Oasis has teased a big announcement coming this Tuesday August 27th at 8:00 a.m. is an oasis reunion imminent let's break it all down hey everybody it's Nick here with you welcome back to the channel and welcome to a little impromptu video here that I'm doing at around uh around quarter after 1 in the morning here in Hamilton Ontario Canada I just got back from seeing Deep Purple live at the Budweiser stage uh in Toronto but I'm not here to talk about Deep Purple I'm here to talk about uh Oasis because uh the band has been teasing something on social media I was getting kind of distracted at the the d d purple show because Oasis NL Gallagher Liam Gallagher on all their social media accounts has been teasing this big announcement that's going to be coming this Tuesday August the 27th at 8:00 a which I'm assuming is UK time uh so that's about five hours ahead of where I am here in in Canada uh so this is was posted all over the Oasis social media on Liam's social media nl's social media uh and I just want to share my screen with you here so we can take a look at it together I think this is going to be pretty cool to take a look so if you actually go to the official Oasis website we have nothing here on the official Oasis website accept this announcement this date coming on the 27th of August 2024 and the big rumor is that Oasis has officially reunited Liam Gallagher and NL Gallagher have buried the hatchet that Oasis is going to be reuniting for a series of shows in the UK at Heaton Park in Manchester as well as Wembley Stadium uh in London to celebrate essentially the 30th anniversary of what's the story morning gloryia which came out back in 1995 uh so like I said it's going to be allegedly a series of concerts a handful in each of these different venues in in Manchester and London no word of any other dates are going to be involved there and then like I said here the official Oasis website Oasis sign.com everything on the website has been absolutely removed and all we are left with is this date of the 27th of August 2024 so we know that it's going to be something big because I don't really think that they would they would remove all this stuff on the website if it wasn't going to be uh something important and actually blossoms another great Manchester band who followed in the tradition of great Manchester bands like Oasis they actually were playing a show in I'm gonna get this wrong from the UK I apologize for that they were playing in wien Shaw uh in the UK and at the end of their show this date came up here this uh this 27th of of August 2024 uh date came up on the screen and then when you go to everything online it's all over the news right now we have all the top stories talking about this potential uh Liam Gallagher NL Gallagher reunion The Oasis reunion if you go to The Hollywood Reporter what are they saying Oasis reunion speculation grows over Gallagher brothers reuniting for concerts uh we have another one here that says the Oasis post teaser uh as reunion rumors fly uh the guardian says Oasis reunion on the cards is NL and Liam Gallagher T's Tuesday announcement and like I said it's not just on the Oasis social media it's everywhere it's on the Oasis official social media here this uh this announcement here there's no audio on this but there's a little bit of video happening there with a little bit of a a television effect happening there so that's the Oasis social media it's happening here on the Liam Gallagher social media he's been playing koii with a lot of fans asking him about what's going on there and then of course it's uh it's on the NL Gallagher social media as well so it is all over the place this potential Oasis reunion and in my opinion do I think that this could be really it is this finally the real deal is this an oasis reunion my gut feeling is telling me yes I think this is finally an oasis reunion and I know there's been lots of false starts over the last 15 years since the band broke up in 2009 a lot of different articles that different rumors going on on about now the the band's going to get back together and Liam Gallagher and no Gallagher finally buried the hatchet uh but I think this this one feels at least semi-real to me a little bit more real than some of the other stuff uh that we've seen over the last bunch of years about the about the band getting back together um and I I don't I don't really think um what was going to say I like with all the other rumors they never really had a date on it like this one does we have a a specific announcement coming on Tuesday so I really do think that is is going to be uh the announcement the band is getting back together and you know I don't really think they're going to do something like this where they're they're removing everything on the website I don't think they would do that if it was just for a announcement of a 30th anniversary edition of what's the story Morning Glory or something like that I don't think they would go to all the trouble to remove everything on the website uh if it was just going to be something like that and I don't really think that it could be tied to the 30th anniversary of Definitely Maybe that's coming out this week as well uh we've been focused on that a lot over the last few months talking about all the different you know versions of the songs that we're going to be getting and that's you know it's cool the Definitely Maybe 30th anniversary is a big thing we've known it's been coming for a while uh it's going to be awesome when we finally get to hear it on on Friday but I do not think that it is uh it is tied to the Definitely Maybe 30th Anniversary I do think this is going to be a little bit bigger than that and when you think about it the Gallagher brothers have getting all touchy feely lately uh when it comes to uh stuff in the Press N Gallagher did a cool video on YouTube the other day where he was interviewed at sifter record shop in Manchester which obviously plays a huge part in The Oasis mythology uh sifters and he was very very positive and he praised Liam quite a bit in that video and and basically like gave Liam his props with being the vocalist that really made Oasis uh what they are and you everything that we love about the band so I think n was feeling really good about uh Liam and then Liam from what I heard he was playing a show and he dedicated half the the world away which is typically a song that NL sings he uh he dedicated half the world away to NL so who knows this could be them finally uh extending the Olive Branch to each other we don't really know what the talks have been behind the scenes over the last little while and maybe they they've finally been able to to to bury the hatch and that would be uh so so cool um and then the shows themselves we don't really know for sure exactly what it's going to be right now they're saying it's going to be in London it's going to be be in Manchester which totally makes sense we don't really know if any other shows are going to be part of that uh that tour there anything else if there's going to be music involved we'll see what happens I'm definitely going to be doing a video uh here on the channel maybe a live stream I might be getting up at 3 o'clock in the morning uh here in Canada to see exactly what happens at 8: a.m when they they announce whatever they're going to be announcing uh this Tuesday uh August the 27th so I don't know my opinion I think this could be it guys I think this could be the Oasis reunion that we all been hoping for uh I I don't want to get ahead of myself I don't want to jinx myself I don't want to say it's happening for sure but that is my gut feeling because I don't really think they would do things like remove their entire website for something that's is not going to be a big deal so we're going to see uh here let me know in the comments below do you think this is it
