Awakenings historically have come during times of moral decline spiritual apathy political corruption and economic collapse I think we're there don't you do you think it's even within the realm of possibility that God could be waking us up as his children as rebellious stubborn Wayward prodigals he is orchestrating circumstances such that we will come to ourselves and turn back to the one who's been so good to us I think that's exactly what this could be so Imagine an America. imagine with me I want you to dream with me for a second if this current cultural setback and with recent events in the news we're in a setback if this setback is really a setup for a comeback for the family of faith in America well then dream with me about what could be if you and I lean into our faith and trust in God and live out the second birth courage that you and I were designed to live out from ages past from before the beginnings of the World Imagine an America where people who are rejecting God is replaced with those people repenting and turning to Jesus and the emptiness and the Brokenness is replaced with the presence of God in their hearts imagine an America where an Unfaithful Church those who have become lukewarm within the family of Faith repent and become fiery with the Holy Spirit imagine an America where the fear of man and what he can do to you is replaced with wholehearted trust in God imagine an America where the assumption that Christians ought to keep their faith private is replaced with the idea that the happiest societies are those who conform their traditions and their values with love for God and love for his word imagine an America where privately owned businesses are encouraged and celebrated and owners of businesses have personal and corporate integrity and they are supported by small governments and the shadow of socialism has completely faded away imagine an America where we don't have to fight for legislative and Court victories to protect the rights of unborn human beings and the definition of marriage and parental rights for the education of their children because our representatives are already on board with our values imagine an America where the the woke police and the cancel culture has been replaced with a universal love for free speech and an embracing of respectful civil discourse imagine an America where the size of government shrinks to an appropriate size because individuals families churches and communities are taking person responsibility for the welfare of the people in their neighborhoods and rejecting government handouts can you imagine an America where love floods in to the places that have been burned out by hate does this sound impossible to you does this sound like pie in the sky hopefulness wishfulness that could never really happen in America considering where we are I don't think so I think it's not only possible I think it is inevitable and it's Unstoppable if you and I and our families as the family of Faith get a grip on our newborn identity and we begin to live out the courage that God has given us as new creatures in Christ and we apply the strategy that he has given to us in his word for ourselves as individuals for our families our children our grandchildren the strategies for our communities of faith and our strategies for civil government I believe that just as I can be reformed as an individual I can restructure the way I look at my marriage and bring Heaven to my home with my children and then that can expand to the family of Faith within my neighbor neighborhood and as more family of faiths begin to to work together we can transform and bring Heaven to Earth in our community and then again to our state and all the way to our nation these are the principles that I'm talking about in my new book born to be brave that I want to unpack with you and I want to explain the the how to do it in a very personal and practical way with you so let's let's end this time Prayer together by praying that God would would hear our prayers and he would make this a reality in your heart and in mine dear God all the best devised plans in the whole world cannot accomplish the transformation of human hearts only your gospel can do that God we are helplessly lost and dead blind and and deaf we cannot hear truth or see it and we can't even comprehend end it we're so easily deceived by our own Wicked hearts that we need you to to turn on the lights and to speak to us and help us to understand that you are the source of all of our blessing all of our protection all of our our health and all of our prosperity God we want to see Revival in our hearts and in our homes and in our community God we can only imagine what it would be like if the family of Faith turned their hearts back to you you promis blessing to a thousand generations for those who love you God could you turn our hearts back to you we need your help and we ask this in Jesus name amen I am so excited to to meet up with you every couple of days up until the election and and maybe Beyond but this is a critical time in our nation and I'm so thankful to be able to gather with you my brothers and
