but I think more so in Nashville it's more Network you know of like who do you know you know cuz there was never really like a database I mean you might go to the union it's like we're looking for a guitar player you know sure sure those little paper but it was more like you know hey Lucas we need a drummer for this weekend or re's going out do you need you know or faith Hills needs a guitar player okay and you know it's just kind of was a lots of times you wouldn't even audition that person just knew what they did you knew I think they would perfect great you know or you hung out with them you know that they were like a good person or a good hang and so yeah it's okay so they just learn their parts and you show up and do the gig you know man yeah so it's it's really a unique way of what I've learn seen anyway of doing things in Nashville
