COLORADO VS NEBRASKA BREAKDOWN!! COACHES ARE HARDHEADED!! QB PERSPECTIVE

Colorado vers Nebraska breakdown and man was this a game if you were a Nebraska fan but if you were a Colorado fan this was very upsetting it was very upsetting uh again see you lost 2810 and here are the stats right let's just look at Nebraska right like I've been preaching in the last video about being balanced they had 334 total yards 185 passing 149 rushing that's amazing they also had 22 first downs uh versus 15 on the CU side so they was moving the ball having drives they won the time of possession 35 minutes and 21 seconds you know they dominated in those two areas right they only scored in the first half right Colorado made the adjustments on defense but they didn't have anything on the offense they had 260 total yards 244 pass yards versus 16 rushing yards you're not going to win period not in Little League not in high school not in college you're not going to win with those stats right they had less first downs they were trash on third down four for 14 one for three on fourth down which is horrible and uh nine penalties for 104 yards you know that hurt they lost the fumble and shadur threw a pick six disgusting disgusting the first two quarters was trash all right so let's just get into it Big Jimmy decent decent Here We Go Again these are the highlights it's third and 10 let's start this play over all right so again the DBS they're in dime coverage there's six [Music] DBS one two 3 4 5 six and then normally Nebraska runs a 3 three three down lineman and three linebackers right now you're seeing a pressured look uh you got two down lineman it looks like you got two ends and I know number five is a linebacker all right versus uh pretty much much um on offense where induces we got two receivers here two receivers up here and a running back no tight ends I'm not liking this right and this is the highlights just to back up a little bit the first two plays they threw the ball and now it's third and 10 so they didn't do nothing on first and second down they didn't think of running the ball trying something different you know they were very predictable and when you start out just throwing the ball you're even more predictable and now you're in a passing down third and 10 you need to convert and it's not looking good all right so right off the bat okay the linebacker it's like a simulated pressure he's not going [Music] on right the center he's already getting he's already losing the center is already losing and this is the guy number 67 right he has no awareness at all because you're staring at him he's not rushing but he's about to lose and you're right next to him and my other problem is with the running back okay and pass protection so you see he's already getting beat to Center he's already losing number 77 he's losing too look at his feet and I'm liking this one-on-one here boom he's already beat the running back ran to the opposite side that's another thing that I have an issue with you're the running back you're seeing what's happening in the middle of your o line your cner is getting beat why not help him but no you run away right where no one's at and then this guy he has no awareness the Right Guard if you were still standing next to the center and working with your Center you would have double teamed the nose guard and shador would have been able to step up but no right and none of the receivers are open yet right he would have to throw this one or this one with anticipation because of the pressure he has no time Center pancake it looked like he just got stiff armed like a running back doing that to a linebacker right but it's the D tackle the d uh yeah the nose tackle doing it to the center again freshman he lost and then Tyler Brown he lost this is there's no way your pro level quarterback is going to win in this scenario especially with the first two plays you threw it right so essentially Nebraska pass rushed Colorado the first three plays they didn't change nothing they just rush the passer cuz that's all Colorado ever shows that they can pass it right and when they can't pass it we're in for a doozy here we go again what what is the running back looking at what are you looking at you had one job and it was this guy one job and then your quarterback would have been able to step up again now he's if he would have did it would anticipation this guy's open right if he would have already been ready to throw the ball but he's just trying to analyze wow who should I give the sack to that's what shador is saying who should I give the sack to and it goes to the nose tackle all right now Nebraska Star Quarterback back versus our D line so on offense we didn't win in the trenches are we going to win in the trenches on the D line all right and this is a third and 10 play so we did good on the first two um Downs right so we're in a pass rushing you have to earn the right to pass pass rush like coach sap says so this is a good one here we go but I like the Personnel that Nebraska's using right they got a tight end in there right they got the running back got the tight end right so it's not crazy right they're not just the spread right the spread is you don't have a running back and it's just receivers and your o line I don't like that and then you remove one receiver for a running back and you try to run it it's not working you need to be heavier in the trenches and establish to run all right but this is a pass situation here we go okay Rush Lanes man Rush [Music] Lanes all right here we go okay we're getting some Rush Shane Coes number 50 that's be DJ green at the top with this guy getting no push what are you doing and again now it's all about your Rush Lane right this is the inside guy and this is the outside guy they don't have no Lanes they're not containing the lanes so that's why the quarterback is able to get loose right and he's getting oneone he's oneone he's one onone bro I don't know what this guy's doing let's try that again get push motion right receiver you got a tight end and two receivers up top and a running back so they're using the tight end right and when you're playing man and he has to do all that that's crazy he should have just stopped right here it could should have went to the to the somebody over here you feel me or he you know whatever something but having him run across the field is just it's just not looking good boom so a little play action and then you throw like a nice little um uh throw to the flat right there to the flat it's nothing boom and then why are you out of position this should have been a a um stop for a loss you feel me again not enough pressure running the ball look at that easy hole whoever this guy you just got pushed out the play bully ball not looking good the DN overextend and getting pushed out the play it's not looking good him I don't know why you just you aren't just running to the running back you feel me are you serious I wonder if that was the the play he got hurt cuz he got hurt that's so crazy there you go so you got two looks like you got two tight ends on this side this is a power formation right power to the right right and they're just moving they just moved this guy out the way I think that's Shane Co no oh the linebacker and I like this linebacker too number 41 yeah this guy right here he he was almost there yeah I don't know what he was doing he this was first and 10 guys this is first and 10 what should you be looking to do stop the run and the other play was a first and 10 as well so B like wow wow what are we doing we're just getting ran through can't believe it but as you're seeing these are the highlights not a lot of passing from the quarterback right they were establishing the run and this was a 12 y what are we doing kick return people right instead of letting them stay right there and try to make a hole and for the running back to come through this is probably their best Run play and it was in the fourth quarter with 10 minutes and 48 seconds left right they probably ran it this is a highlight tape so it's not every play but come on now like what are you doing 56 like some of these linemen once they get out in space they think their job is done no find somebody and run them over and lay on top of them that's called a pancake you should be wanting to do that on every R Run play R you should be wanting to Pancake my God that was the left tackle and then this was the play I don't think did he stay in there again a bright spot you feel me finally we got Lon a touchdown so happy all right again same same formation bro we we run the same formation nice little outout Sanders here Nebraska's going to heat him up so creates a one-on-one match up he finds Leon Wester on an out rout and just sneaks across the goal line for Colorado's first touchdown of the night to Wester he's had a couple of difficult catches in the second half after some drops drops in the first half yeah he definitely bounced [Music] back and then something happened I don't know why Shor is not in the game oh my God no one cares so now we got the back up in finally ran put a t in out there with three [Music] [Music] wides defense has accomplished their goals I both tackles getting both tackles got their butts whooped and to me they have a good offensive line right you have they have a good offensive line telegraphing what you're going to do every game will make your offensive line look like they're trash right because none of these guys are trash they are an upgrade from what we had last year that is a fact right but if you're telling the defense you're just going to have your quarterback pass it 99% of the time your old line will hate you they should ask the old line how do they feel and let them talk to them right and they're going to say I feel like you should be running the ball that's what they're going to say I feel you should be running the ball with the intent to run over the other defense for four quarters that should be our mentality moving forward you feel me it should have been in the first game you know we didn't do it so on the road right in a hostile environment in my opinion they should have established a run the whole time especially in the first quarter right played sound defense and take their shots passing not Telegraph from the first snap of the game to the last snap of the game that we're just going to pass it and we want to throw for 400 every game I'm sorry these defenses are not going to let see you do that and they run a 3-3 335 right versus r five offensive lineman like come on bro most of the time they're rushing four and they were showing five right russan Four showing five but they're 335 nothing too difficult right but we make it harder on ourselves because we feel like we have the greatest quarterback since uh sliced bread and that he can throw us to Victory and that's not how it's going to work in the Pack 12 in the Big 12 the ACC um SEC it doesn't work that way Georgia doesn't go out there and pass it 99.9% of the time Ohio State doesn't do that even when USC had Caleb Williams they didn't do that you feel me the Run game is your quarterback and your off offensive Line's best friend the Run game right and then that opens up the play action right there are going to be scenarios where we're just going to do a pass play you know a very vanilla pass play but the other times it should be passing off of running the ball establishing the run and then getting the play action going right cuz eventually they're going to bring people in the BX they're going to need to stop the run and that's when you have a Heisman quarterback like shador that's when you unleash him right and then when you're up by 10 or 14 then you can be more P heavy if that's what you prefer right but you're not even getting to that point there's no balance the o line hates you guys they're not trash the o line is not trash the offensive coordinator is trash how you come from the NFL and you don't call no run plays and to me that's on between three people that's between coach Prime Pat Shermer and shadur those three right those are the three people involved in this play M play making the debacle right play calling debacle that's what it is a play calling debacle you feel feel me they're they're they're playing straight trash right now 149 rushing Ys got ran on them right and it's not going to get any easier right and we're we're um also making our defense look like they're not good we have an upgraded defense we're very good on defense but when they're out there 99% of the time because the 99 pass plays you called all game didn't work and you three and out three and out three and out no time of possession no long drives right not tiring out their defense at all because they were not tired at all their defense you feel me because we can't sustain drives we're not running the ball it it it doesn't make no sense it doesn't make no sense and then the college is like stocks you feel me your stocks was up yes uh the day before the game was your stock was was up before the game right it was still up even after not performing as well as you should have performed versus North Dakota State your everybody stocks was up now it's it's like um holding a um an option too long the next day everybody going to sell everybody going to sell you're going to see the stock plummet all that red everyone's selling you feel me it doesn't get any better next we play instate rival Colorado State right and we're dealing with some injuries so we got to make no excuses we got to make the adjustments and be ready to play and um so far uh Colorado State they got their butts handed to them on in their first game they accepted a payday to go fly to Texas and they didn't even score right which is is pretty trash they didn't even score and then they bounce back right versus uh instate rival Northern Colorado I didn't even look to see what they what they did but they rush for 246 rushing yards through for 180 right that is a dream for a quarterback because one you don't need a pass so much um but you're dominating in the game and you have the play action at your disposal that's what you want uh they scored big in the first half and they just kept scoring touchdowns that's what you want to score touchdowns the other the other team couldn't score enough touchdowns you you feel me so and they didn't even have a lot of penalties and they just dominated right that cannot happen when we play them we have to stop the run now we know hey they want to run the ball and that's going to open up the pass and this isn't a good recipe they scored double digits in the first half and in um the first two quarters right that's been the uh Achilles Hill for cu the first half giving up so much points and you know making the adjustments after halftime but it's not enough it's not enough so uh look out for the breakdown from last year's game when Colorado beat Colorado State and overtime look out for that review and that breakdown which should be before the game right maybe a day or two before uh the game comes but just know after the Colorado State game and it's up online I'll go ahead and get it and do my breakdown on it as well but the people in the buff Circle they're like they're goals are still ahead of them going to a bowl game as well as um the Big 12 title right because they haven't lost in conference yet but I don't know if they are going to do what everybody wants and we want to see a running game we want to see a rushing attack and I want to see it on first and second down right cuz if you're in third and short off of two run plays you're in third and short you don't have to pass it you can run it again right and tire out the defense right and then that's when shador is going to be operating at the best when the defense isn't when they're tired from from trying to stop the run right but we're not doing those things and that's what I want to see if not it's just going to be a hard season you feel me and there's plenty of other teams to watch you feel me I literally had to watch this game with the with the sound off because it was just it was just trash and I was just watching the um game and all the other games and I'm also looking at like the opponents that see who's going to face down the line and seeing what they're doing and the these other teams they're running the ball right so it's not going to be I I really was like oh we had a lot of wins coming right based off of how other teams perform versus other teams you know but it's it's not looking that way based on the game plan if the game plan is we're going to show you that we can pass and we don't care about the run if that is the game plan I am sorry I'm jumping off that [ __ ] and then and to the transfer pter portal there is a gift and a curse if those same players that just came in leave what are we doing the turnover is too crazy right we still need to keep I'm I'm happy that a lot of guys that played last year came back for this year right because that's what we need we need more of those players that were in the system even though it's a totally different system to keep the glue they're the glue guys keep everything together um from these new guys you know losing it right because you're a young guy you just came in you got all this eligibility left why are you going to stay for this get your butt whooped because your coach don't want to run the ball you feel me that that just doesn't make sense if I was the quarterback there I'd be cursing um Sean uh the OC out I'll be cursing him out I'm saying y if we not going to run the ball you better put somebody else in there let somebody else be a crash dummy cuz I ain't no crash dummy you feel me that if you're if you're a quarterback in a system where they're not running the ball good luck cuz uh a team like Nebraska they're going to rush you the whole game there's no surprise and this was um just the Highlight so of course there was more run plays even though there wasn't a lot of run plays but there was more run plays but how the first first drives with a s started of All Passes I was like what am I in the Twilight Zone you feel me you won't see you won't see this at a little league game so why why should we sit and see this in a college game I want to see them run the ball on first and second down run it with the intent to step on their throats right run it with the attent to knock him out you know Smashmouth hard nose you know and there was a lot of uh games like pit pit I don't I forgot who they played but they started out bad like CU but they weathered the storm and they played four quarters and at the end of the game they won the game I was I almost fell out my I was like dang they came back because they was chopping at like a like it was a tree they was chopping at the lead and continuously continuously fighting for four quarters right and they won the game CU you could have did the same thing but to me it's a coaching problem because the players can't say hey coach why aren't we running the ball like let's run the ball here let's get some momentum and then let's pick our shots when we want to not when we need to you know third and 10 you need to throw the ball for a completion right because you haven't ever tried to establish to run you feel me no one's scared of y'all no one is scared to see you period This is not no one's Super Bowl this is their highlight tape to get them into the NFL you feel me the U the UCLA DN when we played UCLA last year his stock went up and he got drafted in the first round and his brother was playing on the same defense but his brother didn't get drafted like that but he did you feel me and it was one of these games it was it was one of our games that helped put him on the map and that's what's happening I'm looking for that that uh I think he's number zero from Nebraska I want to see what he does in the NFL cuz a lot of times them players they don't pan out like that but he 66 I I will definitely uh put some money in his stock and see that thing rise for the NFL but other than that we have tough sled in the head after Colorado State it's Baylor right it's it's away at Colorado State home at Baylor right away at UCF home for canc Kanas State that's the game everybody want to see our ex running back Dylan all these Dylan out there uh transferred to Kansas state that has an offensive line that already has a thousand yard rusher right and he just compliments and he can run between the tackles and he's been scoring so we definitely can't wait for that game then at Arizona we got Cincinnati at home Arizona that's going to be another game the Kansas State got a running quarterback Arizona got a running quarterback you feel me and and I would say both of those are upper tier quarterbacks uh you know then we have Cincinnati Texas Tech Utah their quarterback that got hurt in the game this week yesterday so we'll see if they're going to be uh firing on all cylinders when we get um to this week Kansas lost so maybe we have a chance but it's not looking good Oklahoma State they run the ball you feel me they run the ball their quarterback to me is not that good I seen them play and he was not that good yesterday throwing the ball so it's going to be tough sledding we can't give up you know 150 rushing yards 185 right and only have 260 total yards with 16 of those B rushing yards is not a recipe for success and um you know let me film right on the field and if it's that up the par not up the par but we going to rock with Coach Prime still support and hopefully he can turn it around because these rival games is it's not looking good it's not looking good Nebraska was a rival re game and they got the best of us so pretty much between coach Prime and Matt rues is split but uh and we don't know the next time they're going to
