meltdown Leslie hedin's wife has recently spoke out against the cancellation of the woke light and now it's star the first nonbinary in Star Wars Amanda Stenberg has posted an 8 minute 38 second video to Instagram and I can only imagine what she has said people have already made videos about it the Disney shs are already defending it and I have not watched the video I'm going to watch it in it's entirety and I will react to it so here we go what a manless Stenberg has to say about the wal light being cancelled um however uh I okay okay okay so uh she couldn't even start the video properly so um one of the reasons why the show probably got cancelled because she lacks Talent [Music] hello I um I thought I would get on here and just speak candidly I hate doing this she's already [ __ ] nuts like laughing about this like I know she's going to drop some serious [ __ ] about a the fans are racist and doing her hair and thinks this is funny let's see where it goes I hate doing this but I'm going to do it um I'm honestly oh you love doing this you love doing that's what your dis trck was about you loved the engagement on that I don't use social media very much anymore um and I'm so happy about that um but there are many folks out there that I want to IGN knowledge and I want to show appreciation and love and support for so that's why I'm hopping on here to talk about this all right what is this some passive aggressive [ __ ] I want to thank the bigots I want to thank the bigots for review bombing the show and getting it cancelled oh Leslie hedin cooked with this show um which is that our show our Star Wars show has been cancelled and and I paused it on a great frame it looks exactly like she does in her stupid ass Dis Track which didn't help when it came to the decision of the woke light being cancelled I'm going to say I'm going to be transparent and say that it's not a huge shock for me of course I live in the bubble of my own reality but for those yeah of course you do live in the of your own reality you identify as nonbinary go by she they pronouns so you call yourself transgender but no one calls you a they you only go by she the official Star Wars account called you a her Amanda Amandla plays her violin her not they not them her who aren't aware there has been uh a rampage of vitrio that we have faced since the show was even announced when it was still just a concept when no one had even seen it a rampage no just anyone with a working brain a few years ago would see where Disney was trending what they prioritized Leslie Hedland Sith before The Phantom Menace they knew this was going to be a disaster I was talking about this in 2021 knew it was going to be a disaster uh that's when we started experiencing a rampage of um I would say hyper conservative all right so she's doing her hair she's not even looking at the camera she's just looking up at the ceiling like what the [ __ ] is wrong with this person what a [ __ ] narcissist uh big Tre and bigotry prejudiced hatred and hateful language towards us um and you know this really affected me when I first got the job um because it's just not something even though I anticipated it happening it's not something you can fully understand what it feels like until it's happening to you um um uh what was happening to you specifically people just thought this show was going to suck and they were right they were right that the show was going to suck like no one knows who you are you were in The Hunger Games what how many years ago what have you done since then however uh I feel like I've kind of moved through those feelings in various ways including being vocal about about it myself um for me it just became a situation where there was no option but for me to uh honor my sense of ethics and my belief system and my value system while being in this very unique position uh honor her ethics what by making a diss track it was kind of like I had this very unique experience of uh experiencing The World At Large which is of course hyper divisive right now um through the lens of this very very unique opportunity of being in Star Wars still not looking at the camera it just looks like someone that's [ __ ] insane and I brought up a lot for me a lot um sociopolitical Dynamics a lot about my own value syst system how I respond that kind of hatred how I move through the World At Large and it just became inarguable for me at a certain point that in order to uh continue to be myself I have to honor my value system by being vocal even within the context of working for Disney and and working um within the large I can't within being vocal while working for Disney yeah they like they love when people do that unless you're Gina corano in the large massive IP that is Star Wars um on that topic I just have to say it has been an incredible honor and dream for me to be in this and now it's over because the show was cancelled Universe um it still feels even though of course I'm very sad about the show being cancelled um and I'm sad about she doesn't look sad she's just like how can I be the next Colin Kaepernick oh my Show's cancelled I want to be on the next show about us not being able to give people who are invested into it more cuz they'll just feel a lot of levity and joy around the fact that all these jump Cuts here that I got to experience it um and that people loved it and that people all right so this is about halfway done I don't even know what she's talking about here I don't know I heard bigotry uh just talking about her experience talking about experiencing the world that like sounds like she's on like a acid or shroom or some [ __ ] I don't know trying to find herself well she has plenty of time to find herself because the show has been cancelled she will not be brought back it's largely due to her being a terrible actress no one liked her character characters they actually gave her two characters in the show twins terrible decision people were so responsive i p B through a lot of different iterations of fan art and ship art and fan theories and things that were just so beautiful and Fan Art and ship art # fake fan no real Star Wars fan cares about shipping characters these oir are deranged filled my heart with joy and I just want to let those people know out there who supported us in that way um and supported us focally despite and in the face of all of the vitrio that we received and the kind of the targeted attack I would say we received by the altright targeted attack by the altright look at her stupid [ __ ] face the targeted attack by the altright oh a all right where are your receipts on that that the show was attacked by the alt-right and that's why it was cancelled it wasn't canceled because the show was [ __ ] and no one watched it um just that you were deeply loved and appreciate it and it made this job all the worthwhile for me and it made all the the challenging elements of it completely worthwhile for me um and so that's plus my love of sci-fi and fantasy and being able to be a part of the legacy of something that I so um deeply um value and something that means so much to me and and I've looked up yeah you deeply value being a Star Wars fan you're a # fake fan to for so long so I also just want to say thank you to lucasfilm um for just being a [ __ ] awesome team they were so wonderful to work with and uh uh just everybody that I worked with in mukas film particularly rain Roberts my producer was just uh had such like vision and hope and and uh and like such a mission for what we were going to continue bringing into the Sci-Fi universe and into the Star Wars universe and it was a really beautiful energizing life-changing experience to be how many times did she said that this was a great experience like five times already of and and I have to thank Leslie Hedland who just I just [ __ ] love that [ __ ] she just excuse my French she's just one of the best people in the world I think she's so incredibly talented well maybe you can work together on another project that's not Star Wars and definitely not the wal light season 2 because it was cancelled did and unique and kind um and I I'll love her forever uh and and I will I love this experience with her forever experience again but at the end of the day I also just want to thank everybody who watched it thank you for being so loving oh you want to thank everyone who watched it even the the outright bigots that attacked the show the ones that hated it you want to thank them and supportive and excited and nerdy and awesome and um I'll continue to process this for a long time but maybe the last thing I want to say on the subject is that we all exist in the context of all in which we live is she [ __ ] high or something we all [Laughter] exist the show was cancelled we were attacked this is great but I'm serious um it's not lost on me how the way that these events have unfolded is also due to uh the hyperd divisiveness of the time that we live in that is driven I would say at this point by Echo chambers of thought and and algorithms Echo Chambers like all the shields coping pretending that the numbers don't exist pretending that they don't mean anything pretending that the stupid petition with over 50,000 signers is more important and that the show was actually great but it was review bombed and the casuals just didn't really connect with this great show and it should have been given a second chance to really flourish and find its footing talking about that Echo chamber that reinforce our biases and I think that applies to everybody but I think that in a particular sect of people it manifests has a lot of fear for what is changing a lot of hatred for anything that is other and I would challenge us all and challenge myself to continue questioning what it is that I digest um and think critically about what shapes it and uh let's vote y'all let's vote let's vote let's vote let's vote this is for Camala Harris it's a Camala Harris ad uh I think that's all I have to say well this is 10 minutes long we'll see if I post this bye wow 8 minutes and 38 seconds of garbage I was actually expecting a lot more from this uh the Disney shills are out there they are defending her of course uh many videos are going to be made about amand Le Stenberg and her stupid comments basically for just rambled for eight minutes about nothing about how it's a good experience uh looked like she was high on something blame the alt-right bigots for the failure of the show so just uh likes to live in her Echo chamber where the the show wasn't bad it's just the fans watching it uh were bad and they attacked the show and that's why there's no season 2 bunch of garbage and
