sure enough YouTube placed that th ad suitability on the live stream so I had to put it on the members only because they are censoring certain ones of my live streams and certain of my content now I did an awesome awesome live stream at the dton Police Service Center the other night where all the police officers stayed out hiding during shift changed till they thought I was gone but as soon as my live stream had cut off it cut off inadvertently but it came right back on the police department thought that my live stream was over so they called them all in so I ended up catching them all coming in on the shift chain nearly an hour later than they were supposed to come in now there was not a lot of profanity used during that live stream yet YouTube censored that live stream as well by placing that ad suitability on it forcing Eagle neck out this to place it under the memberships now the memberships I chose are only the 99 Cent and $199 c a month memberships Eagle Nick would appreciate it if anybody could or would join them their memberships to help the the channel grow a little bit more now Eagle Nick is 22 21 days away rather that is three weeks away from being creating content for nine months and before I started this live stream I was up to 8,089 subscribers hello Brent C but why Jack walls how you doing great to see you yeah they don't do their jobs but maybe at least they immunity now oh Eagle Nick AIT has had his constitutional rights violated multiple times since I have been creating content on YouTube for 8 months and about n days now in 21 days it will be nine months that I have been creating content now I was arrested for exercising my constitutional rights at the United States post off office in downtown dton Georgia or so they said that was why I was arrested even though I was never shown nor served a warrant at any time now they came on to my property to arrest me when they was only saying they had an arrest warrant now under the United States Constitution for Law and enforcement to come on to private property they have to have a search warrant as well as an arrest warrant and they did not pro provide any warrants at all yeah they did not have poster seven on the wall at the United States Post Office in downtown Dalton when I did my first audit on February the 9th but when I went back five days later on Valentine's Day they had four posters posted one on each entrance Door into the post office one on the entrance Door into the lobby and one back there in the display case now to top it all off Criminal Trespass damage of $500 or less is normally tried in either magistrate or Probate Court which is the lower courts in the state of Georgia yet they are trying Eagle Nick AIT in Superior Court of wh Phil County which is generally used only for felony cases now Eagle Nick atics will be picking a jury for a Class B misdemeanor charge comes September the 16th and my trial is set to start September the 30th now I have did multiple live streams from the Whitfield County Courthouse the Dalton Police Service Center Dalton Georgia city hall and quite a few other places as well hate to say in qualified immunity but I had to get a public defender I wish I could have got a a regular attorney to work pro bono now Eagle Nick AIT would have had the money to get a good constitutional lawyer that case would have been threw out before I went up for my arment on July the 9th it would have never even made it to arraignment but because I had a public defender it is going to trial I will have to pick a jury brother I don't have a choice but to use one of them there public Pretenders because I can't afford a lawyer there is videos on there I I don't I I did have the uh I do have the videos on there where the first audit in on February the 9th where there was no posters and then the other uh the next video it's on there is February the 17th which is actually the third time that I had went in but the one I did on Valentine's Day I did not know when I deleted it from YouTube that I had not backed it up to my phone and I lost all of the footage from the Valentine's Day AIT but the poster seven locations are on two different banishment from the United States Post Office in downtown Dalton Georgia I told the public defender that I would not be accepting any plea deals because I am not guilty I was exercising My First Amendment rights all five tenants that it was a First Amendment protected activity meaning I could not be arrested or find that's why I was not arrested at the post office good afternoon John how you
