what advice do you have for black and brown leaders to support their Community I think it all starts really with education like coming to events like this where you can meet other people that are really kind of being advocates for change in their communities and that's just really inspiring to see I think it starts with little things just uh educating those people around you or even reading books on climate change watching documentaries or even connecting with um State leaders and really advocating for change in those spaces as well
