saints 1610 and 1614 their games are averaging around 28 got a total of 37 I'm going to go with the under between the Saints and the Titans and that's going to be my free pick but just a reminder if you haven't already make sure you're subscribe to our Channel and smash that thumbs up and if you're looking for my Best Bets you can find those at pick dogs premium wi pick dogs check out our betting tools they're 100% free that the best betting tools in the business and tools that you want to make sure that you have in your back pocket when you're making your Best Bets for the day's action thanks for watching see you guys soon
