the pattern Fountains at at Mystic Park you're in for a treat this episode the last episode it was okay I enjoyed it but it it wasn't really a hint as it is more how I say it it was more something that push us towards our journey on spiritual discernment this episode is dve 49 The Godly way of doing business over to [Music] you or to you David a bner the power of counseling in counsel is Revelation Revelation is scattered among the various members of the council as an issue comes forward and we invite and hear counsel from everyone each contributes in a distinctive way so whether it's in a family setting in a ward council it's a revelatory experience that will affect the members of the church all over the Earth [Music] seeking counsel I have to say this is the second key for unlocking designing belief entprise all right now and of course this is the first run this is the uh this is the part where you hold the key and as we progress we in this um episode what we'll do is we will um we will go to the part that opens the key Council wise Council I think especially in the networking space um you're upline there are some people that say don't counsel your upline don't trust your upline and those people I don't know what they have to say sounds wonderful but I think in some ways it's fluff that may be too good to be true now that being said you don't have to agree with everything that your mentors tell you that you should do but and and Dr deloro McNeil says that I say that but it's a guide post to lead you to where you need to be okay wise counsel you they say well Jimmy why why are we going there all right some of you may or may not remember the series that I did last spring and of course I'm gonna I'm G to try to bring it to you refresh your your memory so to speak because a lot from um a lot from what's in desig belief Enterprise is a part of what's known as um the series panel Enterprise and I'm still trying to find out where it is so I can unlock it for you here we go here's here's a series no wrong wrong [Music] document no wrong one as well [Music] man I'm not going to waste too much time on it if I can't find it but at the same time it is important for us to if because one thing I like to do is look back at other um series to see um what I can [Music] find and I don't know why I this should be pretty easy to find but it's being [Music] difficult but pattern Enterprise was designed really at a time when I wanted to talk more about setting patterns for success in well okay one of the best ways of The Godly way of doing business is to have a vision like a vision board um habc 2 I not sure which verse it is it says write the vision and make it plain so that he that readeth can understand here we go I think I think we've gotten here now praise the lord it's about [Music] time 62 no [Music] really it's about it's about stuff like closing the learning how to close the deal and managing leadership and Entrepreneurship those things getting together with teams to to solve Solutions you getting get getting together to do that seeking wise counsel uh seeking Revelation from the Lord because you see this key of The Godly way of of doing business is a key that is just absolutely G to Rocket you to your journey of Designing belief Enterprise because believe it or not after today the series just has 21 um episodes and of course I'm going to have um after this I'll have a few more episodes where we kind of add on a little bit to why we're we're doing this series and I'm sure many of you know what I'm talking about when I started this series on July 1st it had one question where dve along what is my part in the grand scheme of things okay where can I possibly fit in you may say well why why I want you look back at what I said yesterday okay spiritual discernment in the degenerate culture okay that's the trail that led to this key it's not a hting in of itself but it's a trail to lead to this key of The Godly we doing business because if you don't have the the the spiritual discernment between good and evil and also between good and better like the Theologian David AAR says well then you have you have problems if you don't have the traal spiritual discernment like we talked about yesterday well then you're not going to have you're not going to have this key this solution man J me this puzzle of yours doesn't make any sense trust me by the end of this episode by the end of this episode You Will you will begin to understand because you think about it for a few episodes this week I've given you the first key which which turns the First Lock and what is that identity in Christ this this is the second key and really and truthly you need the first key in order to access the second key and of course the last key I give you which will be the last episode that is to be the master key you fill all those keys together with the master key and it unlocks the puzzle helps you answer deep down that burning question that we all dreamers and we all entrepreneurs have is where do we belong Man Jimmy come on you're talk you're talking in cryptic trust me you don't understand whether whether you are married and in the business or or um are you're single you need to counsel with some of the right people consult with some of the right people to help you succeed you can't be I I got to I believe this with all my heart you can't be a Lone Ranger in in entrepreneurship and why you become a longone ranger and Entrepreneurship it becomes part of the Earth Earth Cur system and and why is that God's system for being an entrepreneur is work smarter not necessarily harder yeah hard work is important but also smart work kicks in and see I got the idea on how to overcome the the Earth Cur system from a pastor by the name of Gary Cassie he's not he's not uh part of my faith but I still gain kernels of truth from other faades as well opening up that door opening up that chance let me tell you something the first key was brilliant you got it you you and you're beginning the pattern but what I'm going to tell you this is this the second key this The Godly way of doing business that is your Launchpad G and and trust me in the next few minutes I I'll I'll tell you more about it but all the series that I have done over the years um Enterprise in America designing belief Enterprise like um patter Enterprise of Enterprise in America pattern Enterprise and and now design belief Enterprise believe it or not they build off on on each other and even a series that I I've done called um on another podcast the strenuous pattern in a way it builds off my podcast Network here we believe in common themes of Faith hard work Integrity Excellence Excellence rather forgive me have having those things doing your dead level best now in the next 6 and a half minutes I got to say this The Godly way of doing business is where Excellence comes through you know when God has called you to be an entrepreneur and and that's fine but you know what it's not good for you to try to do your business all alone and reinvent the will when God set a pattern for you there's systems there's patterns there's systems there's patterns and believe it or not one of the governing principles of systems and patterns is The Godly way of doing business counseling with people that you love and respect to help receive Revelation and in that I might say you know be selective as far as business who you Cel with because not everybody has the same mindset as you do not everybody has the same mindset you understand so that's why you grow you you learn you stretch yourself to the positive change that you make counseling with the right people seeking Revelation from the Lord seeking those seeking those things and why folks I did a series early on in my YouTube called the the trapped in the negative um the 11 uh tips over 11 keys to overcome adversity and the big package key was the big thoughts key and you can't have big big thoughts in my opinion if you are not if you are not in counsel with the right people with the right mindset okay you can invest in the right tools and the right people and everything but you the question is where's your mindset are you willing to counsel with the right people are you up to doing it in a Godly way are you can you do this can you can you not see what the key is to this guys this second key this is your Launchpad key helps you along the journey but I got to wait 21 more episodes just to get the N so I'm one that likes us to um create Mysteries and riddles and come up with creative ways to solve them myself about eight years ago my mother watched this show it was kind of a strange show I might say but and I at first I thought no I'm not going to be Jo on it and what do you know I used it to crack spiritual riddles with practical knowledge that I was gaining each week and there were some riddles I discovered could not be solved you know why they couldn't be solved because I wasn't in the right [Music] pattern I wasn't in the right p but J back in those times if I known you you you were close to the Lord and everything yes I was close to the Lord but was I counseling with the right people with the right mindset hardly man you're being hard on yourself no The Godly way of doing business business is counseling with people wisely especially if you're married counsel with your spouse and and this is going to be important I I have an anecdote and um I'm GNA be sending this audio podcast to my good friend uh Marie and I'm gonna say no one person gave me this anecdote anecdote it's stuff that I have observed over the years step I've observed over the years of overhearing couples complaining because one of them made a financial decision without consulting his spouse and really [Music] hypothetically that creates more marriage problems than it's than it's worth and and the thing I've learned you know especially from my first networking model is that if a couple is not on the same page their finances aren't going to get any better me their business isn't going to get any better you might say but jimy why are you getting into this why what's going on trust me you're about to find out the riddle get ready because here we are this a go idea golden egg good afternoon H Toast Masters those on YouTube at PN real today we are going to be looking at The Godly way of doing business it is a gy of design Faith Enterprise which is a series I'm developing through my audio podcast and on YouTube it's a gy because it is the second key which opens this design this answer of one burning question that any entrepreneur of Faith should have ask where do iong and I guess a little go ahead and acknowledge part of how where I got that answer I want to give a shout out to a girl in my life [Music] me princess I love you now in the G way of doing business not just talking about the entrepreneur himself but a person who is either married or a candidate for marriage one plaintive cry I hear among couples sometimes when it comes to finances K he just spent that money without even Consulting me D this is terrible and I'm thinking I would never and it's funny the next day I was going to church with Blanca and she told me she said well it's okay getting you I trust you I know you'll come talk to me you might say well why why does that matter because the family is the basic building block the basic unit of society marriage is huge part of that between that you may say well Jimmy you're single why are you thinking about marriage right now how about the fact that I'm in love how about that how about the fact that I'm beginning to see the answer that I started this SE this uh series with on July 1st I designed this series in the after after my father's death because so much was happening to me and I was like man we live along and I picked up some some Clues and some hints along the way a couple of days ago I picked up the first key and now I got the second key the divin the Comm way of doing business which is honesty and integrity honesty with people Tru business with and showing Integrity being true to who you to to who you are and what you believe and not compromise just because well the culture say so the culture says so the culture say so so compromise compromise this compromise that no no I did a podcast on spiritual discernment in the degenerate culture Discerning between good and bad of course but also Discerning between good and bad a good way of doing business is doing it for yourself the better way you're doing it for purpose you're doing it to bless people's lives particularly people that you care about once again I ask people what is The Godly way of doing business Integrity especially if you're a Christian you're under is in Christ so that means being true to who you are to his teachings to the personal relationship you have with him to the Covenant relationship that you have with him so may not this is the beginning of the operation the first key I me the second key F the mystery by the end of the season we'll have the third key which solves the p we're getting close I don't want you to think about this The Godly way of doing business is integrity and service and that's where you step in I'm grateful for me Princess she's G me a reason to do
