Police say the woman who was arrested is Mariah King, who they say abducted her biological son Thursday night. She's listed as an absconder from parole or probation, according to the North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections. ABC 11 went to the neighborhood where the boy was last seen. Neighbors there didn't want to talk on camera, but told ABC 11 the boy lived at the home on South Benjamin Street. Investigators say the mother does not have custody of the boy. We also saw some people at the home where the boy lives earlier today. It's unclear if they were family members, but they told the media that they hope the mother brings him back in again.
