purchased my masterpiece my book The nword is no secret in the service big up to you all let's cook okay people we're going to discuss how one black woman became the face or poster lady for women lying on men in America and this is a black woman by the name of Crystal Mangum so yeah look how inaccurate that is a black woman as the face or the poster lady for women lying on men with the American history but let's get into it okay now Crystal Mangum for those who don't know she's uh known for accusing the white boys on the Duke University lacrosse team of sexual assault okay remember that big story it was a big story all over the news well a lot has happened due to that story but let's get into who Christo is okay now Crystal Mangum she was born and she grew up in dorham North Carolina it seems that she had a typical childhood you know I don't have anything that sticks out that's very shocking about her childhood uh I didn't look too deep into it but nothing popped out at me you know uh she went to high school she graduated from high school in the year of 19 1996 After High School Crystal joined the US Navy in the Navy she trained to operate radios and navigation technology now after the Navy Christal went to Durham Technical Community College where she earned an associates degree and after that she went on to North Carolina Central University she became a full-time student she studied psychology and she also had a 3.0 GPA okay now during her time at North Carolina Central this is where Crystal she made a bad decision that will ultimately change her life forever okay and this bad decision that she made would be the reason for most of her struggles in life okay Crystal decided to become a stripper a escort or a sex worker okay now here's the turning point in March of 2006 Crystal and another African-American woman they were hired by some players in the Duke University lacrosse team to strip before a small group of four to five men at a bungalow and dorham North Carolina okay now when they got there they realized that there were like 50 beer drinking Rowdy mes present okay bunch of white boys drinking beer Rowdy you know everybody there was white except one there was one black man there man it could have been a story about you bro whoever you are was one black man there in this beard guzzling white boy bash of fun event okay so Crystal was called there and her friend to do some stripping okay uh when she got there they didn't agree upon this many people being there because they were told it was only supposed to be four or five but the $400 an hour was too good to pass up so Crystal and her friend continue with the show so at some point Crystal stopped their services okay she stopped dancing her friend stopped dancing because the men who were there at these intoxicated party goers they began yelling all kind of degrading comments and making obscene gestures okay nword this this and that all kind of stuff okay now I would imagine that a stripper has a very high tolerance for nasty behaviors and language from men just based off of you know what they do but these guys were overboard with uh you know the racial derogatory language and all kind of other things okay so it got so bad that Crystal and her friend they ran into the bathroom okay they ran into the bathroom at this house so when they ran into the bathroom the guys who were there they were very upset that the girl stopped dancing so they demanded their money back they want their money back now so now Crystal and her friend they're trapped in the bathroom there's three men holding them up in there and they they proceeded to sa SE X assault her okay they don't like this word on YouTube you know sometime they flag stuff they went they they proceeded to sex assault Crystal okay now crystal said due to this assault what these guys did to her she experienced uh excruciating pelvic pain and you could just imagine uh use your imagination to figure out what kind of stuff they were doing to her in the bathroom you know who's doing this you know who's at this party like I said and again these people they think different they don't you know some of the stuff we can't even imagine that they would do or that they do okay so Crystal and her friend are in the bathroom again these guys come in here they doing all kind of stuff to her assault stuff you know and they're mad they take their money back and they started yelling at them N word this N word that N word this after they took the money so Crystal and her friend they ran away okay when they ran out the house Crystal she went straight to Duke University Hospital where she got a r-word kit that's r a p e a r word kit examination and the Durham Police were notified now this event right here what happened to Crystal at this house uh it led to Crystal filing a criminal complaint against the three might the three white male excellant who were guys on the Duke University lacrosse team okay so she filed a criminal complaint against them after she went and got this RW kid okay this examination now the district attorney in Durham at the time was someone by the name of Mike M neong okay now based on solid and concrete evidence that this district attorney Mike neong had he aggressively pursued prosecution against these three white guys from the Duke University uh lacrosse team who were at the party that night that did this to Crystal okay Crystal picked them out of a photo lineup okay she knew exactly who did it and the district attorney Mike neon he sincerely believed that in the accusations that Crystal made he didn't want these boys to get away and skate just because of their privilege and the prestig of uh The Prestige of Duke University and based off of what he understands his experience his expertise and the evidence that he has he believes everything that Crystal told him okay and I don't think that this district attorney named Mike neong was an idiot uh he went hard because he had the evidence to do so it was very concrete and convincing and he knew Justice would eventually come to Crystal okay that's why why he went hard so in order for somebody like a district attorney to believe one a black woman okay two a black woman who's a sex worker okay they have to pretty much have enough evidence they know they comeing with a lot of Firepower because they know how a black woman who's accusing white men and also a black woman who's a sex broker out at that I mean this man knows how she's going to be scrutinized for that okay but his evidence was so concrete he said I'm going through with this okay he knows that sex workers carry a certain stigma you know and people typically don't respect them most don't believe that they are high on and integrity and things like that so district attorney Mike neong he wanted to go forward okay he wanted to go forward but due to who this was against which was white students white males on the lacrosse team at Duke his colleagues warn him that he should drop this case like dude you got to drop this case don't do it okay so what mik Mike neong was doing was he was going against the grain he was going against the religion of white supremacy okay he didn't want these boys to get away with what they did uh and of course when he went through with this these accused Duke Lacross players they have very powerful lawyers these boys have money you know they have very powerful lawyers as well and I must say I think that their lawyers were kind of clever in what they did okay so here here's what the uh the legal team for the White Duke boys did the white boys on the lacrosse team they spend the whole narrative okay they persuaded the North Carolina State Bar to initiate a grievance against Mike neon the district attorney they persuaded them the State Bar to initiate a grievance against Mike neon okay they said okay we going to do it this way I know we got to defend them against these accusations that these black women is saying but let's go ahead and put a different spin on it so that's what they did and it worked the State Bar forced Mike neong to off to get off this case they forced him to get off this case okay they said okay we're taking him off the case and we're going to turn this case over to attorney general Roy Cooper so now Roy Cooper has the case Okay after a three-month investigation which was sealed on April 11th uh 2007 you know attorney general Roy Cooper he publicly dropped the charges and declared all three of these white boys on the lacrosse team at Duke and the defendants to be innocent okay he publicly did this okay now as a result also Mike neong and Crystal they're both vilified in the media okay and Mike neong he was forced to resign as an elected Durham district attorney they made him resign and he was later disbarred by the North Carolina State Bar because of his handling of this case so they dis barred this man okay this is all his punishment for going against the grain and going against uh systemic racism or the Rel the religion of white supremacy in the state of North Carolina okay Mike neong was disbarred he's the only person that this has ever happened to since his Inception since the North Carolina State Bar's Inception in the year of 1993 he's the only person that this ever happened to you know what I'm saying the only person okay so the state of North Carolina and the Duke University and the media they wanted to make a example out of Mike neon for pursuing this prosecution against these three white men you don't do that they're trying to show them we will beat you you know they forc they got together they all forced him to resign okay from his position as the elected district attorney and they sentenc him the 24 hours on some trumped up contempt of court charges they did as much as they could to destroy and humiliate this man this man was a white man who's a district attorney elected he decided he's going to do his job but look who you doing your job against I know we put you here but you ain't supposed to be calling out no white men from duke anyway he crossed the Grain and this was happen Okay white folks will form Voltron and stick together they know what to do you better get in the line okay single foul if you're white they don't expect to have any meetings no memos no rallies nothing they know as a white American you better get on board we got this black woman accusing white guys at Duke of doing this you better get on board Mike neong didn't and he paid for it okay he paid for it so as a result of this these three Duke lacrosse Guys these defendants they were lionized in the media people felt sorry for him oh look at these good three white ivy league boys they go to Duke this black girl lied on them you you know they lionized these guys in the media they all transferred to different universities and when they transferred they were welcome with open arms as if they were some kind of you know guys that people felt sorry for they already white you know ivy league money you know and they all went on to graduate and they went to law school and they ended up in the financial sector all three of them guys okay on the other hand they still wanted Crystal mangum's head yo they still wanted her head on the platter okay many people in the media wanted her head on the pl platter and just the important people in the state of North Carolina wanted her head okay they wanted her prosecuted for filing a false police report when we know this wasn't a false police report people which is why the district attorney Mike neong took the case Okay in addition crystal said and she still to this day says she was always telling the truth 100% her story never changed she did what she was supposed to do right after this happened she went and got this examination is r e kit did what she was supposed to do but they're still mad at her for accusing these white lacrosse players on his team okay she was targeted by the state of North Carolina for this people and the powers that be the mighty Duke University okay they hated Crystal Mangum for this okay and just so you know how deep it gets people there are people that are connected to Duke University who are more powerful than the state of North Carolina itself more powerful than a governor okay these people who are connected to Duke University are literally people who can get on the phone with the president at any time this is how powerful white men from Duke University are is this is real man you can look at the Duke alumni you know that this is real okay now what they did after that what they did was they got they got with all the they did this anyway beforehand they got with all the media Outlets okay of course who control the narrative they have the power to do that Duke University has the power to do that and they want people to believe everything that they put out here in this story as far as Crystal was concerned okay now regardless of what they want regardless of what they want to do people in the know know that this girl was this woman I shouldn't call her girl Crystal was 100% accurate in what she said and that those guys were guilty okay people in the know know this okay but all that matters is as long as you don't know okay as long as the public doesn't know as long as the media convinces the public to believe what they want them to believe that's all that matters okay and that's with any situation okay um and at the time that this happened with Crystal there was no me too movement or nothing like that but it wouldn't have mattered anyway because these kind of liberal organizations are started from people as powerful as guys white men who go to dup so it wouldn't have mattered okay they would have never did anything with a black woman accusing three white men students at Duke University they would have did anything okay so that's just how it goes now as the outcome to this Duke this uh Duke lacrosse situation we have Crystal who becomes the face or the poster girl for white for I mean for women lying on men in America she's the poster girl for this now and she was telling the truth we got a poor black woman from North Carolina who had to go to the military went to school in school made a very bad decision okay she made a bad decision that put her in some really bad positions but even with you know this thing I know being a sex worker is kind of a low Integrity kind of work you know but let me tell you something man if Crystal Mangum was in a Duke Library studying for a final she was a squeaky squeaky clean good young black lady and these white guys on the Duke lacrosse team came in there and did this to her the outcome would definitely be the the same 1,00% sure okay the outcome will be the same okay so now we have Crystal who's the face of women lying on men in America because of this and with all the white men that we have in history that lied on black men black men who are still in prison some black men have been exe executed some black men have died in prison due to prison fights and things like that or sickness black men who serve 30 years plus all because a white woman lied on them yet they have this poor black woman in the state of North Carolina okay where they have absolute proof that she's telling the truth now she becomes the face in America of women lying on men ain't that American people now people we going to keep going cuz the crystal story gets even deeper it gets even deeper now after all this craziest this this crazy stuff and media attention at Crystal is in she tries to go back to living a normal life but remember people white people playing to the end they they playing to the end of your life they don't care they'll never forgive Michael Vic for fighting dogs as they say a white person gets their knee scraped their hand scraped they're going to make you hear about that forever you know they're going to make you hear about that forever you know these people white Americans have very very arrogant and contradictory Behavior hypocritical behavior I'm sorry so Crystal she's living her life okay she's trying go about living her life but again people there are still very powerful white people in North Carolina that want her head okay so in mid-February of the year 2010 Crystal she got into a domestic violence incident with her then boyfriend a guy named Milton Walker she's going out with a guy named Milton Walker they got into a domestic violence incident okay Crystal burned his clothes in the bathtub vandalized his car you know she did the whole scorn woman thing okay this gave the media a great opportunity to go after her again okay so for doing this she was held in jail for three months for getting out on Bell okay and during this time she lost her job she was expelled from North Carolina Central graduate program she lost her apartment she lost all of her possessions and she lost her financial Independence okay they had a trial for this in December of 2010 and it was a Mist trial on the most serious felony which was first deegree arson remember she burned his clothes okay she was victed of the misdemeanor charges which the judge sent her the time serve because she was in there for 3 months Crystal got out Crystal got out okay so now she's out back to square one dropped the ball she couldn't get a job she tried to go several places she was qualified she had the credentials for many jobs but they said they couldn't hire her because of her past so time goes on in the year 2011 in late February early March Crystal and her children moved into a Derm apartment with a man named Reginal day okay they move with this man Reginal day he's a black man chronic alcoholic and he works as a house painter okay I have to tell you that he's an alcoholic because that plays a major part in this story okay he paints houses he's a good guy but he's an alcoholic and later on also found out that he uses heroin okay so initially this situation with this guy Reginal was supposed to be a symbiotic relationship okay let's help each other let's pay the bills okay let's survive and pay the bills with each other uh uh nothing romantic we just going to go ahead and help each other out pay bills I'm here boom boom but you know that's not going to work people Crystal's living there you know what's going to happen you know what I mean that I mean it's going to happen like that for anybody it turned intimate you know that was no good but they knew it was going there to begin with before when she moved in there they both knew that so I don't know how they came up with an agreement but that's what happened they in the house messing around now okay so Crystal figures out that soon Reginal day becomes very jealous and very controlling um and a lot of this jealousy came from Crystal's line of work now remember I said Crystal couldn't get a job because of her p so she went back to doing what she knows how to do and what pays well she started escorting again Reginal was very upset about that okay and it took only one month for this living arrangement to turn horrible okay turned horrible he didn't like what she was doing they're messing around she's doing the dancing thing he ain't feeling it okay so what happened was on April 3rd of 2011 in the early hours is on a Sunday Crystal and Regal they went to a family celebration they returned home so when Crystal comes home she sees this guy okay a police officer a dur police officer that she met in 2010 during her police involvement with all that stuff she had going on so she started talking to this dude she's talking to this dude Reginal see he peeps it and he got he felt disrespected man he felt the way he felt disrespected so when they got back inside the apartment Reginal day he attacked her he attacked Crystal uh he began to beat on her and he started throwing steak knives at her from the kitchen so he's beating on her he's throwing knives at her he's a knifethrower okay Crystal ran she locks herself in the bathroom Reginal boom he knocks the door off he's coming in he grabs Crystal drags her into the bedroom started to choke her okay now when he's choking her she's down he's choking her remember I said he was throwing steak knives at Crystal grabbed one of these knives and poked him in the left side boom when she poked him with this knife that enabled her to get on her feet and run away and Escape okay she ran to a friend's house nearby went to her friend's apartment and a couple hours later she was arrested and she was charged with assault with a deadly weapon she was charged with assault with a deadly weapon now Reginal Reginal day the boyfriend she was he was taken by am L to Duke University Hospital with nonfatal wounds with nonfatal wounds he was then evaluated in the emergency department he was taken to the operating room where trauma surgeons repaired El laceration to his colon and treated minor lesions to his spleen the operation was successful and the prognosis was full recovery again the operation was successful and the nosis was full recovery but check this out people remember I said Reginal day was an alcoholic alcohol is one of those drugs where you just cannot stop drinking cold turkey okay you cannot a alcoholic cannot just stop drinking they have to wean themselves off of that okay so when he's in the hospital Reginal is going days without alcohol no drinking no liquor people I personally know alcoholics who are in the hospital that have even created a cocktail out of the hand sanitizer you know with the little juice they give you on the hospital little cranberry juices or whatever or apple juices and the thing with the tin foil they'll take that and in the hospital they got like you know the hand sanitizer is even stronger hand sanitizer the juice and the ice shake it up and they got them a little drink unless their relatives bring their liquor to the hospital I know it's bad but this is true okay an alcoholic cannot stop stop drinking they got to be served okay now on Reginal day's third day in the hospital he was supposed to be getting ready for discharge he's leaving but he went into something called delirium tremens okay he started getting very angry agitated and his blood pressure dropped this was the result of being an alcoholic and not getting his usual drinks his his liquor he needs to drink so he went into something called delium tremens okay because of this he was transferred to the surgical ICU where it was deemed necessary to insert a endot tral tube so they have to put an endot tral tube in Regin now okay but unfortunately the hospital made a dumb mistake the tube was placed in his esophagus instead of his trachea which led to him going under cardiac arrest as you can see the staff messed up and they've done it with a lot of us people did you hear what I just said the hospital they placed the tube in his esophagus instead of his trachea that led to him having Cardiac Arrest they messed up and as a result Reginal day suffered irreversible brain damage irreversible brain damage finally this family decided to P the plug the plug and he died 13 days after the hospital made this mistake okay so as we can see here this was medical malpractice the doctors and the medical staff made a mistake that ultimately caused Reginal Day to Die okay but they say it's not their fault who are they blaming for this they're blaming Crystal Crystal was initially charged with assault with a deadly weapon now this charge was upgraded to murder now crystal is fighting a murder charge so you know she's all over the news and the media they put this out there the Duke Girl the black girl liar this this and that she murdered the man she killed him not true at all not true at all people you have to remember also these people are all working together the medical examiner even said that Reginal D died from stab wounds the medical examiner but here's the kicker this same medical examiner his name is Dr Kay Nichols he was fired days before Crystal went to trial for mishandling evidence in many cases not this one many cases he was a very very shady guy he sounds like one of them people that we hear about when we know a black person was lynched or this happened or they were poison and they go to people like him and they just cover it up okay these type D that's what kind of guy Dr Clay Nichols is so bad that the state of North Carolina his community is are firing him his reputation and actions were so horrible people that they talked about trying this dude criminally criminally but look at what they did to cover that up the judge on this trial right ordered that this medical examiner not be fired until Crystal's trial was over and after that trial was over he was fired that's what they did people so they know that this medical examiner has issues with Integrity with lying he's getting fired they even thinking about charging him criminally but with all this the judge said keep him on keep him on Just for this Crystal trial then after this we'll fire him it's pretty obvious that they wanted this medical examiner who got fired to give this false testimony that will be used to charge Crystal with this murder now Crystal she requested that the records from the medical examiner that she believes would have exonerated her right she requested him she wanted to see him but she was told that they were confidential you can't have them Crystal now the problem with Crystal was also that her legal team worked for the state of North Carolina so they were against her as well her case was very political okay very political there's nobody that's going to take Crystal Mangum and say okay I'm going to defend you I'm going go all out the state wants you but it's not going to happen you got these little JV public defenders the little rookies these gum Sho they trying to move up in their career man but people Guess what at this time the governor of North Carolina is Roy Cooper people remember the Duke situation was going down when Crystal was about to hit them people over the head they got rid of the district attorne district attorney named Mike neong who was going to actually go at these Duke lacrosse players and triy him and they replaced him with attorney general Roy Cooper Roy Cooper took over and said all the Duke boys were innocent people this Roy Cooper is now the governor so you get it Crystal Mangum is in a lose lose Crystal can't win here okay every attorney in the state of North Carolina seen what happened to Mike neon they were all spooked by that nobody is going against the grain they're not doing that no more okay there's nobody in the state of North Carolina that's going to defend Crystal without trying to Railroad her which they were trying to do okay she wanted to get this medical defense stating that she that she didn't kill Reginal day because it was a chain of broken events and he didn't die from his Stab Wound which he didn't I told you what he died from medical malpractice due to alcohol withdrawal okay delirium TR REM so her legal team wanted her to go self-defense say crystal say his self-defense crystal is like no I want to go Med I want to you know I want to go medical defense I didn't do this they're like no go self-defense not a smart idea because under North Carolina law you cannot use self-defense against somebody in their own home in their own place of employment or vehicle so you cannot use self-defense against them in the state of North Carolina that was a problem don't you think that her legal team that was defending her knew that of course they did they were just trying to Railroad her let's get her up out of here we work for the state the medical defense of course was much more solid you know what I'm saying if Crystal acted as her own attorney and Defender herself she could have won she could have won this case no problem you know what I'm saying because they have why the man died right there medical her legal team was against her the whole time okay so Crystal was offered a deal she was offered a deal for time served and 10 years probation that's what they offered they said Krystal look we'll give you time served in 10 years probation she said no I'm not taking it I'm 100% innocent I did not take this man's life she thought that she would be exonerated she said she had faith in the judicial system which she shouldn't have had but she say she had faith in him and it gets a little brighter for her case here right I don't know how they afforded it but Crystal has some people who were backing her supporting her and she was able to get a Doctor by the name of Sarah W to look into this case for those who don't know sah wck is the lai's ne leading forensic pathologist he has the most impressive resume in the United States for forensic pathology he served as the president of the Academy of forensic scientists okay I actually seen this man on a documentary one time looking into a lynching I believe in Mississippi that that they were trying to cause suicide he did the whole breakdown and he kept it 100 he said nah this don't look right so Sarah W looked at Crystal's case inside out remember this man is the Michael Jordan of forensic science people he looked at everything and he made a determination he said that Mr day who was chryst's boyfriend went into surgical repair for a small spleenic and colon injury a few days after the surgery he experienced delirium trimens which is an alcohol withdrawal delirium the problem required that he be intubated when the hospital staff at Duke University Hospital intubated him they put the tube in the esophagus rather than the trachea he died because of this conclusion Dr sir took the official position that the cause of death was complications related to delirium trimens the manner of death was accidental it was medical malpractice and not homicide that's what he said so there it is he conclude that this case is not a homicide I'mma see if I could attach to link in this also cuz people be really needing to know you know what I'm saying he came to the conclusion that there were many things wrong with the original autopsy as well which was performed by the now fired Dr Klay Nichols he he concluded that as well okay so do you think the media put that on the news absolutely not they stayed with the whole dup lacrosse liar stabs and kills man story Crystal should have been charged with aggravated assault at the most but no the state of North Carina didn't care in 2014 Crystal was convicted of second deegree murder a minimum of 13 years and two months and a Max of 17 years and 9 months and that's the truth and that's what happened to Crystal mangle in the Duke situation Crystal was a young lady who made some bad decisions and these decisions costed her okay Crystal's decisions didn't hurt anybody but herself and her children but I'm totally against totally against a black woman being a face or poster lady for women lying on men in America totally against that with our history that's a slap in the face to my culture why women have accused many black men who have been killed lynched executed died in prison stayed in prison 30 40 years got sick in prison yet a woman from North Carolina is the face of this now absolutely not in addition I do not believe in punishing people just because they're black Crystal should have been held accountable for her transgressions against the law okay what she did not her moral transgressions now I disagree with any woman being a sex worker but it's not illegal that's their issue I disagree with it but it's not illegal that's that's their personal issue you know what I'm saying okay she accused these white boys in a Duke lacrosse team of seex assault and from their response is pretty clear the whole story was bogus um I mean what they did was bogus Crystal's story was accurate that's why they went above and beyond to go ahead and tarnish uh the district attorney flip it and all that other stuff they took it from a different angle because Crystal and her and the district attorney had everything that they needed to put these boys Behind Bars the entire State the country went hard against Crystal for this one right here okay they say you will not spoil you will not spoil the image of these White Duke lacrosse boys who will be men okay so they flipped it so Kristal was currently in prison for a murder that she didn't even commit and it's not even about the murder it was all because she called out that Duke lacrosse team for what they did to her when she went over there and got paid $400 for that party which they ultimately took back okay and these white Americans they never forget okay they never forget they never forget and people before you get it twisted again I do understand and I know that I don't agree with this a black woman doing this type of work either I don't agree with it on any level but let me help you understand something again if Crystal was a girl at Duke University late night in the library in the back studying for an exam and these white boys went in there and did that to her it would be the same outcome 1,00% sure this is just how the system and the religion of white supremacy works okay but people get in the comments let me know what you think about this Crystal Mangum situation I seen many stories actually I seen this guy what's that little doctor on YouTube he tries to sit there all calm and explain things I seen all kind of stuff popping up talking about this Crystal story lying saying oh she did this no she didn't Let's Get the facts Let's Get the facts straight I've even had somebody last time get in the comments I think this person might have knew Crystal this was a black woman she was saying all this stuff oh Crystal this this and I said listen I don't know her person you sound like you know her personally you might be from Carolina May you went to Junior High with her I ain't getting all this about what went through I'm going with the facts here and the details to this case I do not know Crystal never met her you know what I'm saying but this person was trying to say oh was she this and that look I I ain't talking about all that I'm talking about this situation was crystal because guess what it could have been anybody else she's just a subject yeah she made some bad decisions in her life she paid for them ultimately but this right here I don't believe in punishing people just because they black get in the comments people let me know anyway easy
