base system for sending location specific emergency alerts this system will notify users of emergency like missiles fire without installing an app it's an addition to existing alerts not a replacement for Sirens or the app so basically they want everybody to get the notification when missiles start being fired towards the holy land so some people just don't like to have apps on their phone National Hurricane Center or earthquake app uh it's very important to have these apps on your phone it gives you a heads up of you know things to come some people just don't want it so the holy land is uh basically putting out the information saying well you're going to receive it no matter what with or without the app you will receive an emergency alert notification all right guys before I start give home front command said Sunday that it has now launched a new system to send location based public warning messages following successful trials the holyland military uh spokesman meanwhile continued to stress that there was no changes to emergency instructions for civilians now the new alert system is based on cell broadcast which is a method of sending short messages to multiple phones users in a defined area many other country have similar system in place mhm pay attention sleeping giant pay very close attention the home front command said that the system will enable the receipt of a message in large scale emergency events such as missile fire on Holy Land the alerts will pop up on a user's phone without needing to install an app or other previous actions it will sound and along with an emergency message the home front command said the system doesn't aim to replace its app or the physical Sirens but rather is intended for surprise large scale emergency so broadcast is not based on GPS which has seen disruption amid the ongoing biblical War but rather on the positioning of cellular towers all right so everybody again is receiving some kind of notification letting them know that uh the next one uh you will receive something and when you receive this notification head to bunkers or shelter all right so also the powerful ones they do uh they just received their satellite phone so there's going to be some stuff here guys in the case of missiles or drones Sirens ring out and the affect the area however those with their windows closed who are using loud conditioning units or fans as well as those who are hard of hearing may not always hear the alert the Holy Land home front command app which was launched in 2016 tracks users based on their GPS location and alerts them to warning in their immediate area by sounding an alert and showing a message [Music] once again the app can distinguish between individual neighborhoods within cities to only alert those in areas the Holy Land military believes should seek shelter from flying objects Holy Land are on edge ahead of what is expected to be a Persian strike in response to the blast that took out some very important ones in Persia Capital Teran last week widely blamed on Holy Land as well as a housle response after the takeout of the senior command Commander wow Persia leaders and hellbo officials have warned over the past few days to retaliate strongly for the takeout and The Holy Land leaders have vowed to respond to any such strike with full force many International Airlines have Vigilant we are working to provide an adequate warning to prepare for any warning but until we say otherwise there are no changes to the home front command guidelines this person said we will update only when required the spokesman said that the military remains at a high level of readiness and the fence in the air at sea and on the ground we are readying for any sudden event he also stress that holyland air defenses are powerful but not Herm metric or hermetic and therefore the public should be vigilant and follow all instructions bunkers the pit GPS be impacted generals are out there
