I Went to a CLEVELAND GUARDIANS Game!

[Music] [Applause] hello everyone I am the traveling Sports nerd and today I am making a day trip to Cleveland Ohio I am seeing the my team here the Detroit Tigers they are on the road to take on the Cleveland Guardians so really excited for that one excited to share Progressive Field with you guys this is the the first Vlog that I've done of a place I've already been to I've I've been to Progressive Field a few times now one of my favorite ballparks it's a really pretty ballpark kind of reminds me a lot of my hometown Detroit actually so uh really looking forward to sharing it and uh I'm I'm hoping that going to a place that I've already been to maybe it provides some advantages potentially since I'm a little bit familiar with the park already I'll hopefully know which spots to share with you guys guys so really looking forward to it tigers and Guardians it's a day trip it's only a few hour drive for me one 1:10 p.m. first pitch today we'll be easily back snug in bed tonight so uh yeah short turnaround and excited to share with you guys let's get to it [Music] oh [Music] oh [Music] oh [Music] a [Music] [Applause] [Music] oh [Music] oh [Music] a [Music] [Applause] [Music] you [Applause] see number 9 es CH number zero [Applause] [Music] extra mustard nice screw bow he's flying through these next guys help me out swing in a miss the kids got that one all right last one can they do it I'm [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Take Me Out to the wall me out to the morning me out with the crow [Music] back for it Ro for the Tigers if they don't win it's a shame 2 at [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Music] hello everyone I have just made it back to Metro Detroit where I live Cleveland defeated Detroit today final score 5 to four and 10 Innings my Tigers fall in extras to the Cleveland Guardians sucks to see your team lose you know the Tigers were winning most of the game but hats off to the home team to the home fans the Guardians they uh they pull out the win today and it was an exciting game an exciting finish just happened to be on the wrong end of it as a Tigers fan but really excited to check out a Guardians game this was my I want to say my fourth or fifth time at Progressive Field it's a really nice ballpark it's one of my favorites in the leagues it's you know I told uh I told my mom earlier cuz my mom was at the game with me which was awesome it was a ton of fun um I told her that when you're designing a ballpark just having a nice Skyline and putting your ballpark downtown is a cheat code it it's totally a cheat code like being able to just oole at the skyline for a while I'm not going to try and tell you that Cleveland Skyline is the Manhattan skyline I'm not going to try and tell you Detroit's is either but Detroit and Cleveland are two ballparks where you can just spend time looking at the pretty tall buildings uh from your seat at the Ballpark so really love that aspect of Progressive Field the Heritage Park out in center field a really really cool touch honoring the history of the Indians SLG Guardians um just really well done lots of history portrayed back there um they even had a little thing honoring Negro League Baseball and its history in Cleveland so I thought that was neat as well not much else to say uh got a hot dog thought that was really yummy um we parked across the street at kyoga Community College so we were right there shout out kyoga Community College for letting us park there and yeah very quick day trip you know it's a three-hour drive there three-hour drive back so you know long day but it's it's very cool when you get to wake up in your home City go see an away game for your team and then get back that same night that's always uh it's a fun feeling and really glad I got to do it so Cleveland thank you for having me congratulations to your Guardians on the win today and I look forward to coming back and if you ever have the chance to go to a game at Progressive Field I highly recommend it it's a good time all right I have been the traveling Sports nerd I will see you next time [Music]
