Why we need SDLP MPs in Westminster

well remember between 2017 and 2019 when the only real voice in Westminster was the dup because we'd lost our seats that was during the tumultuous brexit years after that Clare Hannah myself got elected with big mandates we spoke up for the people of Northern Ireland we got a commitment uh from the labor party to get rid of the Legacy act we were the voice for Common Sense on brexit and we were able to deliver uh quite a lot for our own constituencies but not having our voice there was the real problem during that chaos that we had around brexit it took 4 and a half years to get us back to a sensible situation around all of that but that needed the voices of people here heard uh on the green bench
